I was provided with the wrong keys. Arrived at 1.00 a.m. and had to find hotel. Quite frustrating.

Alright listen, Helsinki was just AMAZING. It was my very first physical stay in Finland and, after AGES of listening to friends and acquaintances AND even co-workers, I FINALLY got to experience it myself. It was just GLORIOUS. I wanna go back there ASAP. And by there I also mean this apt! :D Travelers: Stay there! :D

The location of the apartment is really good and the area felt ok in safety.

The size of the apartment was ok, but there was a bad smell in the toilet the whole time I was there, and it could use some more cleaning. The bed was quite small and the mattress was even smaller, so it was uncomfortable for two. I had to pickup the keys 15 minutes from the apartment, which came as a surprise, as I had booked the apartment for its location. This pickup system should be mentioned more clearly! Luckily I only had to pick them up and leave them into the apartment once I checked out.

location is good. but the apartment is a bit far from the reception for key check in.

the bed for 2 people is too small even we are 160 cm height girls. We took turns. One slept on sofa and one is on bed.

Great location and nice atmosphere of the place. Also nice touch with English books available in the amartment.

Please don't book it. From the sink to the blinds a lot is broken, old, dirty and the bath room is mouldy. Also you need to pick up the key at a 15 min walk away reception. It is so disappointing!

Loved the location - very close to the city center and main tourist attractions. Silent place.

I had to pick up the keys in another location, about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the house. + the hours for pick up were limited.

Small but quite nice apartment at a very central location, just above a metro station and very close to the main railway station. Considering the small size it's also well equipped with a cooking equipment and washing machine. There's a French window/balcony (for summer) and heating (for winter). Internet was reliable and very fast. There are some supermarkets quite close to the apartment. The 'beds' are not particularly comfortable, but are very clean.

The description boooking.com says that checking is 16:00-24:00. In reality you can get keys at a different address, some 15 minutes away. And that reception is only open 14:00-16:00. Otherwise you get keys from a key box and you need to provide a scan of your ID in advance. I wrote a WhatApp message to the number indicated, never received response. I wrote an email to the address indicated, never received a response. I called on the day of arrival and more or less at that time they provided the some instructions in the booking.com messaging system. Searching the key box and then the apartment is a kind of game, take the instructions with you, because every word of the instructions is important. All this is not necessarily a problem, but it's good to know in advance (like not to expect any reaction in advance).
