Design moderno e contemporaneo, arredi e accenti completano questo condominio completamente ristrutturato e ristrutturato. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e il soggiorno ha un divano letto che consente questa unità per ospitare fino a quattro (4) persone. Nessun dettaglio è stato perso in questo condominio ben arredate. La cucina completamente attrezzata è completamente aperta per la zona giorno, la creazione di un grande spazio di vita aperto. Appena fuori del salotto è la veranda privata che si affaccia sulla piscina e ha una stupenda vista sull'oceano. Puoi vedere le isole di Lanai e Molokai dal lanai di questa unità.

We were very pleased with the quality of the furnishings and finishes in the condo. The company promptly replaced the fridge water filter when we arrived. While we asked if a table for the lanai could be provided for tha lanai (trying to eat meals off of small knee height tables was not comfortable) we never received a reply.Would suggest a laundry basket or hamper, we put dirty clothes and towels in drawers in entry—then had to use grocery bags to take to and from the laundry Center.There was a note left for us on checkin, requesting we contact the office if a light disturb could be replaced and shower leak repaired. We did and the light was promptly replaced but the constant leak from the shower, never was addressed.This was our comfortable home away from home for 4 weeks. The constantly changing, ever fascinating view was the best feature!

This is a very nice place. Casual so if you are looking for luxury then this might not be your place but if you want a feel of living like a local then book. It is small and the view of the ocean is fabulous. We were able to see whales everyday and many breached right in front of us. It is very quiet and comfortable and there is a Chines Restaurant right across the street that has amazing food and service.

We loved our stay and the appointment was spacious. We loved the view over looking the pool out to the sea. The sounds of the seas was so peaceful however, without air conditioning we had both ceiling fans and the 3 free standing fans on, we couldn’t hear the sea back in the bed room. We both agreed the view, location and sounds of the sea out weighted not having an AC. The pool was perfect for families and a popular place in the afternoons which wasn’t peaceful because we could hear every word uttered, but that was only for about three hours everyday. One of my favorites was to wake up early and meditate out by the sea wall. There were always a few of us silently sharing the peaceful space. To the right of the seawall was access by steps down to a small sandy rocky beach. Then to the left were steps down the sea rocks were we frequently saw sea turtles nibbling at the rocks. There was even a white tip reef shark. Pluses: the condo was well equipped. There were even beach chairs, ice chest, yoga mat, and snorkel gear for kids. Parking was good. China Boat restaurant quickly became a favorite go to.The not so good: lighting was so dim. The dim lights in the bathroom was the worse for shaving and putting on make up. The bedroom lighting was very dim as well. The windows were nice and high however not much natural light came through which made a very dark room with dim lights. We actually joked about getting the condo some brighter bulbs. Our apartment was right over the pool which made for good acoustics if you like hearing everyones conversation around you. However, everyone was polite and aware of how the sound carried. Again the view was amazing, the condo was welcoming, roomy and had extras to make our visit more comfy.

No issues except a non-working fan, which the staff fixed immediately! Lots of towels and extra things were provided such as a cooler, beach blanket, and snorkel gear. It has a drip coffee maker, which I loved, but be sure to purchase your own coffee, it only comes with one complementary day supply. The unit could use some non-stick pans with matching lids. Other than that it had everything I needed!

I really enjoyed the stay at this place. The location is optimal since you are close to some.of the beautiful sand beaches and in a very exclusive area. Not a lot of tourist traffic in the area. 9 our 10 best Happy Hours are 10 minutes drive. You have beautiful green gold courses minutes away from this property and also close to Lahaina old Town with a lot of nice shops and restaurants to visit.

This condo was exactly as advertised in the photos. Breathtaking ocean views (especially stunning at sunset), upgraded and very clean condo overall with a full set of kitchen appliances and utensils. We were surprised to find the condo fully stocked with snorkeling gear and other equipment, extra towels and fans, and even extra bedding. The condo complex is situated in a great location (close to restaurants, touristy areas and snorkel spots), has its own parking with ample parking spaces and the locals were very friendly. The self-checkin and checkout process was seamless! The hosts/property management were very communicative and responded quickly to questions. We will definitely stay here again. Book this place and you will not regret!

