Ristrutturato 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni città casa con una vista mozzafiato dal portico anteriore, nuovi arredi, legno duro e nuova illuminazione in tutto. Cortile molto privato con una nuova spa e grill.
La club house, bar e ristorante del campo da golf Tiara Rado dista 2 minuti a piedi. Trailheads che accedono al Colorado National Monument sono a 5 minuti di auto. Il centro e lo shopping sono a 10 minuti in auto.
Moab, Glenwood Springs, le montagne di San Juan, il Black Canyon e innumerevoli altri sentieri sono raggiungibili in 1 ora e mezza. Grand Junction è il punto intermedio tra le aree di Vail / Aspen e Telluride, tutte raggiungibili in 2 ore di viaggio.

House is spotless and VERY comfortable. The location when searching is a little misleading though. I blame VRBO. It said the house was right off I-70 in Grand Junction and it's actually in Redlands. Could have been a problem if I didn't have my own transportation.

Great location and perfect for the family of 4 moving our son into college at Colorado Mesa. Super easy check in and check out. Had some bottled water in the fridge was a great touch. Got to relax in the hot tub after moving which was awesome.

It was a nice location beautiful views but not very clean at all. There were marks on table from previous guests marks on cupboards and walls not sanitized couldn't even feel comfortable going in hot tub from the appearance of not being cleaned, the corners and buttons brown and dirty. And the hot tub is our favorite part of a VRBO. But the furniture was nice, super spacious for us, great washer dryer and big bed.

We're a group of ladies that are extremely active. this was a perfect property for us. We visited the nearby Ute Canyon. Hiked 6 miles there, spent time in the wineries and then of course hikes on the way home back to Salt Lake City.
Everything about this place was perfect. it does need quite a few repairs, but most importantly the beds are comfortable and the place was clean. . We were outside and away most of the time. Conducive furnishings for cards,
games and chatting. the air conditioner didn't always work properly. that might be a problem in the summer . we just opened the windows.

Wonderful place. Came here with my kids for Christmas Eve. Hot tub was perfect and we had all cooking utensils and supplies we needed to cook Christmas Eve dinner.

i was extremely disappointed that the TV was streaming only! I am a huge football and tennis fan. we had to go to my brother's house to watch Thurs. nite football. i missed the entire U.S. Open tennis grand slam.
Also, the main bathroom was not clean as it should have been. There was a small pile of hair in a dust ball! I couldn't take a picture as I have a flip phone. Also, no Wi-Fi one day. my sister and I had to go to Starbucks to contact the owner who had a lame excuse for it.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to Grand Junction, Fruita and entrance to Colorado National Monument. There also is a nice golf course, Tiara Rado, very near. A great view of the Monument Escarpment is right out the front door. I would give the place about a 3.75 Star rating, with one of the "stars" for the view out the front door. The place really needs some work and a major cleaning, plus they need to take care of the ants.

I only have 3 criticisms about the place. The top of the refrigerator hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The previous occupants coffee grounds were left in the top of the coffee maker. And it took 48 hours for the temperature to rise in the unit from 68° to 72°. Once at that temperature it maintained it nicely. The place is very quiet but needs some TLC. I had to fix the latch on the screen door which was coming off of the door frame. The sliding glass doors in the shower in the master suite swing freely at the base, that is not normal. Also, if you use water anywhere in the unit while you are showering you will experience either scalding water or ice cold water. Still, overall, it is a nice place and very quiet.

Everybody was great except the internet speed working after the first night. Tried testing the modems with no luck. Other than that definatly recommended.. just make sure if you are gonna need the internet to have a bank up plan

Are stay was fantastic and oh so very romantic. The views were beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. We were about 15/20 minutes from everything we did on are stay. The property was clean and stocked with day to day thing. The hot tub was so peaceful and relaxing especially when the temperature dropped in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again! My only complaint would be that the lighting/ wiring was off, the lights were constantly flicking.

We really enjoyed our stay in Redlands. The location was very convenient and the scenery beautiful, right next to Colorado National Monument! A great base for visiting the monument, Fruita and Grand Junction, or the Grand Mesa.

Great location
We were in town for country jam. But we took advantage of tiara Rado and golfed twice. Nice quiet neighborhood, nice clean unit. Convenient to a lot of places

The master bed is very comfortable. The bedrooms are good size and the room-darkening shades do a nice job. Kitchen had everything we needed and we made good use of it. Huge refrigerator/freezer. Like the electric stove. Living area is also a nice open area. We never felt cramped, just relaxed. Excellent stay. Highly Recommend!

We had a great stay over Christmas. We were greeted with a very nice note and a loaf of Great Harvest bread. So very thoughtful! We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were so comfortable. Neighborhood was quite. We have found everything we need to prepare our dinners and for relaxing moments. I would definitively look forward to rent this place again. Thank you !

How could you not love waking up to the cliffs of the Colorado National MONUMENT even morning!!! Location between fruita and grand junction was perfect for us to bike, hike, and check out some of the BLM roads to discover. This place has it all, and a hot tub, so we will be back for sure!
