Spectacular studio with sea views in Palmas del Mar.
Questo è il nostro studio "Palm" con soppalco per 4 persone. È un'unità accogliente con spettacolare vista sull'oceano. Si trova al piano superiore della nostra "unità Flamboyan" con Homeaway # 954690. Le due unità condividono la stessa area della lobby, ma sono completamente separate con le proprie porte d'ingresso. Lo studio "Palm" è dotato di un letto king size, un ampio soppalco con due materassi a due letti e un ampio bagno, perfetto per fughe romantiche o famiglie con bambini. La struttura dispone di due ampi balconi, uno con vista ininterrotta sull'oceano e mobili da giardino, l'altro con barbecue. Lo studio 'Palm' ha una cucina piccola ma ben attrezzata, un frigorifero, una TV via cavo da 55 ', un condizionatore split, lavatrice / asciugatrice, tavolo da pranzo per quattro, un divano e internet ad alta velocità.
Il Palmanova Village si trova sulla cima di una collina vicino al Palmanova Plaza a Palmas del Mar. Ha una piscina, una jacuzzi e un centro fitness con sauna - tutti gratuiti per gli affittuari e i residenti. Il nostro condominio "Palm" si trova a circa 150 m di distanza dalla riva del mare ea circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più vicina (1111 gradini). Tutte le spiagge sono libere a Puerto Rico. È possibile noleggiare un carrello da golf ($ 20- $ 50 al giorno) per accedere a tutte le spiagge di Palmas del Mar.

Situato in circa 2.750 acri (11. 1 km2) di terra, il resort comprende oltre 25 diversi quartieri, una banca, negozi al dettaglio, un centro ippico, 2 campi da golf, un porto turistico, 16 ristoranti, un casinò, una splendida vista sul Luquillo Isola di Montagne e Vieques e sicurezza e controllo di accesso rigoroso 24 ore al giorno. This property was the perfect vacation get away! It has a gorgeous view of the ocean, with sunrises that were amazing to wake up to! The apartment is quite large (particularly for a studio) and you can't beat the location. We'd definitely stay there again!

This is the second visit and I will say that the the Mr X is very responsive and helpful when I needed something addressed. We spent 18 days in this studio loft apt and enjoyed daily breakfasts on the balcony enjoying the views. Perfect for a couple or small family. Thank you Mr X for a very enjoyable stay. I’ll be back again soon!

Excellent property for families or couples. The property has all the amenities required for a vacation on the beach, nice views from the balcony. My only suggestion is the TV should be configured with some streaming service like Netflix.

Cut toe on sharp area in shower the first day and my toe hindered me having liberty to do much of anything because every step hurt on contact, the side of bed closest to bathroom deep dip my whole side of body in pain everyday, toilet odor from rim needing a better cleaning and as well as faucets in bathroom and floor had sticky spots. Lighting in studio not good, AC not sufficient for area, power keeps going out, internet reception not good, TV not working after power went out, WIFI listed was not on available WIFI networks.
1 of sinks in bathroom stopped up, very hot in hallway (can be very dangerous causing possible heat stroke) ant problem even before we brought food.
It could have been nice except for these issues which I feel is more than we should have had to deal with considering this was suppose to be a relaxing get away.
Please take into consideration our complaints and compensate for it with a refund Thanks

The property was very nice very clean and very convenient for us it has all the amenities you need swimming pool hot tub beautiful balcony views comfortable but it was an actually very nice place to stay I would stay there again if I had a chance they make it very easy to check in and check out we were very pleased

We had to get the guard to let us in.. then the key's to enter the building were not in the mail box as advised they would be. We had to buzz a another apartment for access inside the building. We got in with the codes given the rest of the way but if we were to leave we couldn't go back in. Luckily I asked the other tenants if they had extra keys and they did have our set of key's!! Besides that we enjoyed our stay!

Xiaoming was an amazing host. His communication was great. Anytime I called or texted he responded promptly. This studio was just perfect. I loved the view from the balcony looking at Vieques where my sister lives. The place was very clean and had everything we needed bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs and toys. Thanks again for an awesome stay!
