** Che grande dimora a un piano in una zona molto ambita del parco e campo da golf di Arroyo Del Oso. Grande nuova casa con ripiani in granito, pavimenti in piastrelle di legno, armadi personalizzati, vernice fresca, nuovo tappeto e uno splendido paesaggio. La casa dispone di un open space con molti posti a sedere. 3 camere da letto con 2 letti queen size e una camera matrimoniale con un letto king size. Cortile è paesaggistico con vasca idromassaggio, barbecue, prato sintetico e patio tavolo e sedie. Privacy e appartata e tranquilla. 2 isolati da un grande parco, uscire a piste da corsa, piste ciclabili e paesaggi del New Mexico. Balloon Fiesta Park si trova a 3 miglia di distanza. Santa Fe è a 45 minuti dalla porta del centro. This is a beautiful, quiet property as described with several upgrades from the photos (living room furniture). King bed was very comfortable! Main shower was great! Used the hot tub one night and watched fireworks in the neighborhood. Great view of the sunrise over the mountains in the morning and a great view of the evening sunsets as well. Even got to see a double rainbow over the mountains one evening. We took some amazing photos. Great central location to Sandia, old Town as well as Santa Fe and Belen (my husband's hometown). Highly recommend Pete's in Belen if you're able to go! We would love to come back next year and do it again! Great place!
*Note- gave communication a 3. Just wanted to note owner was really nice and initially responsive when an issue arose. Storms unusual to Albuquerque rolled through when we first arrived and he was dealing with multiple issues which is understandable, but communication ceased unfortunately. We could have called if urgent, but decided to let it go.
Wouldn't keep us from going back. We loved the place and neighborhood! Take trash bags, extra toilet paper and storage bags. Everything else is there! Even had ice waiting in the freezer for us. Well stocked kitchen. We loved it! ❤️

Nice place, quiet area, low traffic but close to shopping.

The unit was nice and the location was ideal. When we arrived, there were notices stuck in the front door and slider from a pest control company stating they had done a treatment ten days prior. There were live and dead roaches in the living room and on the back patio, so between that and the pest control notices, it did not appear that anyone had recently visited the unit to ensure it was clean. We also saw live roaches each day that had to be killed, so we'd recommend more intensive pest control so that other guests do not need to deal with that. On the day we arrived, we photographed small areas of damage on walls, blinds and living room furniture and texted that information to the property manager to ensure we would not be held responsible - we received no reply.

Our stay here was filled with pros and cons. Let me start with the good.
Location: 10-15 minutes to attractions (balloon fiesta park, zoo/aquarium, science center, tramway). Grocery stores, coffee and food right up the street. Quiet neighborhood
Kitchen: well equipped with coffee maker/keurig, dishes, silverware, etc.
Backyard: great little fenced in space for the kid to run around and of course the hot tub which was perfect for those cooler rainy nights
Unfortunately with this property came some downfalls. The first was the host communication, its non existent. There was no instructions for the fireplace and when we asked the owner we got no response. Second is the cleaning, it’s definitely lacking. Our feet would turn black after walking on the floors barefoot, dirty dishes, hairs in the sheets and kitchen drawers. Every time we wanted to make food we had to wash our dishes before cooking, they weren’t all cleaned (coffee grinds left in a coffee cup). Lastly it seemed like it lacked pride of ownership (broken toilet in spare bathroom, broken blinds, holes in the wall, no master bathroom trash can, etc).
So knocked off 2 stars, one for the communication and one for the cleanliness.

The property has a number of nice amenities. They're was damage to walls before our arrival (we took pictures to document), and the roof leaked during rain storms. I tried to communicate with the PM but he/she never responded to my multiple texts. Overall, a nice place to stay. Exactly what I needed. A family home away from home with all the comforts of home.

Wonderful home- clean and spacious in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. House was well equipped and spacious for 6 adults. The hot tub was glorious and the back porch really nice. Highly recommend!!

Great Spot
This spot has everything you need. We were able to cook and bake. The backyard and jaccuzi were also nice. The master bath was chefs kiss!

Excellent place to stay for an Albuquerque visit
Property was clean and spacious. It was perfect for my family on our trip to Albuquerque. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access all over the city. The backyard was a nice bonus with the hot tub and private space.

This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is very conveniently located. Beautiful walk up Bear Canyon only a few blocks away.

Ready for improvements
Could be a nice property but it’s in need on loving care. Let the property owner know about issues but never heard back. Honestly this is the worse rental I’ve done.

Good for short term stay
We had an easy time at this property. Top ratings for cleanliness and location. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, and placing trashcans in the bathroom would be a good touch. It felt like a “bachelor pad.” This suited the 3 guys in our party well. I’m a picky mom.

