Some friends and I come to Provincetown every summer and we were so lucky to have found this property for our visit this year. It's right on Commercial Street but just as the quiet area begins, so you're still close to everything.
The decor is great, beds are very comfortable, and the shower in the main path is fantastic.
The property owner is very nice and accessible. He provided a lot of great tips for newcomers. I would definitely stay here again.

The 4 of us had a great time in Eddie’s place. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and centrally located. A very low maintenance experience, would rent again and recommend to any group looking to enjoy Provincetown.

This is a fabulous property and our group had a wonderful experience staying here. It's in a slightly quieter area but very close to the center of town. The house was well equipped and comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive and well prepared with recommedations to make sure we had the best trip possible. Highly recommend booking this property.

Great host. Great accommodations. Everything you could need was already there - umbrellas, to go coffee cups, coffee!, paper towels, games and many movies on dvd. Wonderful bright place to relax close to everthing in PTown. Can't wait to go back.

The pictures actually do not do this place justice. There is so much space to spread out and relax. Also everything in town is about a 5 minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay in Eddie’s West End Ptown home. Lots of room for 3 of us and certainly could have had up to 6. Thoughtful touches like coffee pods ready to go, fireplace and soaps. I'm a frequent Ptown visitor since the 90’s and prefer this end of town, convenience to favorite restaurants like Joon (next door), Sals Place and Red Inn. I will definitely look to stay here again.

This condo was wonderful! The only issue was the boat yard behind it. The boats that were winterized were stacked up preventing any water views, disappointing.

Great place to stay for a wedding at The Masthead. Be prepared for steep stairs. Great beds,2 baths with showers for 4 adults. Having a parking space is a big plus all in the heart of Provincetown

Amazing property on Commercial St located in walking distance to everything. Very clean with every amenity we needed from the kitchen to the bath. The outdoor patio was great for meals and relaxing. The owner Eddie is amazing and responded to texts within minutes. 5 stars all around!

This lovely light-filled space is the perfect place to come to after Tea. The 2 main bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The loft is convenient for an added space but is definitely not a "hang out" space.

Eddie is very responsive. There was an issue with the propane and he was able to get it resolved very quickly.

The beds were very comfortable and the European shower in the main bathroom was AMAZING!!!!
Ed (the owner) was very prompt with communications. He provided a number of recommendations for restaurants in the area; we did take his advise and were thrilled with each venue.
The location was great — right on Commercial street and very easy to walk to everything but just far enough away from the crowds.
My husband and I look forward to our next stay in PTown and hopefully get to stay here again.

This was a fantastic property and a great place for my friends and I to stay for the week. It's in an excellent location that was central but not noisy, and the deck is absolutely wonderful to have. The only complaint I heard the entire week was that maybe the unit could have had more blankets, and if that's the only criticism, you know it's a good trip.

Eddie's place is fantastic. It is located right on Commercial. Close enough to everything but far enough for it to be quiet. There are fantastic views of the water from both patios. The bathrooms are really great, both having rain showers. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. I think the best part of this experience was working with Eddie. He is such a great and responsive host. Finally, there is a parking space right in front, which is super convenient.

My family and I loved staying at Eddie's place. It was clean, quiet, and just as advertised. The back deck was a perfect place for an afternoon cocktail (or nap depending on the day) and the walk into the heart of Provincetown was only minutes away. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place for your next stay in PTown!

A small group of us spent New Year's weekend at Eddie's place in Provincetown. It was terrific! Fabulous location, very clean, and more spacious and lovely than the pictures suggest. And Eddie was so very helpful, even sending us information about extra parking and NYE festivities. Highly recommend!
