This was a cozy place in an optimal location! I would return and stay again! (I stayed in front room in Murphy bed…a dresser would have been nice for my folded clothes instead of the piece of furniture with the decorations and books).

This was a beautiful property, just across the street from the beach. The apartment was well appointed and had beach chairs, a rolling cooler and many amenities. My only complaint is that the picture of the beach view shown as the first photo is not accurate; we only had a peel a boo view, looking through the railing with the neighbors lanai wall blocking some of the view. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Brilliant complex with a lovely pool, tennis court and beautifully maintained shared areas and a stunning location across from the beach.
The unit itself was beautiful, well stocked with amenities like laundry detergent, shampoo etc and the host made the whole process very easy to plan/check in etc. 10/10 would stay here again!

We stayed here for 5 nights after staying in Napili for 2. The check in process was quick and efficient, parking spot was right by our room and easy access in and out of the room with elevators close by. We used the beach equipment on a couple of occasions and lived the central location to the beach across the street. We had plenty of kitchen items to cook with and used the bbq at the facility as well. We had two other families in our group stay at the same property and this made for an easy way to connect while on vacation. Thank you and we will be back again!!

The condo was clean, kitchen well appointed with dishes and spices and had everything we needed for the week including beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas which was nice. AC worked great but was noisy in the bedroom. We would definitely stay again.

Yes, you can see a bit of ocean from the balcony and you get sunshine all day long. Great location by beach, lovely community with many amenities, and comfy unit.

I stayed here with my wife and two year old daughter. What an amazing location and fantastic condo. I was working remotely some of the days using the great wifi in the condo. I was able to video conference from the balcony which was awesome! The kitchen had everything you will need to cook. We did almost every meal at the condo. Comfortable living room with huge tv. It was really nice to have two bathrooms. Also, all the beach accessories are in the condo. We used the included beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, ice chest and boogie boards. We used them everyday! My family would walk across the street to the beach in the morning. Come take a nap after lunch and head out to more beaches in the afternoon. Most of the best beaches in Maui are within 15 minutes. The host was incredible and we can’t thank her enough. Such an amazing vacation.

Loved the view from the third floor lanai. Excellent condo for kids. We appreciated the extra air conditioner in the bedroom. This condo is fully furnished so you can enjoy your Hawaii vacation. Thanks so much.

Nice condo, clean and inviting, plenty of room for me, hubby, baby in a pack n play in our room, and my sister on the couch bed. Window and freestanding AC units worked well to cool the place. Beach equipment provided with was very nice! Masks were pretty scratched up, but we used a good bit of the other items like chairs and toddler beach toys. Easy walk down to the beach, and easy driving distance to a lot of fun places! Went snorkeling right off the beach and it was fun! Would stay here again, since it’s a good value!

Our stay was great we had a fantastic visit to Maui. We only gave 3 stars to the check in process because we had a mishap with our door code.we arrived at midnight and even though it was very late our host was very quick to answer and correct the issue. The rest of our stay went flawlessly and we would highly recommend staying here.

Close to a beautiful beach park, this unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great holiday. Nearby barbecues, a balcony seating area with a view and a well stocked kitchen made cooking at home a breeze. Beach chairs and snorkels were an added benefit.

Clean except floors. Well appointed. Only issue was a non-functioning clothes washer which, it appeared, had failed on some previous guest stays as there was laundry soap in the machine when we got here suggesting previous guests had tried to use it unsuccessfully. The maintenance company said they were unable to repair it during our stay as a new machine had to be ordered. This suggested to us that they were already aware of this when we called them.

This condo was just perfect for our family vacation. The beach is right across the street. The grounds of the condo were so beautiful. The condo had everything we needed including all the beach paraphernalia. Our 2 yr old loved playing with the beach toys. There are umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards. The kitchen is well stocked. We didn’t want for anything! The condo cooled down nicely at night. I think we only turned the air con on once or twice during our 9 day stay.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Travelled with our family of four. My wife loved the bed (she usually complains) and the kids thought the sofa bed was pretty comfortable. Any questions we had were answered quickly and any concerns were addressed right away. The unit is clean and has everything you could need. Thank you!

Had everything we needed for our 1 month stay. We're a retired couple and have stayed at several units in KamSands. We especially liked this quiet location, and were pleasantly surprized by that the partial ocean view was highenough to see alot, and had a sunset view.

Kihei Condo
A bit dated but comfortable with everything we needed. Wifi is not the best - had to be in the living room for best connection. It didn't work well in the bedroom. Minor repairs needed: center drawer on dresser has a missing knob; sliding door in front of the washer/dryer is not in the rail making it hard to open and close. Someone should go thru the chairs and other beach equipment - none of the chairs work and both umbrellas are broken. We left new beach chairs.
Location is great. Easy walk to Fred's and other restaurants in Kihei. We had a great time. Loved it there.
