A fantastic hotel great rooms, great staff- very clean and a great location.

only small things- the bed was a bit soft, if you like a harder bed. Also the pool could be open longer in the season.

Das Personal war nicht immer anwesend , dafür hatte es zeitweise kein Brot und auf den Café musste man warten und ab dem 2ten bezahlen. es war nicht sauber geputzt und geduscht hat man fast kalt. Das Zimmer war sehr laut von der Strasse und dunkel.

The girl at breakfast was nice and one girl at reception.

I don’t know how this property can be rated that highly. The rooms are run down and need some proper refurbishing. Walls are thin, people banging doors all day & night - you can hear every Neighbour coming in and out. While we were there they had a loud function in the evening with local politicians on the 5th floor which was totally annoying as they used a loudspeaker etc. - no apologies from the hotel etc. The breakfast was a joke. Poor quality and after the first coffee they charge for any additional one. And the breakfast room half full with employees talking loudly on their phones.

Ruime kamer, met keukentje, aparte zitgedeelte en een jacuzzi op de kamer, zwembad en bar op het dak. Goed verzorgde ontbijt pakketje als je te vroeg moest ontbijten. Vriendelijk personeel.

De kamer was niet goed schoon. Jacuzzi werkte niet naar behoren, knoppen waren stuk. Eigenlijk was het oorspronkelijk een luxe kamer die aan het vervallen is. Het hotel ligt hoger in de stad, het is een stevige wandeling om er naar toe te komen, incl 100 traptreden. Dus minder geschikt als je niet goed ter been bent.

La propreté ! Le buffet petit déjeuner est varié et très bon ! Piscine propre ! Chambre identique aux photos lors de la réservation ! Service d'étage ok !

Quelques lames sont cassées autour de la piscine, tout est payant, même pas un petit cadeau de bienvenue, dommage pour le prix ! ATTENTION, très longue côte avec beaucoup d'escaliers pour arriver à l'hôtel !

Stylish hotel with great staff. We arrived very late and the restaurant was already closed but they managed to rustled up some food for the kids.

Room layout with kids wasn't ideal as bathroom is quiet open but that's just my two cents. Kind if warm on the upper floor when the ac is running.

It was modern and minimalist in design. Great location and felt very secure and high end.

Room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. Good location though lots of stairs and uphill to get there. Breakfast was good, though there aren’t a lot of tables so some people had to wait until others had finished. Staff friendly and helpful.

The pool was being repaired so couldn’t be used. The weather wasn’t too warm anyway but it would have been nice to have been advised beforehand as I actually booked that hotel because it has a pool.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

Location unfortunately. Really nice area, however, it was a good 20-30mins walk from the main parts of the city centre and is mostly steep uphill roads and steps on the way back to the hotel. Not really suitable for anyone that isn't really fit, unless you are happy to pay about 18-25 Euros for a taxi back (taxis seem to charge whatever they want!!)

A relatively new hotel located in a good neighborhood except that it is on a hill and the walk is a bit difficult. Large room. The staff is very nice and tries to help.

The air conditioner in the room did not work and the flow of the shower was also not good and no one was able to fix it the whole time I was there I asked to move to another room but because the hotel was occupied they offered me a room in another building next to the hotel which was very outdated. In the end they credited me with half of the price of the order, but I expected much better
