House was great. My family had a wonderful time.

The house looked just like the photos and was immaculately clean. It was a convenient base to visit the sights and attractions of the Poconos.
The kitchen was well-stocked, which was a nice change from places that promise a fully-stocked kitchen but only have three glasses, two forks, and an ancient frying pan.
My husband wanted to stay somewhere with lake access for swimming, which isn't so easy to find these days. He enjoyed spending the afternoon at Boulder Lake, one of several lakes at Indian Mountain Lakes.
The large deck and hot tub were the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Agnia was a pleasure to deal with and responded immediately to questions.

The location was fantastic! Even though in a development, you could not see or hear the neighbors. It felt nicely secluded.
The home was spacious with many arrangements for sleeping. Having a crib and high chair in good condition was a plus!

The wrap around deck with 3 sliding doors was lovely! It was sturdy and safe for our 1 year old to toddle around on (slats close together).
It was nice to have a washer and dryer and also a charcoal grill.
The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pans, etc.; very well stocked.
We felt more outdoor furniture would be helpful for having 7 people staying - both on the deck and around the firepit.
More or newer pillows would be appreciated. More towels, including for the kitchen, would be great!
Kitchen drawers and food cabinet were dirty and cluttered. We stored all our food on the peninsula counter which took up a lot of space but the very large kitchen table was a PLUS!
The listing seems to be a little out of date and I would not consider this an "Upscale" home as it is listed.
We would stay again as the good outweighed the negative.

My family hasn't been on vacation since 1998 so it was personally a lot of pressure for me to find a place that accommodated their needs. This place met this for sure, great location and great value. Lots of room and activities in the area.

We had a great time staying here—everything was as advertised and the host was communicative. The kitchen was really well-stocked, and we loved the hot tub and swings. We went skiing at Blue Mountain, which isn’t too far away. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely return!

Our family had a wonderful week. We spent a lot of time hiking and exploring. When we were at the house it was great to relax in the hot tub and by the fire.

The property was very family friendly with lots of space to sleep and to let the kids run around. The hot tub was well maintained and very comfortable. The area around and outside was great for gathering around the fire and enjoying some treats. The owner was very responsive if we had a question and kept us up to date on anything that changed. My family and I enjoyed the stay and look forward to staying there again.

A/C didn’t work well upstairs where master bedroom, kitchen and living room was. And downstairs was freezing. Other than we had a great time. It’s very quiet community. House was very clean and spacious. Our kids loved the swing.

I have stayed In Many Vrbo and own one. Thought the price was a lil high especially with all the fees for the over all house itself... overall the house was clean and neat . Gated Community was very secure . I would say this price point would be for a nascar racecweek and a lil cheaper this time of year .....

Great House for making lasting memories
Great house and location - my kids (1, 3, 4) all had a blast playing in the snow and we were even able to make a nice sled hill out of the snow that was plowed in the driveway. The house is arranged perfectly with a master bedroom w/ shared bathroom upstairs and 4 rooms downstairs!! There’s so much space for a great time and the hot tub was perfect.
The only issues (which aren’t really issues):
There’s a mild odor coming from the downstairs bathroom but was easily remedied by keeping the door open and exhaust fan on.
The room downstairs closest to the laundry area is a bit chilly but keep in mind, it was below 20° F for most of our trip. We kept the door open and the heat coming from the laundry room helped.
All in all this placed was great for 5 adults and 3 young kids. There was a crib and high chair!

Perfect Cabin for Rest, Relaxation & Recovery
We were looking for a place to unplug, unwind, and recover from the burn out of the hectic year and half that has passed. This home had the perfect amenities and location for just that. The open layout, comfortable furniture, and fully stocked house created a very welcoming and worry free atmosphere...I mean stocked with everything from pots & utensils to aluminum foil, soap, shampoo, and detergent. The owners were very thoughtful to make this a really carefree experience. They were incredibly quick to respond with any questions or concerns upon our arrival, including resetting the wifi within minutes of letting them know it was out. The hot tub located right on the deck made it very easy to hop in and hop out regardless of how cold it was outside...if it was in the yard we prob wouldn't have used it at all. The house was well-connected with wifi, so were able to easily work remotely as needed and then unplug after. The location was ideal - close to gyms, resorts, wineries, and other adventures. The commute from the city was short enough to not be exhausted from travel which was great for those that had to catch flights the next morning. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to chill or take a few fun excursions during the day.

