Palm Springs is always a family favorite, and this home was everything we could ask for in a home away from home. Our host was responsive and helpful, and was able to turn the pool a little warmer for our 3 yr old and that made all the difference in the world. The kids spent 7 days swimming and jumping in the pool, it was fabulous. Close to grocery, restaurants, tram, airport, super quiet neighborhood and we loved every minute of our trip. House was great, all the amenities, great A/C, TV options, no complaints! Will be looking to return next year!

I recently stayed at a breathtaking VRBO home rental that exceeded all expectations. The beautifully decorated mid-century modern furnishings added elegance to the space, and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax on the property. The heated pool and spa were the highlights of our trip, and we spent countless hours enjoying these amenities throughout the day. The property is just lovely. We spent the majority of our time poolside and reading perfect place to do so. The backyard really is the best! The neighborhood is pretty quiet. We really enjoyed our time there spacious enough for the 3 of us!

Our family have stayed at this property several times and we have never been disappointed. Susie has always been excellent to communicate with and very responsive if contacted. The house has had a few upgrades since we last stayed 3 years ago and was just perfect. The location is great for exploring local attractions and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The house is exceptionally clean and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing time in the sun. The outside of the house is very well maintained, and the backyard private. Its spacious with different seating areas to relax, read, snooze and chat. The pool & hot tub are lovely and clean and provide a welcome relief from the sun. I have a lways highly recommended this house and it continues to be our go to when visiting Palm Springs.

Via Jacques combines a convenient location with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen, but the highlight is really the backyard. Bonus!

Delightful stay at a true gem. We enjoyed the outside with beautiful pool and creative surroundings. The home is fresh, stylish, comfy, and very well appointed. We hope to return again and again!

Susan's place is absolutely lovely. The pictures don't do it justice. The kids and I swam in the pool every day and it was a perfect way to spend a week. We loved it so much this fall we came back for a second trip! The surrounding gardens are lovely and well cared for with several outdoor spaces (full shade porch - incredible!). The house is also super comfortable, very clean, well furnished, and has a well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and convenient to the downtown Palm Springs, several restaurants, grocery (many things walkable) and very close to the airport (10 min drive). Susan is super easy to communicate with. You will absolutely love staying at this vacation home and we hope to come back soon!

My wife and I rented this lovely house for four weeks along with our dog, and had extended visits during our stay from our grown kids. I can't recommend the house more highly. It is everything the pictures and other reviewers suggest, and Susan is an attentive and responsive host. We definitely hope to return on our next visit to PS.

The property is beautiful, especially the outdoor portion of the property. The pool was an absolute delight especially with the hot sun. Relaxing and napping on the hammock was fun as well. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Location was pretty good. Close to tram, airport, and shopping areas with car everything was 5-10 mins away.

Such a fun and lovely stay for myself and my 5 best girlfriends! The property was amazing and the host equally as amazing. Don’t be afraid to visit in summer. We were comfortable the entire time in the pool and air conditioning. We even used the hot tub at night. The house has everything you could need or want including pool floaties. Be aware of the noise ordinance…I didn’t read that ahead of time, but Susie was helpful in making sure we were aware of what that meant. We didn’t have any issues, but it’s something to be aware of. Additionally there are power lines directly above the back part of the property and you can hear the hum quite clearly, but you get used to it after a while. I would definitely come back here again

The first thing I want to say is not to be afraid of the summer heat. We arrived in mid-July on a week when every day was 100 degrees or over. I did not bother us. We were early risers and got in the pool around 7 or 8 and stayed there until about 10:30-11. Then we were back in it after dinner and into the night. We even used the hot tub every night. No matter where you go, you don't want to be in the sun every minute of the day, so of course, we spent our middays doing things around the town or reading, playing on our devices and watching movies...as one usually spends time doing on vacation. There is a lot to do around town: we loved the downtown shops and restaurants, and we went up the aerial tram to enjoy hiking around on San Jacinto at 68 degrees. We also loved the art museum, the aviation museum and driving around looking at architecture. We also visited Joshua Tree one morning for a short walk. As far as the property, it's exactly as pictured. We had 5 people and were very comfortable. The style was right up our alley - the Bertoia dining room chairs were the same ones we had in our house growing up. It was clean and the kitchen was very stocked. We did a lot of cooking and never once wished we had something that wasn't there. The location was perfect. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown and about 15 minutes from the airport. Also very close to where the aerial tram is. The pool was wonderful and a pool cleaner came twice during our stay to make sure it was pristine. You will also love the hammock/swinging chair area. We all had good heart to heart conversations there, as well as the hot tub. All in all, this was one of our favorite vacations ever. A great way to spend family time before my son leaves for college. Book it - you won't regret it!

