Wonderful three bedroom, two bath condo only two blocks from the beach (and dog beach) and boardwalk. You can easily walk to many nearby restaurants as well. Condo is roomy with an open floor plan and great space for everyone to gather in the living room with an oversized sectional and additional seating. Love that its pet-friendly as well! Kitchen is stocked with lots of pots/pans, making having dinner in a great option! There's a washer and dryer in the unit as well. They even had an old school Star Wars arcade game tucked away in a little nook, which our crew all enjoyed playing! To top off our week, we had the best view of the fireworks on Friday night right from the deck! I would definitely recommend this condo, especially if you want to bring your pups on vacation. Lastly, the owner Ralph, was great to work with during the check-in process and also during the black-out in Wildwood 2023!

Just what we needed, a quick weekend away with family. The property was everything described and perfectly slept 10. Loved that they provide beach chairs, not a lot of properties have that we’ve used in the past. Overall we had a great time!

This condo met our needs for a reasonably priced shorter rental for 6 adults and that allowed a dog. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, flatware and serving pieces. Good wifi for 3-4 remote workers. Cable and TV were good. The neighborhood was seedy with sketchy neighbors but it was only 2 blocks from WW boardwalk and a phenomenal dog park. Garage and parking were good. Biggest negatives: 2 sets of 15 steps to get to upper-level condo not specified in property description AND broken clothes dryer that owner knew was broken but didn’t inform us.

To start, photos are extremely deceiving. What’s not pictured: -Dark brown stained dirty carpet leading up to the room -master bed is disgusting, FULL of stains. There is only a mattress cover and a comforter, which neither looked washed. My husband and I had to sleep on the bunk beds. -pillows provided are stained without cases -master floor has black stains on carpet -master closet walk in has stained wash thrown in there -both bathrooms have moldy shower curtains and liners that should’ve been replaced months ago with gross rugs outside of the showers -outside deck furniture is hanging on by a thread with stains to compliment -stained walls throughout -kitchen is missing outlet covers which is very dangerous for children -dryer does not work. No point in having the washer with wet clothes. -dog hair throughout the place. under sofa cushions there’s crumbs and garbage -worst of all after 2 days I started seeing small mite sized bugs crawling across the bathroom countertops. We were going to leave a night early but with our kids it was too last minute. I was truly not even looking for things that were wrong, these stood out that much without even looking. I could imagine what I’d find if I truly looked. If you have any trait of cleanliness do not stay here. SAVE your $$ and go elsewhere. It’s a good location for dogs, but on the walk to the beach be prepared to pass trap houses with people passed out on the front porch with cigarettes in their mouth

Everything was phenomenal!! From booking it online, to checking in and checking out!! The owner always answered my questions or concerns in a timely manner and the location was absolutely perfect!! Will definitely be booking it again!!

Spacious townhouse with a great location. Held 7 of my family members with room to spare. Dryer wouldn’t work with a load of wet clothes though! Lol

Everything was great nice good location! Only thing i would suggest to improve upon as we wished beds in kids rooms were more comfortable with clean linen and maybe a tv in all bedrooms other than that great responsiveness great space and our family had a wonderful time

Between the location and the house itself this is the best place to stay. The condo has everything you need and just two block to boardwalk. The owner is very accessible whenever you need him. Cannot say enough good things about this condo. Thank you for another great year.

Communication with owner was prompt, easy. The space is large for a condo, great air conditioning, nice balcony. There were a number of stairs to get up to the condo. The only negative was there was quite a bit of dog hair in the house. This wasn’t ideal but the pros outweighed this con and I would stay there again if I was in the area.

This was our first vacation rental experience, so we were a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. Ralph was an amazing host, and now I don't ever want to stay in a hotel ever again! Ralph's condo was spacious, clean, and in a great location. My husband had to work while we were there, so having the Xfinity wifi and cable was a huge help. I'm glad there are hosts like Ralph that aren't afraid to rent to people with dogs. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was a perfect getaway for our family of 7! We have 5 children (ages 10-18) and this was a perfect space for us to relax, unwind and connect. It is a quiet location with a short 5 minute walk to the beach. All the basics are included and the living space was perfect with lots of comfy seating, a large dining table and a spacious kitchen. The washer and dryer made the return trip so much easier as I was able to wash all our beach stuff before coming home! Ralph was easily available by phone/text and responded quickly to any questions.

We had an incredible time at this property. Everything was spotless upon arrival. The owner was very attentive to detail and easy to reach. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Garage was perfect for parking 2 cars, storing beach toys, and additional spot available in the driveway. The kids loved the bunk bed and having their own room. The paintings on the wall are beautiful and really add to the beach theme. Perfect vacation. Wonderful property. Loved the balcony. Very happy and can’t wait to return!

Rented unit for three nights. Very clean and lots of room. Only two blocks to boardwalk. Owner is very accessible with any questions. Everything you need is here. I will be definately booking this property next year and every year after. Cannot say enough good things about this unit. Thank u again Ralph we had an amazing time.

This is place is a great location to be near the boardwalk and dog beach. The beach themed walls of the condo were very pretty. The balcony was nice to relax on, too.

We enjoyed our stay during off season. It was quiet and only two blocks from boardwalk and beach. Close to Ricks Seafood which I also highly recommend for your seafood fixings. The owner was always quick to respond if I had any questions and was a great host.

Visiting our Coast Guard son. We rented this place for the Thanksgiving holiday. Nice big kitchen for cooking but could use more dishes in the kitchen. Plenty of pots and pans but no storage bowls, baking dishes or nice drinking glasses. Loved the proximity to the beach.

Clean and so close to the beach!

Our stay was in a perfect location for my dog and two friends. Off street parking was a blessing. Beds comfortable. we brought our own bed linens, towels and kitchen towels. The steps are. pretty steep and took time to get used to since we are all seniors. Getting to the beach was very easy, but getting to the water was a pretty far.

Our family had a great time last week. The property is close to the beach. Ralph the owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Our only issues were some small housekeeping issues and the patio furniture needs to be replaced. The owner was very receptive to this information. Overall a nice place and I would go there again.
