Really good air-conditioned apartment with calm and nice area. Really good public transport connectivity helps you to reach city center in 10-15 minutes. Federica was always available on WhatsApp/Phonecall incase of any additional help required.

The place was well equipped, clean and comfortable, perfect for our 4 night stay. The owners were easy to contact and very helpful, definitely made sure to help make our stay in Bologna even more special with their recommendations. Maybe consider when booking that this place is a bit outside the historical centrum, so be prepared for a 20/30 min walk or to take the bus to the centrum, but the way there is extremely simple, and there's a lot of restaurants and cafés close to the place too - so not that big of an issue.

Federica, the host, was very considerate and gave us all the instructions needed for collecting the key, using the apartment. Also there was a brochure for sightseeing and restaurants in the apartment's area and in the city center. We didn't get a chance to meet her in person, but she was very approachable by email. Thank you, Federica! The apartmant is very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and I love the fact that there are two pillows per person (one softer and one hard). The wifi works great. Everything was nice and clean. And my favorite feature, the moka pot in the kitchen for a cup of coffee in the backyard in the morning. Just great!

Really nice location in quiet residential area, only 20 minutes by foot to center. Interior is nicely and modern decorated, clean and has everything you need. Hosts are very friendly and kind.

Only downside for us is that it is a basement apartment with only one small window, so it lacks fresh air, but airconditioning works well in the summer.

The apartment is well-equipped with everything one needs for a self-contained stay. It is in a quiet street, good neighbourhood and good distance from the centre. I liked having shops within walking distance, and a self-service laundry. The hosts were excellent and very attentive. The interior design and furnishings are great. I would stay here again!

Ugo was very accommodating with the booking, with our early arrival and unexpectedly early departure on a Sunday morning. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Ugo very kindly recommended and then booked a restaurant for us, and directed us to the best gelati in Italy!
