it’s quiet

the unit i got wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. there’s cockroach as well. there’s a used facemask lying in the main bedroom. window/door blinds are broken so I felt vulnerable during my stay.

the water is not warm enough to take a shower and the weather is cold

View from the roof is spectacular, maybe the best in Bagio. Cooking possibility and safe parking. The room was the first completely silent one in the Philippines during our two-month long travel.

The appartement has a poor view on the shadow-side of the hotel and it's general ambiance does not match with the rest of the building. The furniture is uncomfortable, but functional.

The roof deck offers amazing view of the sunrise! Parking is free and very secure which is great. and there's a nice Thai restaurant at the property.

there's a damp smell in our room that went away only after spraying some lysol. and there's an going construction in the nearby lot which is such an eye sore.

There was a smell in the bathroom. It comes from the sewerage. Hot water is not strong when the other bathroom is being used. There was a cockroach inside the toilet. The front desk reception doesnt answer the calls from the room. You need to go down and talk to them personally.

the location and the ambience was really good. my first time in baguio did not have any stay issues. additionally, the rooms nearly looked like family rooms with every amenity catered to a family atmosphere.

there wasnot much to like. except the fact that the hotel could provide us extra pillows or mosquito repellents for the guests who visits the first time. that could be helpful.

Very nice place close to a lot of eating places. The unit was well-equipped. It was great that drinking water was provided.

Inside the drawers were dusty so some serious wiping was done before putting things inside. There was also noisy construction next-door and while it's not the property's fault, maybe a disclosure is in order.

There is no floor mat in bathroom, making the place terribly dirty after showering (and the house rules specify you should not use a towel as a floor mat, or you will pay a penalty when he towel is stained). The towels were not changed after the first night. Mold in bathroom. Clothing cabinet dirty inside. No heating (and no electric blankets, as opposed to what the description of the room says) Chairs on the balcony were broken.

1. Great view from the lobby. 2. One reserved parking slot per unit. 3. There is a purified water dispenser in the room. 4. Lime & Basil restaurant at the ground floor.

1. It was already mentioned, but it could have been better if there is a bidet in the toilet. 2. They did not deliver 1 bedsheet, so 1 of us slept on an uncovered extra bed. 3. The parking slot assigned to us was occupied by another car, so we had to park somewhere else. 4. It was a tad noisy in our room since we were fronting the road. 5. Tried to contact the lobby before checking in, got no response from them at all (call, text and even email). 6. Very weak and slow wifi. Because of this, we had to use mobile data instead.

Room in the photo of Booking .com showed living room facing a balcony. I thought all rooms were like that. but we got a room facing the street and was noisy.

the Front Desk staff has No idea what customer Service meant. you cant ask them for any help as their constant reply was ay sorry mam we cant do that. from asking if they can reserve a table for a restaurant (5 steps away from their Desk) to flagGing a taxi at nightime. i have many more examples but dont think that is necessary at this point. note that all (Yes all 6) seats in the dining room are broken. you can still sit down with a lot of caution. the cleaning ladies and the housekeeping staff were great though. always eager to please and asking How they can help. with a great And pleasant attitude towards guests And a ready smile.
