Suite à une confusion concernant le petit-déjeuner, le personnel a refusé de faire un geste commercial

The staff is very friendly and understanding. The hotel is very clean. I enjoyed the swimming pool. Excellent breakfast.

The area is bit industrial but ok.

Very clean, seems fairly new. Loved that it’s an eco property and they use solar energy. Very impressive and didn’t affect hot water usage at all. Ofc it was very hot but still. Very good location lots of local food places and just 5 min drive from sultan qaboos mosque.

We could have been offered help to take our luggage up. But I reckon it was middle of the night 5am maybe that’s why?

Everything about this hotel,i.e., staff, location, cleanliness, rooms (spacious), hospitality, etc. was really good. I booked two rooms, and I actually wanted them nearby. When asked, the person at the front desk (unfortunately, I don't know his name) gave us adjacent rooms with a connecting door in between them. That was really helpful for us. Next time, when I visit Muscat, I know exactly where to stay.

I lost my mobile outside the hotel, thank God the staff were kind enough to find it for me🫡
