We are frequently in Wildwood in June/August for a large dance competition and have stayed in so many different areas and rentals. I’m so happy to say that we finally got it right. This home’s proximity to the boardwalk and great restaurants was convenient and safe for us, my elderly mother and for the teens. The layout and amenities inside the home were beyond perfect for us. There was plenty of space to gather together and space to retreat alone. The convenient and secure parking garage with two spaces for us to use was an incredible bonus. Communication with the owner exceeded every other rental scenario I have ever experienced and the in-person check-in and check-out at the condo was a level of convenience seldom found. I cannot express how happy I am to have found this rental.

The condo was nice and clean. The property manager was helpful and available.

Enjoyed our time down the shore in the “off season”. It was so peaceful and lovely. The property is very clean and welcoming and a great location. Walkable to everything and just a short drive to beautiful Cape May Zoo for the kids. The only issue (not the property’s fault) was there was a ton of road construction throughout Wildwood, but that can be expected in the off season. All in all a great time with family and a lovey stay.

Great place to stay, clean, great location and garage. Would rent again. To bad our vacation was cut really short. Due to event cancelation.

Very easy process and great to talk to. The location is centralized for everything you could possibly wanna do. Also a great view to the ocean and boardwalk. Condo was clean and well kept would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our time at this location. The location is ideal for a family (and in our case dogs included in that). Many restaurants are within walking distance, as is the beach. Some reviews described the location as sketchy. Couldn't be further from the truth. We walked our dogs morning and night and never felt anything but safe. Beautiful park nearby that actually held a concert while we were there and we could enjoy the music from the balcony. House was very clean and Jesse was a joy to deal with. Can't wait to go back.

Close to the beach, very clean, quiet!!!

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 1, only one block walk to the beach/boardwalk didn’t need to use our cars at all! Lots of garage storage for our beach equipment and strollers. Great condo size for multiple people and small children!!

We had a wonderful time in Wildwood and the place did not disappoint. The pictures made it seem too good to be true but the place is just that wonderful! Very clean, spacious, kid friendly, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen cookware…seriously it’s amazing. The balcony offers a view of the ocean and the walk to the beach and boardwalk is a breeze. We were close to everything without the extremely loud sounds at night of the boardwalk. We could clearly hear the bands playing in the park on the next block on Sunday night and had we stayed Friday night we’d have had a great view of the fireworks. The only “problem” we had was that the garage is narrow and short if you’re driving a larger SUV (three row with a bike rack on the back and cargo bag on the top.) We had to start unpacking in the driveway before we could park but truly wasn’t a big deal just a minor inconvenience. Hope to stay again in the years to come. Communication with the owner and the property site manager were great and they answered any questions or concerns I had.

Location was perfect, house was completely spotless…I mean spotless!!! Our family had an amazing time, one block to the beach and boardwalk, perfect spot for my teenagers to be able to walk around. We drove the car once to the food store and that was it! Pet friendly and his favorite thing was sitting on the balcony with us. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you Kevin!

Excellent location first off. Literally two blocks from the boardwalk. And easy beach access. Busy long summer weekend, and we were in a great spot (with parking) to walk anywhere along the shore. Place was spacious and clean, plenty of room (and bathrooms!) - pics don’t do it justice. Balcony had ocean and fireworks views. Property manager Jesse was super responsive, great dude. Some disappointing aspects - condo is not well equipped. BYO sheets, towels, all linens - which is a challenge when flying in. No iron was tough. No hair dryer. Not much in the way of amenities, and some basic needs notably not available. Overall - we had a really nice family vacation, the place was nice, but could have really used some basic things that we weren’t aware were not available.

My family and I had a wonderful week-long stay! While no parade went by this year, we still had great views of the fireworks on the 4th and that following Friday! We walked the boardwalk almost every day, “Watched the Tram Car”, and hit the beach and amusement rides. There was something for everyone. This unit had a lot of stairs to get to it, but once you hit the top, it was worth the effort. Clean and comfortable with a great balcony with the most amazing composite furniture. It felt like a home away from home. The garage accommodates two cars tandem. The neighbor and the property manager, Jesse, were both friendly and welcoming. My whole family loved it.

