Gorgeous view, beautiful home, excellent town with lots of shops in the area.

Everything was excellent. View from living room was amazing. I could sit there all my life and just enjoy the view. Never lived in such a nice house. Garden was really beautiful. Everything was top quality. I would recommend this place to everyone. The district was really nice and just a two minutes ride to big supermarket.

Everything was great.

The house has very good facilities in general. Nice areas, a very nice outdoor garden / space and a very good view over the ocean and the "Ilhéu das Cabras". It has space for 6 people (if there are 3 couples).

Both showers were leaking water to the bathroom which is not a nice thing as you have to fill the floor with towels to control the "flood" or clean it after having a bath. This was the negative aspect of this accomodation and you should try to understand if this was already solved or not before booking your stay.

The house is located on a hill in a quiet village. Has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice terrace with sea view, kitchen fully equipped with all necessary. Generally it is very nice house, decorated and furnitured with love. The same is valid for garden around the house. Really a pleasure. Parking place in front of the house, garage, gate closing the parking place. The property manager, Mr. Melo was ready to help with every issue, was responsive and professional. What is necessary to know and is comfortable to be prepared for is a fact, that Terceira is an island with relatively mild climate, so houses have typically no heating. Fireplace can temporarily help. We were there in February and was necessary to buy wood in local market to make the evening and night in the house warmer. Strong wind first days made the nights really cold. The humidity is overall high, to the second issue is long drying time for clothes - approx 1-2 days. Air dryer is in house available and I recommend to use it. General stores are 2 mins by car, Angra do Heroísmo, where you can find the most restaurants and shops, is ca 20 min driving, Praia de Victoria approximately the same.

The house would need small maintenence like cleaning the pipes, so water flows better from the shower, or some small furniture repairs, overall is the house very comfortable and charmant. Really good choice.

Absolutely wonderful, wish I could have stayed for longer! The house was well equipped for a family to stay and enjoy for a short or long-term stay. Would definitely consider staying again and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay, ps the views are amazing!!!
