Gorgeous 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo
Condominio 2/2 molto silenzioso al 1 ° piano di un edificio a due piani. Situato in un posto perfetto per trascorrere le vacanze. A pochi passi da campi da golf e da tennis. Ci sono televisori in camere da letto e matrimoniali con pacchetto di canali TV aggiornato. Cucina completamente attrezzata. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità. Un sacco di parcheggio proprio di fronte al condominio. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. A soli 10 minuti di auto dall'oceano. Posizione molto comoda per lo shopping alimentare e altri.

We felt at home in this comfortable, well furnished well equipped condo, where we stayed for 2 months. Phil is friendly and responsive. The area is safe and superb for walking, and it has the only 'really good park' we've found in Boca and Deerfield Beach. The only caveat is that for long term stays one bedroom doesn't have much wifi and you'll have to work with yours and the local post office for timely mail delivery should you need it, though Amazon delivery worked fine.

The property was clean large enough for family or friends. Located close to Deer Creek golf course. 10 minute ride from the beach.

The place on the outside looks run down but the inside is nicer than expected. There have been updates made to the inside. Everything worked well and I had a great experience besides the bugs. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom sink area and I found fleas across the apartment (which the landlord said were just ants…). Nevertheless, they sent out an exterminator quickly and resolved the issue. The landlords are extremely attentive and responsive and live close to the property which is nice.

The owner was extremely nice. The place was perfect. I highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in this area this apartment. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

Excellent location for my most recent assignment and spacious enough to accommodate me in a working environment.
Rear sliding door needs attention. Beds are not that comfortable. Bring your own towels.
