The condo was great, we would stay again. It would be nice if they had a safe and washer and dryer.
With previous VRBO bookings we did not have to go through the condo office at all, here we did. We got there after closing, a key & info stating that we must go to the office between 8-noon the next day was left in the night lock box. I feel that a bonus of going through VRBO is not having to go through that process.
Also, we were harassed by employees about walking on the beach without our armbands. I showed him the bands in my bag, he said we needed to have them on. We were carrying our own chairs, not even trying to use theirs. The bands are rubber, tight, & leave a tan line. I understand if we were at the pool but the beach? Maybe they have too many employees with nothing better to do.

My family of 6 felt at home. Lots of room for all of us. All our friends at other units were impressed with how big ours felt even though they are all similar. Lots of table space with the hooks and entry table we kept all our hats and sunglasses on. Then the desk came in super handy for a little work and keeping more important things on like office paperwork and keys and purses. Games in the TV counsel and books as well were a nice surprise! Charging stations galore are such a nice touch and so handy!! So many kitchen accessories cooking were very helpful! Huge pantry for all our groceries. Keurig was a nice surprise too since it is not pictured or mentioned. Awesome new fridge with auto ice maker and extra ice trays! Smart TVs throughout were very helpful! HUGE walk-in closet in 2 queen room which made keeping unit clean even easier to be able to stow away our luggage and clothes, plus we used it as a changing area since there were so many of us, really came in handy but not listed or pictured so very happily surprised! Wish there was a tad bit more room in 2 queen bathroom but thats a minimal complaint, it was a nice sized shower, I just like more counter space :) Also, wish there were beach toys for us to use, we stayed in other units with toys included that came in very handy. We loved being the closest club unit to beach and ground floor for our kids to easily get out the door and run back for things. The enclosed patio was very nicely done and loved having an outside patio to enjoy as well! We had already booked another unit for next year but we changed it to this one for next year because we loved it so much!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Palm Bay condo's! Condo was clean, and convenient to the beach. A couple things we were disappointed in was when my husband complained to the front desk about a rude employee on the beach, there was never a follow up call from the manager. Also, the noise level at night (around midnight or after)and early morning (around 6am to 8am)from workers and other guests loading up cars and talking loudly was annoying. Security seemed to handle the noise at night, but was never around checking things out in the morning. While this unit was decorated beautifully, the couches were very uncomfortable - the cushions were very large, and didn't stay on couch when sat on. We would definitely stay at Palm Bay again, we just hope some of the items mentioned would be addressed.

Our beds and linens were comfortable and quality was good. Loved the lanai and patio for coffee. We took advantage of the hot tub on the bayside property. It was great temperature and so relaxing. The only thing that could have been better was a small restroom close to the beach area.

This past year our family rented eight units at The Palm Bay Club and quite possibly four at a neighboring resort/hotel. The security personnel were very helpful with any questions and the grounds were very well maintained. My family is looking forward to returning next year for our vacation/family reunion. Overall, we had a good time at the Palm Bay Club. We have been vacationing at the Palm Bay Club since 2012. However, this unit has been my least favorite. While it was clean, and the location was great, I feel that improvements need to be made. The mattress in the guest room needs to be updated. The cookware also needs to be updated. There are other units in the complex that are more appealing.

We rented the Club Corner (150) for 10 nights and it was a great condo. It was very roomy and more than lived up to its description. We did, however, have issues with the property management company:On the Web Site, it indicated that there were grills for cooking. In fact, there were two gas grills at the Bayside pool site, two charcoal grills at the entrance to the beach, and one small charcoal grills among the beachside condos---hardly enough to satisfy the needs of all of the owners/renters. Further, the location was not convenient for cooking a meal to be consumed in a condo and one was expected to provide their own charcoal and lighter fluid. Really?Beach umbrellas were provided by a separate company and you had to reserve these online the day before. We were not told this when we checked in, so we lost the use of an umbrella for a day. (There was a brochure for the company in the office, but it was at the far end of the check-in podium and partially covered by the plexiglas.)What was most disappointing was the reaction of the staff when we verbalized these concerns. Defensive and rude would accurately describe their behavior.Again, the unit was great, the management company not so much.

We have stayed here 3 times now and love it. However, our last visit we had 2 nights of 7 that people were very loud and security did nothing about it other than tell them to be quiet. Rules are between 10PM and 9AM you are not to disturb others. When they continued to be loud all security said was that he would right it up. I spoke with the front desk on check out regarding. I would still recommend Palm Bay Club as I am confident the will fix for next time.

Awesome location— property needs updates
The pluses; Condo is quite spacious and is located on the ocean side. There is a very nice lanai that my husband was able to use as an office — no view ; but a pleasant work space. Short walk to the beach and condo grounds are beautifully maintained.
The condo itself is dated, which makes it less comfortable. The leather furniture is quite uncomfortable. The beds are ok— a little hard for our comfort. The decor is also dated and cluttered. Kitchen is not well equipped and pots and pans are poor quality.

A new place for us on Siesta Key
The property did not compare to another location we used for the past few winters. The condo itself was ok, the staff very good but the complex was noisy with people out front walking and talking late and people stomping around over our bedroom. That front bedroom needs room darkening shades! The 2 pools were mediocre, but the location to the beach was excellent with plenty of lounges. There was a problem with the ice maker. After 2 calls someone came to look at it and shut it off never telling us the problem or if it would be fixed.

Excellent beach property!
Overall everything was fantastic and just as we had hoped. My one wish was that there might be a couple boogie boards or something similar for the kids to play with. We had to purchase our own and just left them there so hopefully future families can use them.

Palm Bay Thanksgiving
Really enjoyed our time in Palm Bay, unit 150. Everything was as described and as expected. It's an easy place to stay and maintain. Appreciated the easy access to the beach and not having to haul any equipment to and fro. If a condo stay is your thing, I'd recommend this one.

Lovely condo
My husband and I rented this condo last week with another couple. It was just as pictured and very clean. Loved the location and we really enjoyed walking on that gorgeous beach everyday.

Beautiful Condo steps from the beach
Unit 150 was clean and beautifully decorated with great amenities. You will find everything you need for a great beach vacation here. The beds are super comfortable and all the furniture is like new. This is definitely the condo for you if you have kids. Load up your wagon and pull it right on to the beach and you’re there in 3 minutes. There are umbrellas and a cooler in the condo and Palm Bay Club supplies free lounge and regular chairs for your use. You can also set up tents for shade. There is a space outdoors to store beach toys and other items. The lanai is beautiful and great for added room. There is drying rack you can use to hang wet towels and suits. Washer and dryer is a few steps from the front door. The covered cart port right outside condo makes for easy loading and unloading. The pool is a short 2 minute walk and is very nice. I can’t say enough great things about unit 150. Thank you to the owners for renting your beautiful condo to us. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. The shuttle will pick you up at stop and drop you off at your door when going into town. Janie K.