Great getaway!
Myself and 4 girlfriends stayed for a girls weekend. The property is nice, house is very comfortable and well stocked! Beds were great! The fire pit and hot tub were the perfect icing on the cake! We even had deer walk right up on the property while we were enjoying sometime by the fire. Communication with the owner was excellent! We are already talking about planning another trip next year.

Nice quiet clean house
We had a great stay at the house! It was very clean and comfortable. The owner was easily accessible for any questions. The hot tub and the swings were both highly popular with my family. The amenities within the community are decent, but not wonderful. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this property!

Great house -- really enjoyed it
Stayed here with my family in August. The house was nice (photos in listing are accurate), and we particularly enjoyed the deck, yard, and hot tub. The location was convenient driving from NYC, and it did the trick for getting us some time away in the country where the weather is a bit cooler than in the city. Note that there are two pools in the community -- one a short walk and the other a bit of a drive -- and only the farther pool was open most of the days we were there. Also, the living space is on the second floor, which is great for high ceilings and a nice view of the trees, but the stairs are a bit steep if anyone in your party is older. With those two caveats, we enjoyed the place and would happily recommend. Owner is helpful and responsive.

An absolutely wonderful experience
Our experience renting this home was excellent. The house was clean, well equipped with all the amenities anyone would need and best of all, it's surrounded by nature. The hot tub, grill, fire pit and swings were an added bonus. The host Agnia provided the BEST consumer service we've experienced in a long time. She was super responsive and just very kind and friendly. It'll be hard to beat this experience anywhere else.

Nice family getaway
We all thought the property was nice - clean, well taken care of. Having a hot tub on the deck and the swings in the front was nice (and we used both). The host was very easy to communicate with (we had an issue with the hot tub and it was fixed lightning speed). We loved seeing deer wonder onto the property to say 'hello.'
If there are any negatives it's these: the AC system is not set up in a way to cool down the upstairs appropriately. There are huge uncovered windows (which are lovely to look out of) on the 2nd floor that let in a lot of heat; the AC struggles to keep up. So, in order to have upstairs be comfortable, downstairs has to be absolutely freezing. Honestly, we adjusted, with a whole lot of blankets downstairs but I wonder if shades on the windows might fix the problem. And the firepit area is kind of tiny - again, not a big deal; we're just a family that loves evening time fires :)
All in - nice experience, would definitely recommend.

The property was beautiful and clean. Our entire party enjoyed the home. Several commodities were provided. The natives were friendly. Agnia, the property owner, answered my 1 call right away.

Beautiful Getaway
Me and a few friends stayed at Agnia’s home for Memorial Day Weekend and it exceeded our expectations. It was super spacious and the living room had nice windows to let natural light in. I would 100% recommend!

Highly Recommend!
My partner and I came for a long weekend with a couple of friends. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood, very clean and had everything we needed for our getaway! Hot tub was amazing and very clean as well. Agnia was very attentive and stayed in touch. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Nice Stay
The house was very nice. Close to everything. Plenty of room especially if you have kids. The master is upstairs and all the other rooms are downstairs so kids had their own spot. Hot tub was perfect. It snowed alot while we were there so we didnt really get a chance to hang out in the yard. The swings off the deck were cool my daughter loved them. Owner was very responsive needed driveway plowed she was there quickly with a plow guy. Wish i could have stayed longer.

Great stay near Camelback
Nice property. 25 minutes to Camelback. Communication was excellent. While not a luxury home, the interior is very nicely updated. Only complaint is that the hot tub was set to 75 upon arrival so we were not able to use it the first night. Owner apologized and explained that this was due to a cleaning cycle on the tub. I only mention it because it seems to have happened before to other guests. No big deal for a week long stay, but would have been frustrating if our stay was much shorter and we were counting on the hot tub. Overall a great experience.

A beautiful, modern house perfect for a weekend getaway
My group of 7 adults enjoyed our weekend stay at Agnia’s house. The house was very clean and looked just like the photos. The kitchen had modern appliances, the beds and sofa were comfortable, the TVs and dining table were quite large, and the hot tub on the deck was a wonderful way to unwind. Agnia was great at communicating during the days leading up to the trip, and also quick to respond when we had any issues. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend from Covid
The property and house was perfect.’it accommodates everyone with sleeping and lounging. We had such an amazing and relaxing time that was much needed as essential workers/first responders working endlessly during this pandemic. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and highly recommend!
