Appartamento molto popolare sopra l'ufficio crinale Rainbow. Futon letto matrimoniale e 2 letti a scomparsa. Situato in posizione centrale in città a pochi passi da tutto. 1 miglio a giugno Mountain Ski Area. 20 minuti a Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. Molto popolare 1 notte sosta per Yosemite, Las Vegas e San Francisco. 1. 5 ore per la Yosemite Valley. 2 ore alla Valle della Morte. 20 minuti per Mammoth Lakes. 11 miglia a Mono Lake. The property is not well maintained. The paint is peeling inside and out. The air conditioner is inadequate since it only cools half the apartment and not even that half very well. Bring everything you may need for cooking. There wasn’t even salt and pepper in the cupboard let alone coffee.

This place looks smaller in the photos than it is in person. We enjoyed our stay: skiing at June mountain, eating across the street at Tiger Bar, and relaxing in our place above Rainbow Realty.
It was a good size for a family of four. Our kids really liked the loft space.

Great location. Small for just a few people, but roomier than photos show. Mostly all electric so be careful in winter or windy tires of year. SCE shut down power to part of the area that affected this unit for over 24 hours. We eventually had to move as it was to cold to stay with no way to heat, or cook etc... Property management did a great with helping us to move.

The location of this unit is amazing - right on the main drag in June. But...very limited hot water, broken furniture (kitchen chair), for some reason just two rolls of toilet paper, absolutely no 'stocked' items (pantry items), super limited dinner plates (like 5 total?), super dirty sponge for doing dishes, broken kitchen faucet. Nothing homey or cute about the unit - all of the personality of a Motel 6 unit.

The location of this property was perfect - everything was walkable and the views of the mountains and lake were gorgeous! Check in and out process was very easy, and the few questions I had for the friendly staff were answered promptly. The space was much larger than the pictures made it seem, so it was perfect for the extended weekend stay! It had everything we needed and was a very quiet evening location.

2. Could not get TV in Bedroom to work.
3. Check-out instructions indicated a trash bin outside the unit somewhere. We looked everywhere and could not find one. An update to the instructions are probably needed.

Being right downtown close to grocery store, post office, restaurants was so convenient. Big plus: parking spot comes with the property.

Overall we liked it.
Overall we liked it. I think the shower head & lack of hot water situation were the biggest things that would keep us from renting this particular properly again, otherwise it’s great for a small family.
