we loved the location quite neighborhood and close to every thing we needed. the house was well equipped for the stay and longer. i enjoyed waking up to fresh cup of coffee and breakfast. ive stayed in lots of vrbo's and this one, met all of our expectation thank again Rhonda

We had a great stay in Montrose for the arrival of our new grandson. The house was perfect. Great location to everything and nice quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

The snow-capped San Juans are visible from the driveway. Convenient to a wide variety of local, state, and national marvels. Clean, spacious, and hassle-free. Great backyard. Well-maintained grounds.

The house was in a great spot to easily get to any place that you would like. Very neat. Very comfortable.

Great place to stay. The property close to many things and in a quite neighborhood. House was close my mine convenient with my family in town give us some extra space we needed. The kitchen well stocked spacious living room. It was well taken care clean and checking and out was easy good communication when needed but really didn't need too everything went smoothly. Great place to stay when visting the Montrose area.

Loved the house. Can easily get to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Colorado National Monument, and Telluride. Very clean!!!! Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Wonderful kitchen to cook in. Comfortable beds. Loved sitting on the patio. Nice kitchen table and comfortable living room. Overall - can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Will highly recommend to all of our friends when they head this way!

Highly efficient place to stay. We did not need any frills, just beds, showers, and kitchen and it was exactly what we needed. A super location for us. Everything we did was within 3 mins. Very affordable!

House was as described, clean, and great location. We stayed for a guy’s ski trip and the location was perfect for hitting all of the mountains. The house was well stocked and everything you need to make meals. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in September 2022. This was a cute home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay in Montrose. The outdoor space was comfortable and a great space to wind down after a long day of exploring. It's a great home for a couple or a small family. It had a well stocked pantry. The communication with the homeowner was great, they answered our questions and were quick in getting back to us.

Really enjoyed the house, very clean and well appointed. The only two things that could use improvement are the beds were very hard and we could not log onto our Netflix account. All in all a great house!

This is a great property close to everything you may need but a nice quite neighborhood. Rhonda was very accommodating. We had a great time! Love the mountains!!

My family and I (wife and 17yr old son) stayed here while in town for a wedding. This place is amazing! Very clean, lots of room, great location (across the street from my sister's home), and the host communicated well. The kitchen wasn't the most stocked if you're planning on cooking meals, but that's the only negative thing I can say. Would recommend to anyone!

I recommend this newer, clean and well located home. 5 stars.

Just what we needed when visiting family in the area

Our family (my wife and me and our three children) spent the weekend in Montrose to attend niece’s baptism in Delta, CO. Home was clean and had plenty of space for our family. Each kid had their own bed. Beds were comfortable and home had all the amenities we needed. Montrose has plenty of close shopping and restaurants in a nice, quiet, suburban-like setting. The only negative was the lack of a garage door opener available, which was more of an inconvenience when leaving or arriving each day, but I understand the security concerns. You couldn’t see the San Juan mountains to the south from the home itself, but a block away, you could see them in their grand splendor. We drove south down to Ouray, which was only about 30 minutes away and a beautiful drive into the mountains. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Beautiful home close to all Montrose and surrounding area has to offer!

The house is mid-way between Telluride and crested butte giving it a perfect base for ski vac. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities tallow families to eat in and relax after day of activities.

Good location, quiet neighborhood, nice house. All supplies needed plus miscellaneous items for cooking.

We stayed for a week at this property and it was the perfect hub for our day trips to Telluride, Ouray , and Black Canyon etc... There are nearby supermarkets and restaurants in Montrose. The house was clean and in a great , quiet neighborhood. Great location and we enjoyed our stay!!!

Beautiful safe neighborhood, spacious home inside and out. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Hot showers and a clean home.

It was grand. Our family really enjoyed the home and the kids loved playing in the yard. We wished that the BBQ has been gas rather that bricketts We loved the home and the kids loved playing in the back yard. My daughter-in-law thought the master bed could use a memory pad as it was hard. I left a note about the fan in the hall bath not working, a crack in one of the livingroom lamps that was there when we arrived and I changed the battery in the smoke alarm as it was beeping during the night. In the twin bedroom. We would stay again in the future. Thank you so much. The wedding was superb that we came to attend.

It was a wonderful house and the owners were very easy to communicate with.

The house was clean with a great view! The owners were so nice and accomodating! When I make it back out west I will definitely stay here again.

Nice living room, dining room and bedrooms. The patio area was especially nice and we spent most of our time out there when we were not out playing golf or sight seeing. Definitely recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Montrose! It was a great location to what we wanted to see in the area (Black Canyon, Ouray, Telluride) with convenient access to Walmart for groceries to do some of our own cooking. Plenty of space for our family of five and very comfortable! We stopped at the Museum of the West on our way out of town and we're glad we did.
