Beautiful New Pocono Chalet!
Favoloso chalet rialzato di recente costruzione nella gated community di Arrowhead Lakes nel cuore dei Monti Pocono! Questa casa dispone di una cucina completa, una grande sala del soffitto della cattedrale con travi illuminate e camino a gas in pietra di montagna dal pavimento al soffitto e un grande ponte anteriore dotato di una griglia a gas. Il servizio completo di biancheria e asciugamani è la nostra specialità! Piastrelle in ceramica e pavimenti Pergo in tutto. La camera da letto principale ha bagno privato e terrazza con vista sul cortile alberato. I bambini adorano la 4a camera da letto con letti a castello matrimoniali. Nuovissimi materassi di peluche su tutti i letti.
Un'altalena del portico anteriore è il tocco in più che ti invita sul ponte per goderti il tuo caffè mattutino che si affaccia sullo splendido scenario o rilassarti la sera davanti a un fuoco esterno. Lo Chalet si trova su un terreno alberato a breve distanza dalla piscina e dalla spiaggia. Amerai questa casa e non vorrai andartene!

Nella gated Arrowhead community ci sono 3 piscine tra cui scegliere e 4 spiagge pubbliche sui laghi. Pesca, canottaggio, biliardo, basket e campi da tennis sono tra le attività disponibili. Ci sono 52 miglia di strade private, 37 delle quali sono ghiaiose e perfette per tranquille passeggiate in bicicletta, jogging e passeggiate. Everything is on site for the family to enjoy as advertised. The one down side is when your guests can come and go it’s very difficult to change their arrival times. All in all a good place for family to enjoy.

Everything was just as listed for the house! Super clean and well stocked with everything you need! The hosts were super responsive and super friendly, it snowed while we were there and they checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We skied at Jack Frost which was only about 20 mins away.

Highly recommend this beautiful chalet everything was on point as described in the listing. Does not disappoint at all. The chalet was more spacious. Then originally thought was a perfect place to be able to catch up with family and friends. The only thing I did not realize is once you check into the main gate, which was easy and everything was a waiting for us was that it was an additional 10 minutes to get to the actual chalet, but other than that everything was beyond our expectations.

The Chalet is exactly as described. It was clean, organized & the check-in process was a breeze. We had 4 adults and 5 kids ranging in ages 15 to 8. Everyone enjoyed the hot rub & the pool table. Jean was responsive & helpful. I recommend you inquire about additional resort fees when booking. The resort requires guests to pay fees for gate cards & ammenaties which we were unaware of until a few days prior to check-in.
All in all, the Chalet was wonderful & met all our expectations. We would stay there again.

We had a fantastic time this past week! Jean was a wonderful communicator and was available during our stay for odds and ends questions. The house was supplied with essentials and clean. The neighborhood was quiet (except our kids, lol). The air quality alert went off in the middle of our week which kept us indoors. The house had a whole cabinet of board games and puzzles to keep us occupied while staying inside. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us and we didn’t feel as though we were on top of each other. It was a wonderful, easy, laid back vacation. Definitely what the doctor ordered!

The Pocono chalet is a beautiful home. We were a group of six, three couples looking to relax and celebrate a birthday. The home was very cozy with all the amenities you could ever need for a weekend getaway backed by amazing views of nature. Jean was very accessible although we couldn’t possibly have needed a thing as all the little touches were there for us. My husband and I would absolutely rent this lovely home in the future.

The house and location was perfect for our getaway. It had everything that we needed, plus more. We enjoyed the hot tub, playing my pool, and staying warm by the fire in the comfy family room. An added bonus is that there is plenty to do in the area. Everything is within 20-30 mins. The community itself has activities that you are allowed to join in too. We stayed at Jean and Dan’s house in the poconos for just a short weekend and had wished we planned a longer stay! We had a great time enjoying the hot tub, firepit, and pool table all weekend! The house was beautiful, well furnished and had everything we needed. It was very clean and Jean and Dan provided us with towels for both the shower and the hot tub. Jean was very helpful and answered all of our questions before our stay. She made her house feel like home to us. We miss your home already and can’t wait to stay again in the future!

This was our 5th year in Arrowhead and our first time renting Jean and Dan's property! It did not disappoint! The house was so inviting and had more than enough room for us and our few guests. The house was immaculate! We had the pleasure of meeting Jean when we arrived and she was more than helpful during our entire stay! The hot tub was great and the golf cart made our trips to the beach a lot of fun! There was a welcome basket full of goodies, along with pamphlets of things to do and house instructions! All of the light switches were labeled which was helpful! We can't say enough about the house!! The only thing we wished we had was more time! Thank you Jean for sharing your home! We look forward to staying again!!

