From start to finish Cindy and Jim's place kept exceeding our expectations day after day. Easy living with a touch of whimsy in graciously appointed surroundings. Plenty of kitchen gear and well supplied bathrooms. A great fenced in back yard for our pooch in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to shops, dining, recreation, and sights by car (or with slightly more effort using bikes provided). Hope to return when next in the area. Thank You!

We needed an immediate stay as a family member had been moved to Hospice Care in his home. The host, Cindy, made it happen even though the checkin date was a hardship for her. She met my husband, made sure the home was still clean and beds made. He says the house was well equipped and clean. The home is also In a safe residential area. Thank you, Cindy, for your kindness.

Great home. Wish we could've stayed forever. Very clean. Roomy. Fenced in backyard was an added feature. Lanai was great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was great watching all kinds of birds out in the back yard. Quiet neighborhood and great for evening walks. Location middle of everything. Plenty of extra linens. My suggestion if you have a bad back take a mattress topper or something because both beds are very hard. Also, the one thing we missed the most was a grill. Other than that everything was great. Will definitely book again for future stays.

Perfect for our family, niece, and siblings. Centrally located; well-equipped kitchen; easy drive to groceries, restaurants, beaches. The host was helpful and responsive. We loved hiking and birding at Pelican Island NWR & St. Sebastian River Preserve, just a few miles away. Can’t wait to visit again!

We were pleased to have such a cozy place to come back to after being out and about. Greatly appreciate having full laundry facilities and a full kitchen so we weren't eating out all the time. We were a little disappointed in the size of the beds, the listing noted they were queens, but they seemed more like full or double to us, so we ended up sleeping in separate rooms for the week.

Property was as advertised. Spacious house, nice kitchen. Quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from the water. Easy half hour drive to Vero, a more touristy beach if desired. Owner Cindy was considerate and helpful with information.

Our stay was great. The place has everything you need and it’s very comfortable! Cindy was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early which allowed us to enjoy more of the day when we arrived. I would recommend!

I stayed at Cindy's property for a week in October with my two Golden Retrievers and very much liked the house, the fenced in back yard and Cindy's availability. I highly recommend her house!

Everything was perfect. Well stocked home, clean, great location, and Cindy was perfect!! Couldn't have asked for anything better!!! Looking forward to coming back again. We had an amazing family vacation

We had a wonderful time and fished so much that we just about fished ourselves out. The place was spacious and clean and we especially loved the size of the bathrooms. The kitchen was nice and we had plenty of room for any food preparation. We brought our dog, because he's part of the family too, so the fenced back yard was very nice for us. We definitely plan on coming back to this place next year.
