This home was just right for us - spacious, huge backyard, big kitchen, had toys and games/puzzles for the kids, not too far of a walk from the downtown area. It is on kind of a busy street, but that didn't negatively affect our stay - our toddler actually liked watching motorcycles drive by while sitting on the front screened porch.

Overall very nice house, clean uncluttered-- very well stocked with necessities. Only drawback was road noise- very busy road all day, night.

This house was large, clean and neat. It was easy to check in and out. It has been updated recently and is pretty plain. It would be helpful if there were handles/pulls on the cabinet doors in kitchen and bath. There were a couple of things that we wish we paid closer attention to: the house is on a pretty busy street so the passing cars often woke us up; there were 2 bathrooms but only one (small) shower; bring your own spices because there wasn’t even salt or pepper. It has been mentioned in another review that there is a small step up in the kitchen that could be hazardous because it’s not very noticeable.

Nice house and conveniently located

We appreciated the location of our rental. It was a convenient distance for all our adventures. The four bedrooms gave each of us our own space with plenty of common space for enjoying each other’s company.

Nicely updated home. The house is larger than you would think and it’s nicely renovated. It’s about a 15 min walk to the downtown shops and social district. Would definitely stay again

This place was perfect for our family--great location, good layout for us, and very comfortable. The owners are very easy to communicate with. It's the second year we've stayed here, and we'd do it again.

Excellent stay

Very clean, well maintained property just 12 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Has a small garage perfect for locking up bikes or other outdoor items, sizable grass covered back yard. Interior is freshly renovated and newer furniture, appliances, etc. Kitchen utensils / equipment seemed adequate but we didn't end up doing any cooking. Things to keep in mind: largest bed is a queen size and upstairs ceiling height is less than 7 feet (in case you're tall). second bath is a tub only and no shower). Home is on a moderately busy street so use caution backing out of the driveway.

Property was very clean !!! Had everything we needed for a girls trip. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The front porch was a nice bonus, great place to gather with no bugs. Thank You

Wonderful spot for our family to spend a fun weekend visiting our daughter who is a freshman at Grand Valley State University. Easy walk to downtown, and I highly recommend the Green Goddess sandwich at the Toasted Pickle.

We very much appreciated the cleanliness of the house. The kitchen was large and well equipped. We feel that the step up into the kitchen should have bright colored paint or tape indicating the step up as several of the 4 of us(68-72 years old) tripped. The bedrooms were nice. We would have appreciated some soap and shampoo in the bathrooms.

We loved this house for our family getaway. Close to many shops and restaurants, and the Grand Haven State Park beach. The home was well maintained and clean. We loved the front porch and the big backyard. Easy 2 block walk to a cute park that was perfect for the kids to play. We definitely recommend this home for a family.

The property was great--very clean, great layout for our family, a nice yard for the kids, a lovely front porch, and very convenient to everything in Grand Haven as well as an easy drive to Muskegon and Holland. The property managers were very helpful to us. The only thing we missed was extra towel bars in the downstairs bathroom; there were two hooks, but we found it hard to get the towels spread out enough to dry easily by the next day. I'd recommend this property in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great stay.

The home was spotless and well stocked with all the linens we needed. We didn't use the kitchen except to make coffee but it looked like it had everything you would need. Thanks for a great stay!

This lovely 4-bedroom home with its updated interior was the perfect setting for our family of 6. It was an easy walk to the Farmers Market and the downtown area and a short drive to the beach, We loved coming home to the private fenced-in back yard where we could relax, place catch, and enjoy a game of bocce ball.

Clean and great location

Super easy place to stay for play. Close to many great golf courses (American Dunes) and conveniently locate to a great restaurant and bar. No need to drive once we arrived. Clean and comfortable.

This is our third stay at the home. We enjoy the location which is close to downtown and shops that we needed. The owners are very responsive with messages. The home is fairly priced for the location. I would definitely recommend the home to family and friends and hope to use it again next summer.

We enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for our family. Mom has trouble with her knees and main floor bedrooms were great. Clean, loved the front porch.