Amazing house in a perfect location
The house was perfectly spotless as soon as we walked in. There were ample amenities in the kitchen, and we were able to prepare plenty of meals.
The hot tub was amazing, and the soaking tub was such a great bonus.
The area of town is centrally located, and the neighborhood and yard felt safe!

The the dual shower and tub were a huge hit. Neighborhood was fantastic and walked on the trails. Plenty of room for 4 adults.

Clean and comfy
We enjoyed staying at this property. It is a corner unit townhome. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we encountered, friendly. Stores and a Starbucks nearby. We were mostly downtown but the drive was a quick and easy one. Rooms are simple and clean and bathrooms are nice. Master bathroom is especially nice. AC works well which was very important to me. Jacuzzi in the back is an added bonus and back patio and yard are small but nice. Kitchen was well equipped which is not always the case, but had more than any house I have rented and I rent a lot. We enjoyed it and would stay there again.

New Mexico newbies
Great location and ample space to visit with family. Unfortunately vrbo was not deep cleaned prior to our arrival, master shower had massive amounts of hair in it from previous guest, carpet had dog hair and floors were pretty dirty. Photos did not match reality of vrbo, lots of holes in walls and unfinished areas. Did not detract from our visit to Albuquerque, great town and good people.

Comfortable Place
We enjoyed the house and the location. Just around the corner from our daughter, son-in-law and their family.
Watch out for the bathroom sink faucets. Recommend not turning them on full blast as the water may go over the edge of the sink.
The house was clean, well furnished and met all our needs! Would stay here again!

Great house for family time
We booked this place to be able to visit with family in Albuquerque with our two young toddlers and puppy. It was perfect! Kitchen stocked, clean house, great location. Parking is ample and neighborhood is nice.

Great stay in great city.
My wife, friends and myself came to check out Albuquerque for the first time. The place was everything we wanted and more. Great location. Very homey feel. Plus jacuzzi and bbq pit were awesome bonuses. Beautiful master bathroom

Absolutely perfect
We absolutely loved staying here at this property! The owner organized the check in process so effortlessly and the accommodations were perfect. The hot tub was a perfect touch! We will definitely be staying here again when we make another trip to Albuquerque!

Upscale, quiet rental
While the property is close to 40 years old, it has been heavily remodeled with a beautiful kitchen, living area, and master suite. Technically, I think it's a 4-plex, not a standalone house, because the row of 4 homes all share common walls, but it's the last home on the row (and the street). I'm not sure VRBO has a way to specify duplex/tripex/quad except under the listing text. That being said, we did not hear any noise through the shared wall with the neighbors, and the neighborhood in general was very quiet. The hot tub is a nice touch.

Nice Home in a Quiet Neighborhood
The Santiago had all the amenities needed for our family reunion. The hot tub was a plus! The location is great, close to golfing, shopping and restaurants. We would stay again!

Modern, Great Location and pet friendly
This is our second time staying at this stylish home. The hot tub is a real plus and our dogs love the backyard. I definitely would recommend this property.

Exactly what we wanted
If you have pets and are in need of a place to stay in Albuquerque for an event or occasion look NO further. I strongly recommend this townhouse to anyone who travels with their dogs (like we did). And the master bathroom, wow it is out of this world!

A wonderful rental in Albuquerque that felt like home!
This home was all that we needed it to be! The floor plan is really great. This time it was just my husband and me, but it would be very comfortable for at least 4 more people. It was immaculately clean. The kitchen layout was perfect and the cabinets well-stocked. CJ was quick to answer questions by text. The proximity to Arroyo del Oso golf course was a big plus for my husband. And we enjoyed the little private backyard in this peaceful neighborhood.

Quiet and lovely
The attraction is a quiet, residential neighborhood with no traffic or noisy neighbors! The master was quite the ensuite with large king bedroom and we loved the huge walk in shower. The kitchen was spacious and was pretty well equipped for cooking it appeared. There is no ice maker, but trays are present.
We are used to a temper-pedic so the king bed was a little firm for us, but had nice micro fiber sheets.
The refrigerated air kept us comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.
We were concerned about staying in an unfamiliar place with COVID, but it seemed clean and sanitary. The only reason for 4 stars was the front door mat outside could have used some sweeping and another concern that I shared privately with the owner. Thank you

Great Property
It was great to come "home" to a quiet relaxing property. The hot tub was warm and waiting. It was so needed after a long day of driving and the next night after sitting through all-day meetings. Very clean and well appointed. The glass enclosed shower for two was very inviting. I'll certainly stay again on my net trip to Albuquerque.

Beautiful property and the Owner was great to work with!
The owner was very responsive with any questions and was clear on check in/out procedures. The property was beautiful and it suited our family needs perfectly. The location was great and only about 15 minutes from the Sandia Tramway and ski area. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