I prepaid AirBnB a required full payment for an 8 day rental. The day before the rental began, my wife and I drove from Tucson-LAX airport for the next morning Maui flight. During the car trip I started having awful symptoms much like a very bad virus. That entire night in the hotel I couldn't sleep at all due to violent non-stop coughing and sneezing. The next morning we went to the airport to catch our flight. While in the boarding area, one of the other passengers awaiting the same flight apparently approached the gate agent regarding my continuous sneezing and coughing obviously concerned that I may be boarding this flight with Covid-like symptoms. The agent told me that the airline would have to deny my boarding due to my apparent illness. I honored their request knowing that if I was a boarding passenger I wouldn't want to sit near someone with my symptoms for 6 hours in an airplane cabin. United Airlines was very appreciative of my concern for the other passengers and gave me credit for a future flight. Realizing there was no way to get to Maui in my condition in the near future, I started calling to cancel and/or reschedule all of my reservations related to this trip. Every vendor I spoke to was very helpful and understanding of the circumstances, except AirBnB and the Maui condo owner. I received credit back from all of the prepaid reservations I had (rental car, LA hotel return stay, parking, etc., except for the AirBnB Maui condo. I offered to reschedule the condo reservation for a future stay at the owner's convenience, but the owner refused. AirBnB would not give me the phone number of the owner so that I might talk to her directly. I would have had no problem paying a cancellation and rebooking fee, but AirBnB has kept the whole amount I pre-paid which includes cleaning fee of $300 and a service fee of $441. What service did AirBnB provide? Really?, a cleaning fee when I never got closer than 2,500 miles to the condo? AirBnB, you owe me answers!

This was our 24th visit to Maui in the past 43 years. We arrived in the evening with a carload full of Costco food at our vacation condo #207 for our 3 week vacation, to find that the fridge was NOT working. It was at room temperature.
A handwritten (unsigned) note on the kitchen counter informed us that the Management Co. would be looking after this problem in the ‘next few’ days.
We spend the next few days putting fresh and frozen food into fridges in “other units’ on the fourth and first floors of the same building, also managed by Maui Condo, while these units were unoccupied. After that we had to purchase styrofoam coolers and ice bags twice daily at the local gas station in order to keep our food and beverages cold. We like to buy our own groceries and cook our meals instead of going to restaurants. After 5 days a used Loaner Fridge was delivered. At that point we were grateful that we had a working fridge at all. After some tense phone conversations with the company representative we were refunded $1000 to our credit card for our troubles.( Our toal bill for a 3 week stay was over $9,000) Considering that this company advertises itself as managing 240 condos on Maui we found it surprising that they wouldn’t have “Emergency” appliances available, (even just a small bar fridge) to substitute temporarily in cases as this. Surely fridges and other appliances must be braking down in one or more of these 240 condos at any given time. Apart from the fridge issue, the condo was definitively one of the better condos we rented at Kahana Reef, nicely renovated and reasonably well cleaned. We love it here #207 Our 2nd time in 2yrs. This time we came with another couple. #117. Their First experience in Maui. How unfortunate it was to find it was construction week. Horrible and not acceptable. I'm going to second guess u as my first choice.

April 2018 Stay
We stayed a week in unit 207 at Kahana Reef. the unit was absolutely beautiful - great kitchen, great king bed and amazing views of the ocean.

March 2019 Stay
We still have a couple of days left on our stay, but we’ve had a few issues that are significant. First: cockroaches. We killed four roaches in our first 24 hours, and we’ve seen/killed a couple each night since. Second, there are so many dead lights in our space that it’s super dark in the evening. I found some bulbs in a drawer, and none of them work with the fixtures that have dead bulbs. Also, the smoke alarm has been going off randomly during our stay, which has been a real problem considering we have young kids. The office has been closed every time we’ve tried to stop in, and desire being within the office hours, it’s always locked and no one is there. We called the service number to fix the alarm and they said they were sending someone “in the morning” to fix it. We never saw anyone come by, and if they came by when we were out we certainly didn’t receive any sort of follow up. It hasn’t gone off in the last 24 hours, so I assume it’s fixed? I have more to say, but have run out of space!

This condo is clean and very nicely appointed. It is decorated well and has an excellent view of the ocean.

Beautifully renovated one bedroom condo. Amazing ocean views and lovely lanai.
We had an amazing vacation. The unit faces the ocean and the views are spectacular! We loved sitting out on the deck watching the ocean, the waves, the surfers, kite boarders and lots and lots of whales.
This condo is on the second floor of a four floor building. The pool is directly in front of the unit. We didn’t find it noisy, but it does lack some privacy. The unit itself is clean and up to date, a few bulbs needed replacing but that was all.
A well maintained unit, everything is clean and comfortable. Well appointed.
The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lots of storage in the bedroom and hallway. No air conditioning but plenty of fans in the unit. We opened both doors and enjoyed a great cross draft.
The beach close by is lovely as is the lawn along the breakwater, plenty of chaise loungers to relax in.
We used the beach chairs provided and enjoyed the beautiful little beach to the right of the property. A cooler and cooler bag were also provided and well used.
A small coffee packet was provided for our first morning, the cream powder and sugar need replacing. Salt & pepper are provided for the unit but nothing else in the way of supplies. You will need to purchase coffee filters for the coffee maker. I would have liked a few more supplies such as foil, ziplocks or plastic wrap, coffee filters etc
The area of Kahana is really pretty and quiet. The beautiful beaches to the north are close by as are Kanipali and Lahaina to the south.
We loved going to Lahaina for our evening meal and to walk through the little shops.
I would book here again and recommend to friends.

Great place, and I would come back!
Great view, very comfortable. A lot of the lights a bit dim, also found some bugs in the cupboards but Despite that, would stay here again.
