Stunning Beachfront Condo in Gated Community
Questo condominio si trova al 7 ° piano ed è stato completamente ristrutturato in modo professionale e decorato con nuovi arredi, elettrodomestici, biancheria, pentole, stoviglie e persino accessori da spiaggia. Ti abbiamo reso facile goderti la vacanza. Al mattino, goditi la vista sul Golfo mentre leggi il tuo giornale o il tuo libro preferito con una fantastica tazza di caffè sul lanai all'aperto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e accesso al lanai e una vista favolosa sul golfo. I bagni padronale e degli ospiti sono stati completamente ristrutturati con cabina doccia e nuovi infissi. La zona soggiorno / sala da pranzo è completamente aperta con accesso al lanai dove puoi goderti la cena e un bel tramonto senza uscire di casa. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto e TV a schermo piatto 46 ". Ci sono televisori a schermo piatto in entrambe le camere. C'è un piccolo spazio ufficio con una scrivania e accesso WiFi. Cammina direttamente sulla spiaggia dall'area della piscina. Goditi il centro fitness completamente attrezzato o i campi da tennis.

This condo is perfectly located for beach and pool access, close to good shelling on Tigertail beach and not far from the "action" further south. The condo space was perfect for me and my two teenage sons. The condo hosts are wonderful, attentive and there to help with anything.

Stayed for a week with my husband, sister and our 4 year old. Had a wonderful time- easy walk to the beach. Facility and unit was exceptionally clean. We had everything we could need for a fun week at the beach! Hosts were easy to work with!

Ulrike was very accommodating with our travel schedule, provided great recommendations and was very organized with all information and check in. The unit itself was very clean, had lovely views and contained everything we needed.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as for the beach. The location and access to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. Ocean views and the SUNSETS from the balcony are phenomenal! We will definitely be back.

The property was modern, clean, in a great location with a nice beach view, and in a gated community. The unit had all the things a person would need if they were home. The best experience I’ve had with an owner since I started using condos. Easy check in and out process. They were responsive and communicated a few times during my stay. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful, very clean unit! So thankful for the beach chairs, umbrella & wagon… the wagon was a life saver given the long distance to the beach. Some of the most amazing sunsets are visible right from the living room!

We had a wonderful trip. The property is clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. The beach equipment and toys were great for our little family. The location is good for a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and this property served our needs well. The location was perfect and the unit was well-suited for us and had a great view of the Gulf. It was well-equipped with both household furnishings and beach accessories. The owners were wonderful to work with and couldn't have been more receptive to our needs and questions. We will definitely try to come back.

as we said all was great except the long walk to the Gulf Beach....other than that was a great time...no problem as we stayed by the pool instead!

Condo was was most comfortable and totally met our needs. Updated and beautifully decorated. Lovely view of Tigertail and Gulf. Magnificent sunsets! Perfect for our family reunion! Owner was so helpful and accommodating. Would love to return!

Property was beautifully designed, spotless, and had incredible views from the balcony. Property had everything necessary to cook and to go to the beach, including a beach wagon. Host was amazing - quickly responding to any questions we had and even bringing over a replacement beach umbrella. Highly recommend this property!

Nicely upgraded condo!
We enjoyed our week long stay at Marco Island. The beach is beautiful and the weather was amazing! Great shelling, swimming, beach walking, etc. We loved the condo location and loved the updated unit. Lots of nice extras with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cart to get it to the beach. Highly recommend. A+++

Beautiful condo in Marco Island
We enjoyed the condo and the surrounding area. The building was very well maintained and extremely clean upon arrival. The owner, Ulrike, met us at check in and walked us through the unit and building — we’ve never had a VRBO host do this and it was a great touch.
The beach is a bit of a walk from the condo, which we knew going into the rental.
The sunsets are breathtaking
Our only con was the pool rules (which is probably a pro for many) — no jumping, throwing balls or using floating which is what our young kids like to do when swimming. The Pool also had hours specifically for kids, but thankfully it wasn’t enforced. If you want peace and quietness, you’ll find the pool very relaxing and serene.

