Grande terrazza con vista libera per navigare, tavolo da pranzo all'aperto e barbecue a gas.

Ampia camera familiare separata con TV, DVD, ping-pong, biliardino, libri, giochi e DVD.
Cucina ben attrezzata con macchina da caffè e macinacaffè, frullatore a immersione, fornello di riso, forno a microonde, forno, lavastoviglie e stoviglie, posate e utensili da cucina sufficienti per due famiglie.
2 camere da letto al piano superiore (matrimoniale e doppia) e 2 camere da letto al piano inferiore (2 singole e 1 set di letti a castello con rotelle). Può ospitare 2 famiglie comodamente (4 adulti e 5 bambini) o 6 adulti al massimo.

The place and views were great. Heaps of room and the deck was great.
However,
On arrival we noticed that the corner of the front stepping stones was broken. There is a screw loose in the handle of the up stairs toilet, and the games were all incomplete so could not be played, there was no ball for the ping pong table.

Terrible experience. Never recommend to anyone
We had a very bad experience at this property and would never recommend to anyone.
1) Property was not maintained at all. Downstairs sofa and furniture were smelly and not at all in a usable condition.
2) It was not cleaned at all at the time of check-in.
3) We have found cockroaches in the crockery drawers.
4) Bedsheets and quilt cover were smelly and not washed.

Great for 2 Families
We had an amazing long weekend at Caves Beach. The house was clean, well equipped and we appreciated all the extras like decent coffee, soap in the bathrooms and sharp knives in the kitchen. Our teenage children loved the downstairs area, especially the ping pong table and their own TV We hope to stay again.

Great house layout
School holidays with kids - this place is a great choice as has two living spaces and is fully catered for all ages of kids. Table tennis, books, movies, netflix and sleeping area all downstairs while adults can have a cheese platter on the deck and watch for whales off the balcony. Quiet cul de sac and walking distance to patrolled beach.

Location is superb!
Location is superb, 5 mins walking to the beach. Cafe is around the corner. Good facilities with large backyard, table tennis, outdoor bbq and well equiped kitchen. The downside is when we checked in the house was a bit dusty and you can tell that the house has been emptied for sometimes. Overall it was pleasant stay.

Great location
Property was in a great location and owner was very accommodating and easy to liase with. Well equipped kitchen though on arrival the property did not appear to have been cleaned, particularly the floors. The day prior to our departure & again on the morning of departure at 7.30am (who i can only assume is the cleaner) knocked at the door requesting to know when we were "getting out of the house". As guests we did not find this professional or necessary.

The perfect beach house!
We have stayed here 4 times now with a bunch of kids aged 10 to 18 and it is a wonderful house. The top deck is magic with views out to the sea, a huge dining table and a full-sized BBQ. The kitchen is very well equipped and very modern, light and airy. Downstairs the kids love the ping-pong and soccer table, and having their own TV (with loads of DVDs and board games all thrown in). Easy walk to the beach, shops and CB resort facilities. There is nothing about this house we didn't like - best beach house in Caves Beach. Thank you Sandhya and family!

Spacious and flexible floorplan
This was our second stay at the Beach House at Caves Beach, and hopefully we will return as it is a great place to stay. Both stays were with a family of 4 (including 2 toddlers) plus grandparents. Safety gate for the stairs is highly recommended when staying with young kids, which we brought for our second stay.
The large and flexible floorplan meant that we were able to spread out in different configurations during our stays. Both upstairs and downstairs have lounge areas with a tv, which was great once the kids were in bed. The master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe which easily fitted a travel cot for our youngest. The bathroom downstairs is spacious and has a bath.
We also enjoyed the large backyard, large balcony (with a view!) and short walk to the (unpatrolled) beach. The street is very quiet with absolutely no traffic noise.

Fantastic!
We stayed here for a week over Christmas with adult kids and a 17 month old grandchild. It was fantastic.
The location couldn't be better, a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the beach, a park, shops, the resort for a quiet drink and a sociable dinner and a five minute drive to two big supermarkets. Once I had the Christmas shopping done we didn't use the cars for five days.
Bedrooms are well set up and the area downstairs has plenty of games and activities provided.
The kitchen!! I had every kitchen utensil required for preparing Christmas lunch, except a roasting pan which I bought and left there. Loads of crockery and cutlery, serving dishes and platters. Glassware galore! Easily coped with ten for Christmas dinner.
The large balcony is a treat, we opened the sliding doors and used it every day. We had rain and sunshine and no one complained at all because the house is big enough to handle everything and everyone. There are pedestal fans that helped in the heat.
If you take small children make sure you take a gate to block the staircase - lucky we thought of it or it may have been a nightmare!
All in all, we would definitely return to the Beach House.

Really lovely
We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights very much.
Caves Beach is a terrific location. We brought our bikes as well and enjoyed local rides as well as the wonderful Fernleigh track (from Belmont)
The house is exactly what we look for in a beach stay - breezy - lots of light - comfy furniture and relaxed feel.
Kitchen very well equipped and nice to see a few consumables such as salt/pepper, sauces, - dishwashing, etc all available.
- would have liked to have had a hose available in the front yard to allow us to water the lovely lawn that really suffered on the hot days we were there.

Great location, Great house
We were a group of 6 work colleagues who stayed for two nights for work. The house and facilities were great. The games area and the outside deck was excellent. The only down points were the lack of air conditioning, ceiling fans particularly as it was hot and the towels were like sandpaper. other than that would recommend it as it is good value for money.

Lovely spot
Got what we had hoped for with this place. Kids had a hideaway downstairs and enjoyed having table tennis competitions which was fun. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Great house, simple and spacious, just a walk to the beach and the little shops for coffee, basic groceries an ice-cream, bakery, and pharmacy. Beach is always great, caught some fish, explored the rock pools and swam...perfect holiday! We would rent this place again which I think says it all.

We stayed at the house mainly as we was close to where my son's wedding was at The Caves Beach resort ,walking distance.

Great Location
This house not only is in a great location but has a great setup inside.
It's positioned half way between Caves Beach and Frenchmans Beach. Caves beach is great for families, as it's patrolled, while Frenchmans is unpatrolled, less people and better for surfing.
The setup inside the house is perfect. Downstairs is great for kids, as there is a play area with a lounge room and TV. There are also two kids bedrooms, a large bathroom as well as the laundry. Upstairs has a large deck, with a great view, perfect for relaxing outside, away from the kids. Great kitchen setup, with everything that you need.
I would definitely go here again.
