This trip was amazing and the property was beautiful and so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return!

We finally had our girls weekend, had not all been together since COVID. Scheduled and then had to postpone since one of the girls husband died suddenly. The owner was so considerate and worked with us on renting the unit several months after the funeral. The condo was fabulous, clean and right on the beach. Will defiantly rent again.....

This was absolutely the best beach house to rent. Right on the beach, made it easy to get drinks and snacks, and get lunch ready without having to be that far from my family that were playing on the beach. Kids are already begging to go back there next year!

This house was truly amazing! My kids and I had so much fun. It is on the beach, very little public traffic. We will definitely be returning!

This is the 2nd summer we have booked at this location and we love it. You can’t find a beach house closer to the beach. The only thing you must consider is that your outside grilling spot is “shared” with two other rentals. Each rental has its own grill, picnic table and space but it’s in the same area. Added Bonus; the neighbors are a local band and will sometimes have a concert on the beach! So much fun! We plan to book every summer here.

Great property.. Pedestrian only beach... no cars... and not crowded ... almost like having your own private beach. Will be back again.

This house is clean, well-stocked, comfortable and roomy. We all enjoyed the easy beach access, convenient parking, and comfy beds.

We loved this property! Extremely clean, neat, and organized top unit. Comfortable beads, adequate A/C, multiple bathrooms, large private deck that overlooks the Gulf and pedestrian only beach. Looks to be one of the highest decks on the beach! Great communication, the host immediately responded to texts. The beach was well kept, clean, and beautiful. We had a blast! Note, there are a lot of stairs, not just up to the house, but another flight up. This info is included in the listing, and I’m not claiming this information was not divulged. However, a photo of the second flight of stairs may help future renters make a more informed decision. This veteran with a knee replacement history took a lot of Motrin that week. Lol. This property and unit are highly recommended, however, I probably won’t rent this exact unit in the future due to stairs. Good thing there or two other units to choose from at this property! Thanks for the memories & hope to be back soon!

The view of the surf was fantastic. Very convenient. Perfect for two kiddos to come and go to the beach!

The location of this beach house could not be any closer to the beach. It's right on the beach. Charles, the owner, is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The kitchen island was great for a big crowd and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils and necessities. Our friends stayed in the downstairs unit of the duplex and it was perfect to share both places for the two families. Highly recommend both The Lookout and The Paradise.

We had the best time at this beach house! You can’t beat the location-walk right out on to the beach and the views from inside were incredible! This was our first stay in Surfside and we loved it! And a huge thank you to working with us on the early arrival-very much appreciated!

Incredibly friendly staff! Very quick to respond to questions! Location is superb! BEACHfront!! No vehicles and very few people! Almost a private area all to ourselves! Left our beach stuff out each night with no worries! Outdoor shower and shared washer/dryer were handy! Inside...extremely comfortable and everything you need to feel right at home! Got a little spoiled with all the TV choices!!