Wonderful vacation. The condo was spotless and had all the comforts from home. We were all happy having our own bedrooms and bathrooms! The front balcony was perfect for relaxing with the family including out 2 furry family members! That was a bonus being able to bring them! Would highly recommend this place! Definitely 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DIRTY, DIRTY DIRTY there was feces on one of the bedroom box springs, we called Jesse and he brought resolve and wipe it, and asks us if that was sufficient, we had no other alternative but to purchase a mattress protector and comforter stain still there, I HAVE PICTURES , NOW THE RUGS ARE DISGUSTING AND SMELLED TERRIBLE, I WOULD WALK ON THEM BAREFOOT, COUCH STAINED AND BAD SMELL, SCREEN RIPPED OUT IN FRONT PORCH, WE HAD TO CLEAN WINDOWS JUST TO SEE OUT,. THE LOCATION IS QUESTIONABLE, WOULD RECOMMEND WALKING DOG IN EVENNING. The water heater makes loud noises all night it would wake us up, my mom who has dementia was not able to rest at all. Garage is horrible to pull into is very tight. 3 flights of stairs we traveled with our 85 years old mother I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very close to the convention center and boardwalk. The condo is very well kept and perfect for families. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Went down to Wildwood off season for a cheer comp. Perfect location to convention center. Property was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed for our weekend. We will definitely rent again.

Wanted our 7 month old twins and pup to experience the beach for the first time. Was a great stay. The common area in the condo leading to the condo is a little beaten up as expected but the property itself is well kept. Suspect would be great for a larger family or extended family -- with two of us and our kiddos we didn't need the whole place but it was great to be able to walk to the beach in just over a block. Great location. Great food nearby. Classic Wildwood "must sees" are all within walking distance.

Kevin’s home is amazing and it was the perfect place for my family and I to vacation. The cleanliness of the home was exceptional and the location to the boardwalk and beach we perfect. We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony, and watched a beautiful sunrise from the balcony also. We look forward to staying here and again next year.

Would stay here again. Walking distance from a lot of great locations, close to the boardwalk but relatively quiet as its located near the convention center as opposed to near the piers. As a plus this allows you to walk past the convention center to get on the beach more easily. Close proximity to Dogtooth bar and grill as well as Mudhen Brewery, Marvis Diner, Seashell Ice Cream. Property itself was clean and well maintained. Expected wear and tear for a property that is used all summer. A/C worked great, also has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Connected garage with space for 2 cars and room to store beach chairs instead of dragging them up stairs. Property manager will walk through with you upon check-in and check out, super nice guy who was not only helpful but very quick to respond to texts. Great experience. No complaints whatsoever; an affordable wildwood condo for a nice vacation.

I recommend this property if you want to stay close to the boardwalk.

Stayed the weekend for the Barefoot Country Music Festival. The location was perfect! Short walking distance to the beach and Morey’s Pier. The condo was clean and well maintained. Jesse was extremely kind and made the check in/out process easy.

A few things that should be improved... the beds were very uncomfortable (very hard) there were not any towel bars in the bathrooms for hand towels, our bathroom off our bedroom had a door rack on the back of the door for regular towels but they didn't dry well using it. The shower heads left much to be desired. The keys that were provided were not marked, so we had to guess the key for 3 different doors every time for the first few days until we figured out which key went to which door. We we weren't provided a key code for the garage door, and the only entrance to the garage is through the door on the opposite side of the building..so if you're coming from somewhere you have to park in front of the garage door, get out, walk around to the entrance, unlock that door then open the garage door with the button inside.Also..this condo is pet friendly which is nice, however I didn't realize how many steps there were for our aging furry friend. He had a hard time getting up them at times.Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
