OCEANFRONT Waves- Sea Isle Hills Dr. Lusso e comfort sono le caratteristiche di questa spaziosa casa fronte oceano. Questa ammiraglia a quattro livelli ti dà lo spazio per grandi raduni e privacy quando ne hai bisogno. Si entra in casa dal doppio vialetto e posto auto coperto dove ci sono due docce esterne e una favolosa piscina privata. Il livello della camera da letto principale ha quattro ampie camere da letto e tre bagni. C'è una camera doppia a castello, una con due letti singoli e due suite matrimoniali con porte scorrevoli sul ponte oceanico. Salite i gradini verso un'enorme grande sala con sistema home theater con 52 "LCD / HDTV con lettore DVD e audio surround, soffitti a volta, lucernari e vista illimitata sull'oceano. Una grande cucina e sala da pranzo rendono questo il luogo ideale per la famiglia e gli amici per allungare. Dalla grande sala si può uscire sul ponte superiore arredato, rilassarsi nella vasca idromassaggio, o controllare l'azione nella piscina in basso. Sopra la grande sala si trovano due magnifiche suite king, ognuna con TV / DVD e bagno privato e balcone privato! Non c'è posto come SUNTANA per la tua vacanza in famiglia.

The weather was bad the week we were there, but the house was nice and as described. Lots of room in the living area for big groups! Nice open kitchen area, easy to work in. The walk to the beach is not far but it is uphill.

The only reason I gave cleanliness a 4 star rating had nothihg to do with the cleanliness of the home. The side door to the hot tub and the sliding glass doors in the great room has mold around them from weather erosion inside the home. It rained rather hard one day we were there and water leaked through the sliding glass doors inside the home. I just placed a towel in front of the door. The location and home itself is absolutely beautiful! I did contact the office our firsr full day there to let them know the outside lights by the hot tub was not working. I had to contact them again our 3rd day after we found our neighbors swimming in our pool! The property manager at Surf or Sound very quickly contacted the management to our neighbors home after the neighbors initially refused to get out, saying they were told it was a shared pool (it is not shared). Vacasa manages that home and yes, they actually do have their listing of the home as having a shared pool when in fact, there is not. Our manager even made a stop at our home to ensure it was taken care of within just a few hours. Overall we had a wonderful experience. One we will never forget!

Great location, needed better housekeeping
Great location, great pool and hot tub. Had water leaking around living room balcony door, carpet was wet for a few days, had an ant issue in kitchen, lost about $100 worth of snacks/duck donuts due to ants. Other then that, we had a blast!

The house is gorgeous and well stocked. The immediate beach is inaccessible because the dune drops straight off. The washing machine tore up on Monday and was still inoperable Saturday at departure.

Suntana is a perfect getaway for large families!
We enjoyed our stay. The management quickly solved the few issues that arose. Some small housekeeping details were a bit lacking, but overall it was a very nice home to rent. The owners have a wonderful "library" of books around the house, and many puzzles and games. Great location. It is recommended for the value, too.

beautiful.home on the beach with the most magnificent sunrises ever seen. house is large,pretty,has everything you need and more. was very clean. there are alot of stairs in home and of course its a 3 level home so would have and a hill up dune to beach is a bit tough,just a warning for anyone who may have a tough time with that. but over all a beautiful home with a spectacular view in a lovely area. I highly recommend this place and would rent there again!!!

Although the place could use some updating, we were not that worried about that, and unfortunately our stay was delayed by a hurricane, the time we spent here was very enjoyable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were great and having the ocean so close was awsome as well.

Very nice stay
We where only there two days before we had to evacuate. I know it was the end of the season , but kitchen could have been cleaner. The rest of the house was neat and clean. Beach was beautiful and relaxing. Didn’t know paths to the beach from rest of neighborhood where on each side of home. We did spend two good days there. Nice experience, it was our first time to the outer banks.
