Excellent breakfast, comfy beds, clean and modern, nice bench outside away from the door and in a lighted safe spot, for me, as a smoker, to sit on

The Location was just perfect and it was clean and bright! The breakfast was superb compared to other spots. Really appreciated that! Also, it’s safe and affordable which Is a great plus

Side door didn’t let us in so we had to walk around front with bags and such and mini fridge didn’t shut all the way

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on...it was like sleeping on plywood and the pillows offered zero support.

Location is perfect. Room is comfortable.

There was no room clean up or change towels every alternate day as said. Too noisy from neighboring rooms which means the sound blocking is not good.

I did not like how the door was left open and my kids just walked in before I realized it, the bathroom shower was dirty, and the refrigerator smelled like trash but after a 12 hr drive and getting kids settled it took me a minute to process things. When I went to tell the front desk clerk who initially was pleasant when we got there but when she realized I had a complaint her entire demeanor and attitude changed. She basically told me there was nothing she could do, she would make a note and to talk to someone in the morning. We drove in for my son prom so the next day was hectic and busy. We planned to come back to this hotel for his graduation in June but that definitely will not be happening. The staff barely greeted you upon entrance and if you needed something they wouldn’t acknowledge you until a few minutes after standing there. Just terrible.

Overall, everything was pretty good and we had everything that we needed. It was very clean and the staff was great.

We were on the 2nd floor and had to call the front desk 3 times between 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. because the people above us had kids that were running back and forth making so much noise that my granddaughter and I could not sleep. Each time, they quieted down for a couple of minutes and then started right back in. There isn't much for insulation between the floors and ceilings to cut down on the noise, We ended up moving to a room on the top floor (4th floor) at 10:00 because it was the only way were going to get any sleep.

Lage terrible,direkt am Highway,daher sehr laut. Verfleckte Sessel,die Bettwäsche roch muffig. Der einzige Lichtblick war Amy am Empfang. Sie bemühte sich,uns ein besseres Zimmer zu geben. Leider waren alle Zimmer gleich.

Great location, comfortable and clean rooms with a pool and work out space. Hotel was very close to good food and some shops within walking distance. The continental breakfast is always a bonus and helpful for families!

Only complaint is the bathroom door is one of the sliding modern doors, which is a little risky with little kids around for privacy. It’s beautiful though.

The bed and pillows were super cushy and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Constant access to coffee was awesome. Free parking. Rooms didn’t feel cramped. Nice shower. Everything was clean.

Bathrooms had mold in sink and shower area. The heat/cool system woke us up at 4am when it kicked in being way too loud.

Location was great for where we needed to be. Facility was updated and felt fresh.

The thin walls and ceiling allowed way too much sound to travel from the unit above and next door.

The noise overall

The room was clean, and the hallways and common areas were clean as well. Surprisingly, we could not hear the traffic from the interstate. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We have found our new home away from home.

I was looking forward to a hot bath after a 5 hour ride and was disappointed to have been given a room with only a shower, but that could have been on me when booking and didn't notice.

When reserving through booking.com on two occasions the booking didn’t show on their system. The first time I was charged twice and had to correct them. The second time had to call booking.com for a hotel specific confirmation number. A bit inconvenient but excellent hotel.

Nicely appointed room. Good location. Easy access.

The room was too cold when we arrived. Temp was set at 65. Also the temperature setting is limited to a max of 76 and the TV volume is limited as well. Being that we are older room temperature and volume levels are important. It is also somewhat disturbing that the hotel feels like they have to limit these controls. Also, the mini fridge was not running and had to be turned on manually, by us. I'm all for conserving power but if you know someone is coming it seems like they could do a better job of having the room ready ahead of time.

Great stay. We always feel at home when we stay at Hampton inn. We've stayed in so many through the years and they are always consistently great.

Breakfast was disappointing. Ho Hum at best. Not everyone likes waffles and egg omelets. Variety would have been nice and maybe fresh fruit other than a banana or damaged apple.
