Questa splendida residenza cittadina con quattro camere da letto e tre bagni ti incanterà nei minimi dettagli. All'interno troverete una sala da pranzo e un soggiorno decorati professionalmente e una cucina aperta completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici all'avanguardia. Goditi la tua piscina privata e il patio esterno. Al piano inferiore troverete una bellissima camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno annesso. Al piano superiore si trova una camera da letto principale con un letto king size e bagno annesso, una camera da letto a tema Topolino con un letto a castello e un letto completo e una camera da letto a tema floreale con un letto a castello e un letto completo. Queste quattro camere dallo stile unico, ognuna dotata di TV a schermo piatto, faranno sicuramente dormire te e i tuoi ospiti comodamente! Una lavatrice e asciugatrice a grandezza naturale sono a casa per il tuo uso, tuttavia non forniamo detersivo per il bucato, quindi tienilo a mente quando ti prepari per il tuo viaggio. Si prega di notare che è possibile richiedere il riscaldamento della piscina per il soggiorno a un costo aggiuntivo di $ 60. Abbiamo anche griglie disponibili per il noleggio per $ 50.

The property was clean and looked as pictured online. The kids enjoyed the community amenities (splash park, lazy river, etc.). Everyone had a great time.

Had trouble finding main gate. Had to call host to get address. The rental was lovely and generally clean. We checked windows and doors upon arrival and found one window unlocked. Overall very comfortable.

The house in general was fine and the location and Oasis Club are great. What lead me to give a lower score was the fact that the freezer did not freeze our recently purchased ice cream or ice packs that were needed to support our cooler for our day trips. Also the biggest issue was the breaker that supported the back bedrooms and back bathroom kept tripping. This tripping continued up until our diparture which made it difficult to pack when our stay had ended. We had called management several times for the freezer and breaker. They adjusted the freezer temp and reset the breaker when they came. I noticed that the breaker light flashed 6 times indicating it needed to be replaced. The freezer/refrigerator either needs a replacement or recharge and compressor service.

Overall we had a great time. The host was super responsive and the home looked just like the listing. The check in process was easy and the house was clean. The only thing I didn’t realize was that the resort pool/splash pad was outside of the gated community and was about a 2 mile drive. Besides that, everything was great!

Pros: the property was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable for our party. It was near I-4, Publix and shopping.
Cons: HORRIBLE check-in process. No indication of where check-in was occurring. After waiting in a line of cars for an hour, got to the point where there was a security guard who then told us we were in the wrong line. He sent us around the block to another line for another hour. Nearly 2 hours later we made it to the property, ONLY to find that the A/C unit was not working and would not turn on. Had to call the property manager who said they would send maintenance in 25-30 minutes. At almost midnight, we got some relief and were able to get to rest.
Only because of the check-in process, I would NOT recommend this property to anyone, let alone stay in Championsgate area again.

The property was so meticulously decorated and clean so the first impressions were great. Loved the virtual concierge that is available with information anytime. The family's favorite amenity was the clubhouse. We all felt like we were at an all-inclusive resort. Food and service was top notch and the facilities were clean and fun. They even hosted a Bingo game while we were there.

The property was clean . The only thing was the listing said both king rooms had an ensuite bathroom and only one did. It was a minor thing. We would stay again and we would recommend it to family and friends

This was a great house, in a good, safe neighborhood. About 30 minutes from the Parks. The rental staff addressed any concerns we had.

We had a great stay for a weekend. The house was clean, great location near groceries and had everything that we needed!

When we arrived, it was 103 degrees in the house so prior to being able to unload I had to call the management company. After calling the management company, where they told me they would have someone there in about an hour, my husband, our dog and I were forced to either sit inside where it was 103 degrees or outside where it was 87 degrees. Finally someone came and worked on the a/c unit, within an hour the a/c was no longer blowing hot air. Our evening plans were out the window as we couldn’t leave our dog in house as hot as it was. Five hours after checking in, the temperature in the house was down to 81 degrees, which was still causing us to sweat but it was getting late. At this point we started unpacking our car and looking for pool towels in an effort to cool ourselves off. The house didn’t come with the promised towels. We didn’t pack pool towels as it was part of the list of items provided. We were only provided 1 kitchen towel, 3 washclothes, and 6 bath towels for a house that sleeps 10+. I emailed management and their response was they would forward my email over to the appropriate people. No one offered a solution so we had to “made do” when we paid for specific services.

We really enjoyed the stay, the pool was relaxing, property management was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean, and had a nice club house near by. The kids had a great time!

Everything was great until wifi went out. No effort was made for someone to at least try to reset router. There is Bad signal in that area so we Couldnt use our phones or use any Internet for the last 3 days. Trash wasnt picked up daily and the lock on the door wouldnt lock. No one responded about that eaither. Also, club house pool water temperature was like a sauna. Only went once.
Other than those small issues i will still give this place 4.0 stars. The place was spotless and more spacious than it shows on the photos. The decor was also nice. Neighborhood was nice and gated.
