The location was superb with excellent sea and inland views from large picture windows. Cooking facilities were good. The heating was efficient. The bed and seating were very comfortable. The overall decor was attractive.

The bath couldn't be used and the shower had extremely low water pressure. It took a very long time for the hot water to come through to the bathroom. Some of the fittings and furnishings were rather old.

Needs modernisation apartment over priced for facilities

In general, Nuria is a good apartment. The location is great, literally in front of the public beach in Palamos (and the beach is great!). The view from the terrace (16th floor) over the bay and the beach is breathtaking, so this might be the biggest advantage. We spent hours enjoying in the view. The flat is big enough, the beds are comfort, and in general the kitchen is well equipped.

There are few things that need to be improved, first of all there are plenty of owner's staff so even if it looks spacious, when we tried to put our clothes, we were faced with the lack of the space. Also, shower curtain needs to be changed asap, it is even better to be removed if there is no other option.

Vistes impressionants

The location is great, with a superb view. The flat is spacious and comfortable with heating and aircon working as needed. It was easy to communicate with the host over the phone (although we did not meet her) We were able to cast streaming to the TV, and the internet was working well.

Unfortunately, you may expect some nuisances while staying here: - no dishwasher - very old fixtures and plumbing, resulting in having water in the sink either extremely hot or too cold for most of the time - the showerhead is very dated and needs replacement - the balcony sliding window is broken and does not close properly, doors to the bedroom have no handle. - to enter the bathroom you need to go through all the apartment and the bedroom - at the entrance, we were met by some lady who does not speak languages other than Spanish who is handling the keys. - in the apartment, there were leftovers after previous guests, which we had to remove and clean up ourselves (ie. some food items, opened bottles with wine) - the lady who was handling the keys refused to take those out with her. - there is no parking space nearby, you need to leave your car in the public parking close to the beach (~100m from the building entrance)
