This was a fantastic stay for my sibling and I to get away for a night. Close to everything, clean, comfortable, and cozy!

The condo was beautiful, clean and fully stocked.

Beds were very comfortable. They felt brand new. This condo was very clean and updated and had everything you could possibly need in a stay away from home. Owner was very accommodating. We will be staying here again next summer as it is located in a great spot to walk to all places along the bay.

Renting this condo to work from « away » - it was perfect, spacious, luminous and the daily sunset were a delight!

Clean, cute, and comfortable stay in a bright, airy upstairs condo. A bedroom and full bathroom downstairs with a loft bedroom and half bath upstairs. TV in both bedrooms and the living room. Great location within walking distance of the beach bars. The balcony had a relaxing view of the ocean.

We love Jacob's Landing and the beach. It is close to the beach and all the activities in the area. We love the pool and the clubhouse. Beautiful condo. Maybe a little too fancy for little children. Better for teens and adults.

Had a great time and Host was awesome on communicating both before and during our stay! Will be going back to this great place!

We were delighted by the cleanliness and brightness of this rental, and found the view of Birch Bay, and it’s proximity to a long beachside walking path, to be quite wonderful. Everything was as described, and Ken’s communication was very consistent and understanding. If renting during the winter, we recommend bringing slippers because the floors can get rather chilly.

Very nice place to stay for our visit. However…. We were never able to find any local up to date news on the TV, it was only old national and repetitive. We couldn’t find local evening shows on major networks, NBC, ABC and CBS. We just decided it must not be available with the source. Usually at places like these that we’ve stayed in before have tissues (Kleenex) for the renters. We also found it lacking in things like plastic wrap, containers to store food in and bowls used for tossing salads, pastas or things to be able to transport to another location. I have brought these items with us many times and found that we really hadn’t needed to pack for these extra items. Overall it was a super nice place and we loved it. Very quiet and restful. Very clean and comfortable beds.

The property was lovely the condo is lovely nicely decorated and clean . Loved the view . The. Condo do could use patio furniture especially an umbrella on the view patio . The patios could use a bit of a clean .Overall great I would rent again

This property has beautiful ocean views and all the amenities you need for a family vacation. It is just steps from the beach.

We have stayed at this property before and each time it is lovely. It’s clean, beautiful, the view is amazing! The community is just lovely and we never want to leave. Checking in is so easy, and Ken is so helpful!

Although I didn’t stay in this unit this year I have prior and it always lovely.

Everything was easy and very well explained. There was no need to contact the owners and we were very comfortable. The only possible drawback was not being allowed to have our kids for dinner due to a non gathering specification but aside from that I’d totally stay there again.

My husband was out of town so we organized a quick family girls trip to Birch Bay. The place was great, clean, and in a great location for beach walks, pool trips and walks to dine out. We will be returning, Ken and the property were lovely!

This is a gorgeous place for a much-needed getaway with a dear friend. The place was very clean, well supplied (although needed a sponge or cloth for washing dishes), beds were super comfy. Just a beautiful place to stay. I would stay there again. Thanks.

Great place. Great views. Great location. Within walking distance if bars, restaurants, and even a brewery. There is a neat marketplace down the road. Would come back.

Accommodations met our expectations

This was the perfect place for a mom and daughter getaway. The place was clean, beautiful and stocked with basic kitchen items (cookie sheets and apron would have been nice to have). The loft upstairs had it own toilet, sink and mirror set up, which made it perfect for my daughter's space. GREAT view of the bay. We will definitely come back. The host was great with communication and check in process.

Nice to have the clubhouse available for game room, tennis court, and pool. Game room and tennis court not in the best of shape, but that is not the reason for the stay. The place was very clean and served its purpose for us. Lots of items included in place to cook, etc.

It was not as clean as we would have expected. The bathroom facilities were clean, but it was quite dusty and the rugs were not clean. The bathroom stopper stays closed so the sink fills up with dirty water. Everything else was good enough. So many rules being sent to you prior to the stay, during the stay and upon leaving, that it's sort of a buzz-kill. I think most adults can manage to follow rules if given to them once.

Beautifully remodeled condo with quality linens. Nice to have balcony and deck. Would have been nice to have a table on the deck for outside dining. The only reason I didn’t give this condo 5 stars is the lack of a ceiling fan. Although the weather was only in the mid-70’s when we were there, the loft bedroom got very warm. I’ve stayed In many different condos in Jacob’s landing over the years, and they have all had ceiling fans. Not sure why this one didn’t.

This condo has a great view of the bay and is walking distance to restaurants. Condo was one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented! Ken was was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book again.
