Apartament is very spacious and renovated. The view is just amazing and its right on the beach.

It is quite noisy from the street

The view from the balcony is spectacular and was lovely to have a nice beach just below us. The flat was very clean and full of light and bed very comfortable.

The entrance is on a main road without path, is a bit dangerous going in and out and walk to the house. One of the room was impossible to use, the balcony overlook the main road and the noise is simply too much to allow anyone to sleep, on top of that the room is the only one without air conditioning, so is hotter then a oven and with the noise was not possible to keep the window open. Shouldn’t be sold as 3 bedroom flat at least until air conditioning is put in place. The person using the room couldn’t sleep at all, fortunately the sofa was also a bed so she could sleep in the leaving room, but certainly was not ideal. Bathrooms have a lot that need to be fixed: no toilet seats in both bathrooms, one shower was missing one door so couldn’t be closed so water goes everywhere, both sinks had the valve to retain water broken. In the kitchen the kettle was broken.

On the beach location. Hotel next door for convenient food and drinks.

It was really quiet and in the beach. The apartment was spacious. Benitses is a good base from which to see the island. Gorgeous beach where just below the apartment.

The front of the apartment was on a busy road. We didn't Use the third room but if we had to it would have been very noisy for the person who had to stay there. Walking along the road was dangerous but fortunetly you could walk along the beach to get into the village centre, with some really lovely restaurants.
