Lovely 3 bedroom condo in South Villas at King and Prince. Great ocean views from large 3rd floor balcony. Nice seating in living area. Kitchen was outfitted nicely with everything needed to snack and cook.

The condo is just as pictured, beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and linens were superb. This was our first visit to the King and Prince resort and we loved it! It’s perfect for kids of all ages and adults as well. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The view from the condo was perfect. We would love to return!

Of all the condo’s we have ever rented and we rent quite often, this condo is so well decorated and when you enter, you immediately feel a sense of serenity and peace! The view and location is incredible! We are hoping to rent this condo any time we plan a trip to St Simons! Thank you, Karen, for allowing us to share in your family’s sanctuary!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because I want to keep this place to myself! The condo was immaculate, but still felt like we were staying at a friends house. The view and location cannot be beat. Steps from the pool and beach, and easy access to walk to restaurants and shops.

A splendid property. Beautifully and recently renovated. The covered parking spot was too tight but lots of other parking. We will definitely return.

Imagine you and your best friends gathering on a balcony with your coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise. Got it? That's one of the lovely aspects of staying in this St. Simon's condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and had many wonderful amenities - including a welcoming bottle of wine! As a member of King and Prince, it is lovely to get all the benefits of the King and Prince property while being able to have the security and convenience of booking through VRBO and having available communication with the owner. We needed this when we arrived because we had some problems getting in the door initially (completely user error!) and the owner was very quick to respond and get us back on track. The unit was very clean and all the furnishings were lovely and in good shape. She also left lots of local information and gave her own personal recommendations for dining and activities, which was appreciated! We would definitely re-book here for a future stay!

Comfortable and nicely furnished condo. Kitchen was a little tight but well stocked. Can’t beat the beach access and having the K&P pool and bar right next door. Really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely unit with a gorgeous balcony view of the ocean. Well-kept and comfortable.

Our goal for this vacation was to find a comfortable place on the beach for my elderly mother-in-law to enjoy St. Simons. The condo was perfect. The elevator made it easy for her to the amenities, the view from our balcony was heavenly, and the entire condo was laid out perfectly for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the smart TVs made it easy for us to watch the Braves and movies, and the WiFi/Cell service was the best we've ever experienced on vacation. We will definitely visit again.

We love this condo. This was our 2nd time staying here and plan to rebook the same condo for next year. My only issue was that it was fairly dusty and I am highly allergic so it made me a little sick. It was definitely surface clean but needed some dusting in areas the housekeepers aren't getting to. Definitely not a deal breaker as this is our favorite condo we have ever rented.

The condo was beautiful! It was very clean and close to the pool and the beach. The ocean view from the main balcony was gorgeous- our parents (mid eighties) enjoyed sitting and watching the ocean every day. We would rate the condo 4.5 stars. The only negatives about the condo are 1) curtains in the bedrooms do not block the morning light so if you like the room to be dark and don’t like to be up at 6 am with the light then you will be disappointed 2) the second king bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable 3) the second bath with king bed was extremely small (only one person could fit in there at a time). We still loved the condo and would stay there again despite those negatives. The King and Prince Resort was very nice except for 1) we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and the emergency call button was out of service, luckily the elevator started again after a few minutes) and 2) beach access was extremely difficult, especially for our elderly parents, since the stairs leading from the resort the beach ended in about 2 feet of murky water on most days- we had to use stairs at far end of property or wade through several inches water if we wanted beach access. The resort was great In that they would pick up my father in a golf cart and take him to sit at the pool since he was on a walker. That was a bonus and my parents were very appreciate. We loved our time there and would definiy go back!

This was our second trip to the island and our second time staying in this beautiful condo. The owner is very helpful and the place is decorated to a millionaire’s standards. She has inspired me in my own home’s update.

This is such a beautiful 3 bdrm/3 ba condo at the King and Prince Resort. The condo is even lovelier than the photo’s online. Had everything we needed - and more - for a great stay. Kitchen is fully stocked. Will be back, for sure!

We love the location, beach views and convenience to restaurants.

The condo was very nice just like the pictures shown and great view of the ocean. If you sat on balcony you could also hear the ocean...very soothing. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Condo came stocked with paper goods and toiletries. Beds were all very comfortable. Normally the access to the beach was very close and easy to get to but unfortunately that access was closed for repair during our stay...that was the only disappointment during our stay otherwise everyone had a great time. We definitely plan on coming back!

Our family of five (3 children, ages 4-9) absolutely loved this sweet condo. The layout is wonderful and the condo is wonderfully kept. Loved that the cleaning folks left four big, fluffy clean towels in each bathroom. The check in instructions were clear and concise and the parking area is a nice touch to be able to park easily while you're there. The King and Prince pool was heated and wonderful for our children who were excited to swim. The only negative at all was that the pool grill was not open each day we were there and so it was occassionally difficult to get a meal without planning ahead. The kitchen in the condo was wonderfully stocked for the days we cooked as well and the Harris Teeter is nearby! The beach access was closed, as the beach is flat there, the water was pooled very high around the stairs making it tough to get to the beach for a walk or some playtime. Everything else was lovely and we enjoyed some visits to St Simons as well for meals and playground time.

Beautiful comfortable home. Had everything we needed. Could use some real china plates as we were all adults. Great location!

Enjoyed celebrating 80th bday and mother/ daughter trip. Had one small issue and Karen was very attentive to help solve. Loved Happy Hour at King and Prince and walking distance to some great restaurants.

We celebrated my mom’s 89th birthday and we needed a place that would accommodate her needs as well as provide a beautiful view. That’s exactly what we got!

This was a family trip for my husband, and his two sisters and spouses. One of his sisters had terminal cancer so this was our last trip together before she passed. Having an elevator and a great view and a restaurant on site was exactly what we needed. Communication with the host was perfect.

Very nice accommodations perfectly located right near the main resort. Short walk to restaurants and shops as well. Easy check in process that was well explained. Overall an excellent experience.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for my daughters wedding. The villa has a great view of the ocean, King and Prince and the pool area. Three nice sized bedrooms- all with their own bath. Very clean and would definitely recommend staying here!!!!! Thanks you!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6, and very easy to check in; the condo was well stocked and we had no issues while we were there. Liked that the beach and pools were right in front of us, and a quick walk to several restaurants and shops. I did give one less star for the King and Prince resort itself; it is a bit outdated and needs a refresh to make this the perfect vacation spot.

Great location. Ocean view while on the balcony. Plan on making reservations for any meals at the King and Prince. They are short staffed. We arrived within 2 hours of breakfast ending and were turned away. Pool side food seems to be ok.

Myself and 5 girlfriends spent the weekend in this condo at the King & Prince celebrating a 50th birthday. Condo size was perfect. VERY close and convenient to the pool and other K&P amenities. Clean, roomy and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to provide at least 2 pot holders and dish towels as there were none of either of those. Besides that, all was great.
