The location is great. The staff is great. The breakfast is fine, not big, but very delicious.

The elevator was kinda small for our baby car.

The kindness of the staff impressed me. The hotel lies right on the sea shore and the view is wonderful. The restaurant has tables overlooking the nearby sea, which heightens the feeling of comfort for those who love seascapes and their bounty.

Breakfast was exclusively served by the staff and we were asked what we wanted from the spread of food and drinks as we were not allowed to get near the spread of food and drinks for COVID 19 reasons, I suppose. The range was not impressive, the orange juice was not freshly made and the free coffee was only of one kind (American coffee). For the espresso coffee one had to pay extra. The omelet might have been better cooked. The bustling streets and busy central square nearby may sometimes affect the quality of our sleep.

Great customer service and friend staff. I was in a room with a fantastic panoramic view for the sea and church square. In the last day we had a great previledge of watching a folk music festival from the terrace!

Positioning

The room was dirty, door locker was broken and nobody care about it. It took 2 days to fix it. 5-7 pm hotel dosen’t has water or if it has, has without preasure

Room service was poor

Perfect location, just at the city center. Very-very nice staff, good buffet breakfast, neat rooms, parking within 5 minutes of walk... Everything that needed for a flawless holiday with friends or the family.

Rooms with 'view' to the narrow alley are extremely noisy because of the neighbouring restaurant and night passerbys shouting. It's worth the extra money to book a room with sea or the main square view, both would give you the experience you expect from a hotel with just a perfect location.

The view

The owner was a liar and cheating on money. On Booking com. I payed all taxes, but he took me again the city tax 1,5 euros a day=45 euros + 5 euros?!. I need my money back. The room has a balcony fixed on the wall of the next building. I payed 600 for sea view and on invoice there is only 1980 euros (Booking.com). I shall never go there!

good location to stay, very close to the beach, good breakfast. if you travel by car, the parking costs aprox. 10 euro/day. there are a lot of restaurants and bars around the hotel.

Too small bathroom. But very clean

The perfect location in the middle of Katerina Paralia. Everything, including restaurants and shops, is very close by. We booked four nights, then added four more because the location gave us access to the beach, as well as day trips to sites around the area. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay there, and the staff was super kind and friendly. They did a very good job of making guests feel Covid safe. The free, off-site parking was securely locked and easy to reach by foot. We couldn't have made a better choice!

Everything was perfect except for the bathroom, it was smaller than we expected.
