Location, breakfast, comfortable beds

Opaque bathroom walls!

Breakfast was free but we didn't have time to eat it before we needed to check out. The room was on the small side but adequate, with two double beds for me and my adult daughter to sleep in. Parking was available onsite but there was a cost involved.

Room service was take out from the restaurant on the reception floor. The booking overall was quite expensive. It was also not so easy to get from the hotel to the international terminal at Sydney airport (lots of roadworks).

Very convenient location, 15 minutes walk to domestic terminals. Also: - 15 minutes walk to multiple restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. - Excellent complimentary breakfast selection. - Clean, modern and functional rooms with comfy beds. - Top-class service from staff.

- Nothing negative to report.

Good choices for breakfast, better than we have had in more expensive hotels.

a mejorar.: que al desayuno ofrezcan algún producto, libre de gluten y libre de lactosa. …y al huevo que es una proteína que no me produce problemas, no le agreguen leche en la preparación ya que eso limita su consumo para las personas con alergia a proteína de leche de vaca y también limita su consumo para personas con intolerancia a la lactosa

Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht. Gutes Frühstück. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Domestic Airport.

When i called reception to ask about shuttle bus from airport I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Reception staff were rude as if they don’t care about job. Restaurant food was limited poor quality and made me feel like i was staying at a truck stop.

Room was clean, bed comfortable

The breakfast and friendly service were an unexpected but greatly appreciated bonus. The location of the hotel was an absolute bonus. As travellers have to be at the airport so early being situated so close is invaluable.

I can't fault anything. As someone who hasn't travelled for the last 5 years, I was so appreciative of the staffs willingness to assist at all times. I'm a vegetarian so I probably would have appreciated more variety on the in house evening meals.

Good one night stay!!! About a 15 minute walk from Sydney domestic airport. (Didn’t like crossing the big intersection as it takes 3 lights to get across). Not a lot of places to eat nearby hotel…..we walked 10 minutes to the other Holiday Inn and had a fabulous dinner and a few beers at Biggles Bar and Grill) Had to leave before 6:30am when breakfast is available….we received a little Brekkie box which had cereal, milk, juice and granola bar. Was enough to get us by until airport breakfast.

Easy to find, comfy bed and hot shower after a long flight. Enough room for 3 people & their luggage. The range at the breakfast buffet was great.

shuttles were long way apart and i ended up getting a $57 taxi to travel less than 2 km

Friendly staff, great location (close to airport and Mascot public transport into cbd). Compact rooms and hotel but very well designed. Rooms were modern and clean. Free breakfast was good, can’t complain when it’s complimentary.

Staff went out of its way to help us when the temperatures soared into the 40s and were so good that it seemed as if this was just the way that they would always help everyone and maybe they are that good that this is true. Congratulations on your staffing standards.

Room was very clean. Plenty of USB charging points. Easy to reach power outlets. Well designed shower area.

Elevators were extremely slow.

Location is excellent. I liked the room it was spacious and had everything that we needed. Transport was readily available from the location.

Location was great,close to the Airport & yet very quiet. Our room was very clean & comfortable with lovely soft pillows which gave us a good night’s sleep after a long International flight. Breakfast was a good choice with hot & cold dishes to choose from. Having a shuttle bus organised to return us to the Airport next morning was appreciated.

Nothing at the Hotel,however the shuttle bus driver was so rude,telling us to load our own luggage into the trailer,then just throwing them in.He yelled & swore loudly at a truck driver when driving us back to the airport,then just dumping our luggage out the back of trailer when we arrived,not even lifting them onto the pavement for us! This driver should not be in this position with this attitude where he is employed to look after hotel guests!