My family of 3 generations had a great time here. My kids lived in the heated pool, my husband loved laying in the hammock looking at the mountains, grandma found the kitchen easy to use and well equipped and I loved the tasteful mid century modern decor and a pool large enough for lap swimming! Susie was wonderful to work with and very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Great house for a family Christmas and New Years gathering. Wonderful features - heated pool and spa, outside hammocks, fireplace, galley kitchen, outdoor refrigerator. Large outdoor space and efficient mid-century modern design. Quiet neighborhood, walkable to parks. Short drive to downtown Palm Springs, shopping, hiking trails. Friendly owner. Perfect.

Our family (2 adults and children 3 and 5 years old) had the best time in Palm Springs! The house and outside area were very kid friendly. The house was fantastic, private, super clean, and had everything we needed. The owner was responsive and great to work with. We can't wait to book again for another stay!

We stayed at Susan's place for 10 days while our kids were on fall break. It was the perfect change of scenery for our family. The pool was perfect, the beds we're comfy, the wifi was fast and Susan was there for anything we needed. Highly recommended.

This is our favorite rental home in Palm Springs, by far. We have stayed in 10+ different houses over the years, and this one is something special. The pool and hot tub are warm as a bathtub; and the hammocks and lounge chairs with mountain views make you truly feel like you’re on vacation. It is a really beautiful place to hang out — the best garden/pool area of anywhere we have stayed. The bedrooms are comfy and quiet, the kitchen has everything you need, and the home is located close to great restaurants and parks. Our kids loved it, too. We hope to stay here every year!

Our family went to Palm Springs to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday. We are so glad we stayed at this beautiful home. We only left once to go out to eat. The rest of the four days were spent enjoying the pool, the view, and the spacious, quiet, relaxing backyard with so many different areas to lay around and forget about everything except enjoying family. The home is beautiful and accommodated all 7 of us and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to enjoy cooking meals. The outdoor patio was perfect for eating and playing games. We loved laying in the hammocks and sunning by the pool. The BBQ was used several times and was easy to use. We hope to go back again soon. I highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to Palm Springs!

We and our children & grandchildren spent a long weekend at this beautiful property. The home is spotless and the kitchen well stocked with about anything you might need. This place is perfect for a family get away. We spent hours in the pool and enjoyed the outdoor eating area, as well as the quiet side yards with the hammocks & hanging chairs. This property is lovely, and we look forward to a return visit!

I look forward to going to Palm Springs for many reasons, but one is staying at this property. The owner is so wonderful, the house is quiet, private, relaxing, clean, beautiful and is like being welcomed home each time I return. It has everything you need to cook at home if you want. This place was beautiful and great location and clean. It had everything you need to feel like your at home. There was 8 of us and we were very comfortable. The owner was so easy to work with and very friendly and understanding. So thank you Susie for that ;). The temp of pool and hot tub was great. And the view is breath taking. My family was very happy and had a fabulous time. I would highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is beautiful but the best part is the backyard. My kids said it was like our own private resort - pool, hot tub, fire pit, and a cover patio with hammocks and swinging chairs my kids couldn't get enough of during our stay. We had so much fun relaxing and being together at the house we barely left the home during our stay (saved our sightseeing for before and after check out). The owner is very responsive and welcoming - she even let us know that the property was available for early check in. We will be back and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway in Palm Springs.

The outdoor space makes this home a real gem. Pool, spa, hammocks, fire pit - all the elements for a beautifully curated Palm Springs stay. Galley kitchen is a little tight, but very well stocked. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this lovely home during an oddly chilly cold snap, which we thought would preclude the use of the pool. Yet the stunningly sparkling pool was delightfully warm and the entire family enjoyed many a hour playing and relaxing in both the pool and hot tub. The fire pit was also a welcome and beautiful bonus. The home was very clean and had everything we could have needed. There were playgrounds and grocery stores within walking distance/short drive too, which is also key for a family on vacation. I think this was by far our favorite place we've vacationed in a while and hopefully we'll be back again next year. Susan is also very helpful and communicative too.
