Very comfortable, nicely decorated

The property was likely nice when first done. It seems that since then it has lacked care and attention so is becoming run down and isn’t really looked after First impressions you get is the 3/4 dogs the mother of the owner has that bark at you as you arrive each time to the property. They bark at everything and often barked until midnight. There are water bottles everywhere on the floor to prevent them from going to the toilet but they still did a poo and wee around the apartment and when the lady was asked to clean up the poo she didn’t bother. There are also a lot of cockroaches about which seems a problem given they had a lot of cockroach traps under the sink The apartment itself is an annex of the main house and was likely once nice and has two separated living spaces so you can have privacy even as two couples. The apartment isn’t looked after so scale for instance has built up on the showers and they don’t work very well with limited water flow. The safes don’t open either and when the lady was asked she said they don’t open but it’s ok as she’s around most of the time which doesn’t reassure you for your valuables given the apartment locks are also flimsy. The hot tub is set to sea temperature by default I assume to save heating costs so it’s cold and only heats when you turn the jets on that switch off after 30 minutes so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub as we were never around to get it to temperature before wanting to use it as takes hours to warm up. The breakfast isn’t a nice spread as per the pictures. It does have pastries from the local bakery which were nice but just placed in the box on the table outside. They don’t bother to check if you still have jams or cheese to go with the bread so when we mentioned they had run out they said they didn’t have any so would get the next day so the first breakfast was very dry.

Fantastic. They put a lot of thought and love into their property and it shows. Everything was well appointed. Breakfast served at 7 is fresh baked pastries and baguette. Kitchen has everything you could need. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend. Very close to La Plage restaurant and the Tahiti et des Îles museum both of which are must visits when on Tahiti Nui.

the property has 2 separate houses, each with a bathroom. one has a full kitchen. patio available with hot bath , dinner table , sofa ,… very convenient location near the airport and outside of Papeete. the owners are wonderful and helpful !!

Everything was superb 👌

Every little detail was covered just exceptional . If anything they undersell what is in offer two king ensuite bedrooms. One very separate from the other making it perfect for two couples to share.