Property owners were great and called to make sure we had everything we needed. It was super convenient to have beach towels and beach chairs supplied by the owners. The location was centrally located so very convenient.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo overlooking Tigertail beach. The view was perfection and the condo was appointed very well for all our needs. Ulrike was a pleasure to work with and made check in and out easy and clear. We hope to return again next year!

Perhaps the best VRBO yet- and we’ve done over 40 in 10 yesrs
Amazing experience. What a value. Perfect, well stoked, beach, location, safety, etc. what was amazing was Owner was in Europe yet replied in one hour on any text question. We’ve rented our Mexico home for 9 years on VRBO and have high expeditions- they were excited. Kudos to the Owner!

We had our travel advisor plan our first VRBO travel experience. The condo hit all of our wish lists. Ulrike was the perfect host. We had a 3 hour delay upon arrival and she waited to greet us, and showed us the condo with all the amenities, and provided local recommendations of things to do in the area. The condo was well stocked and the sunset views from the balcony were gorgeous. We had a very relaxing week and hope to have the pleasure of staying again in the future.

Wonderful location!
This was the perfect place to stay for our sister's trip!! The condo is SO nice and the beach is beautiful! We especially enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony! Great Hosts - Highly recommend!

October 2021 Fall Break
We had a wonderful stay for our children’s fall break. Ulrike, was a wonderful host, showed up to meet us and give us a tour along with suggestions of places to go while visiting. She loves in the island and was very accessible via phone or text. The property was just as described. We would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation pregnant during COVID
My family and I wanted a beautiful beach vacation we didn’t have to worry about too many people. Marco Island during the summer and this lovely condo turned out to be just it. Ulrike was so kind and helpful, just as indicated by all the other reviews. We appreciated getting to meet her and the pointers she gave us for the area. We hope to be back.

Family Beach Vacation
Condo was perfect for our family of 5. Great location, loved the view of the pool, Tigertail beach and ocean from our balcony. Owners provided all the beach toys and necessities you would need (wagon, umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, Spikeball, smash ball, boogie boards, cooler)! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Everything you need
This property has everything you need for a relaxing, restful, vacation. Ulrike & Michael are responsive hosts; they ensured a worry free check in, stay, and check out. The unit was super clean with a fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of space for our family (my wife and I, plus our 4 young kids). There is a king bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, a pullout couch, and pack and play. The view is beautiful - overlooking the pool, Tigertail preserve, the beach, and Gulf. This unit is set apart from others that we have stayed in by the amount of quality of beach supplies; they had everything we could possibly want including a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, boogie boards, cooler, ext. The pool is pristine. There are two grocery stores and a bunch of restaurants a few minutes from the towers (by car). There is a 5ish minute walk to the Gulf, depending on how much stuff you are hauling. The Gulf was warm and clear (first week of June), perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sun bathing. Our stay was excellent all around!

We had a wonderful time with family staying in Ulrike & Mike's condo on Marco Island (Tigertail Beach) over the holidays and through the New Year this year! The location is ideal for trips to the pool, beach and convenient for trips to local restaurants and shopping. Our children enjoyed biking each morning with their friends to nearby breakfast and shopping stops. The condominium accommodations were updated, comfortable and very clean. Ulrike greeted us at check-in time and was very helpful with giving us a quick tour of the facilities, condo along with sharing insights into good places to eat, shop, etc. -- very helpful to kick off what became a very fun, successful holiday stay on Marco Island! Thank you Ulrike and Mike for making our trip a comfortable and memorable one!P.S. We didn't miss any sunset "views" during our stay! :)

The condo is as lovely as the listing. We loved the tile flooring throughout and beautiful furnishings. They provide plenty of bathroom and beach towels, and high quality beach equipment to use. The kitchen is well stocked and they provide extra blankets as well.
The only downside is the location to the beach and many rules around the pool area. It is quite a walk to beach and that is the only place our teens would go due to the rules around the property (can’t play on the grass and can’t throw a ball in the pool area).
Our host, Ulrike, was wonderful and very responsive. She gave us a tour upon check in and provides many restaurant and activity recommendations. I would highly recommend this condo and host, Ulrike.

Great place
This is one of the cleaner and newer units we've rented in Marco. The condo is also we'll-equipped and has a really nice view. And the owner is very thorough and attentive. Would stay here again.
