Just a bed, no breakfast which suited us as we prefer a lie in rather than rushing to get ready for an early breakfast. Lots of cafes nearby to choose from. The location was up hill a short walk from the town centre, which was no problem for us & it was very quiet, we were able to keep the windows open all night with no noise. The room was very clean & even had a lake view! We would definitely stay here again.

The bed was too small for us, it was a double, but we are used to a superking. Having said that it was comfortable & as we only booked the previous day, we were lucky we find such a gem of a place.

there was tea and coffee tray but could do with putting a few biscuits on too as there was no breakfast option .we didn't see any staff so can't really rate them for that we have stayed in places round the area that offer a little bit more for the price range .

position was fine for what we needed. quiet road and easy to park.

bed was too small a double. shower tray filled up and ran a little into bathroom as we showered. everything was just ok.

Excellent location walking distance into bowness and into windemere. Literally 2 minute walk Into bowness. Room very clean,bed comfy. Host was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than time specified which was great as we arrived a lot earlier than expected. Very Affordable and for the price we paid on a Saturday night couldn't fault it at all