We enjoyed the spacious chalet for a long summer stay to escape the heat in TX and FL. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed other than food. We cooked dinner nightly on the outdoor gas grill on the large deck. We had coffee and breakfast on the deck each morning and saw turkey, deer, groundhogs, and even a bear from the deck. We played Pickleball every morning at the Minisink courts with more than a dozen local players who welcomed us. The hot tub was relaxing after Pickleball. Communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed many day trips to hike to numerous waterfalls. We enjoyed playing games at the chalet and the TV and high speed internet services were excellent. Central A/C and window units kept the chalet comfortable even when we had a few record warm days. Check in at Arrowhead Lake for access to the neighborhood was crowded and slow.

Lovely Chalet on Lake Arrowhead
This is a truly beautiful house with good furniture, comfortable beds and surrounded by beautiful trees. Large deck gave us air and light and the ability to relax. Enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen well stocked and there are plenty of linens and towels. peaceful, quiet setting, and of course the lake and various pools which are all enjoyable.
Owner, Jean, is very responsive and generous. We highly recommend.

Girl’s Weekend Success
We booked the chalet to have a true Girl’s staycation in the Poconos during the winter and we had the best time staying here. We brought everything we needed so we did not have to leave and just enjoying staying in. The place was so cozy and comfortable, the hot tub was a plus.

Nice property for our family ski weekend
Our family and another stayed over the MLK weekend. The property was clean and well equipped. The layout was great for two families with kids. Spacious and comfortable. Location was close enough to ski mountain, grocery and a few restaurants. Check in is a little bit of a process but nothing to complain about. Everyone in our group enjoyed the property and would look forward to staying here again.

Lovely home, Lovely Homeowners
Although the Lake Community itself was a small hassle to clarify cost/rules for guests, I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and kind homeowner. If I had any questions or concerns, they were promptly answered. It was a gorgeous home, that was perfect for my plans of a 40th surprise birthday party for my significant other. It went so well, I was proposed to!!!! 💍🥰 What a perfect weekend getaway! Thank you so much Jean! You’ll be the first to know if we make our way back to the Poconos with friends and family!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood and exceptional clean
You couldn't ask for a nicer home. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, pool table, hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, gas grill, bikes, golf cart, and kayaks.
We had a wonderful time. We had a few minor issues but Jean was easy to reach and everything turned out great. These things happen.
The only thing that surprised me was the extra fee because of being at Arrowhead lake. The resort charges $2.00 per person per day whether you use the amenities or not. I didn't see that in the original listing so I wasn't expecting the additional cost.
I would highly recommend this property. If you go make sure to order from Pinewood Deli, there food is very good and they are only 5 minutes away.

The property was very clean and in excellent conditions. The decor and amenities are current and everything is in working conditions. Being centrally located to many areas gave us flexibility on where we choose to ski. The hosts were great to work with and quick to respond with any communications. It was so very nice of them to leave a welcome basket of snacks for the weekend. I would definitely re-book this house for future winter or summer get aways.

A great Pocono find
Jean's house was the perfect Pocono escape. She took extra care to make sure the house was spotless upon our arrival (cleaned and sanitized). The three floors of the house allowed our group of 3 families to spread out. The common area was perfect-- well-equipped kitchen, table for 8, and lovely fireplace. It definitely felt bigger than in the pictures. Plus with 4 bathrooms, no one had to wait in line. I travel to a lot of these rentals, and Jean's place was in the top of them for the value. Amazing experience
It was awesome staying at the property. The owner was always connected with us to check our well-being as there was snow storm warning. The house was neat and clean, we got everything we needed. Kudos to the owner. Neighborhood was astonishing, covered with lot of snow for the kids to play with.

Beautiful home
There is so much to say about this Beautiful home. First the owner Jean was so easy to work with, answered all (my many)questions with a quick response. My family of nine had planned a few day getaway and were really looking forward to a much needed time away together. The week before we were to arrive the Poconos were hit with a major snow storm. Jean reached out to me to inform me that there would be large snow mounds Everywhere and possible roads closures. Jean was willing to book us on another date but some family was coming in from out of town so we decided to go and take a chance with the weather. Jean made sure that Everything was done perfectly ,the driveway was completely plowed, the hot tub was cleared out and ready for use. Now for the house, oh my gosh this house is Beautiful it’s everything you could want, very beautifully decorated, has enough of everything you will need to make dinners. The larger deck had a fire pit and plenty of seating. Every window you look out of you see woods! The house is close to Jack Frost and about fourty minutes from Camelback but the drive there was super easy. So all in all Everything was perfect and we had a great time skiing and just hanging out at the house. Ps it’s quite an amazing feeling being in a hot tub when it’s freezing out, I highly recommend it!!
