Location to amenities was good.

Very noisey location next to Country Club especially Monday early mornings with all the service trucks. Double glazing on Windows would help When wind blows there is a constant whistling noise from front double doors which don't meet together, They need adjusting.

The location is central and walking distance to everything in shoal bay.

We were given the incorrect keys on contacting winning holidays they said they thought that might happen as they were the wrong colour, the host saying the place had been cleaned and checked before arrival but we arrived to someone’s dirty underwear and broken glass under dining table. Being right across from shoal bay country club was convenient but the swearing and screaming went on till 2 in the morning which was not controlled by security as people smashed bottles and walked out in from of cars.
