房间比较小，洗手间设施比较一般，冲凉水一直下不去

The staff at this hotel are really nice, very patient, take good care of the guests and always respond to their requests. He is very quick to respond to messages, and if you can't find your way around here or have difficulties, he is very enthusiastic to help. My friend was sick, the boss also cooked a dinner for us to take care of us, really touched.

L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è la cortesia del personale incontrato, su cui non ho nulla da ridire in quanto ci hanno anche fornito i transfer da e per aeroporto/stazione, stampato le carte di imbarco (certo non gratis) e permesso di tenere le valigie sino a dopo dell’orario di check out (certo, cose normali non fuori dalla norma)

Questo Dar ha molta strada da fare per essere considerato tale. Sicuramente paghi ciò che hai, ma di fronte ai prezzi economici del Marocco non pensavo che in questo caso equivalesse al degrado più assoluto. Struttura fatiscente, umida e fredda come poche. Ci era stata riservata una camera in soffitta che poi -almeno!- ci è stata cambiata perché il wc perdeva acqua. Tuttavia anche la seconda era fatiscente. Intonaco scrostato, servizi igienici tutti scrostati.. teli per il bagno macchiati. Colazione pietosa. Non troppo lontano a piedi dalla Medina (15 min) ma non è una strada che si può fare la sera per tornare.

Le tarif trop cher par rapport, à l'hébergement Petit déjeuner avec du jus d'orange chimique, petit dejeuner à éviter surtout, j'ai manger par fai' et non pour les produits.

Le petit déjeuner pas bon du tout. Le lieux d l'hébergement pour y accéder un peu flippant la nuit. Pas de lumière extérieur.

Set in an old house with a beautiful lobby the stay has a great location within a walking disyance to medina and all the monuments in the city. The breakfast is a bit poor but ok, all in all it is the worth the money

Il proprietario, Otman, è una persona fantastica, disponibile e gentile. La struttura è tenuta molto bene e tipica . Colazione in pieno stile marocchino .

Notre visite a été très rapide merci à Ohman pour son efficacité car nous sommes arrivés très tard. Le riad est joli et typique.

Un petit manque de propreté dans la salle de bain, nous avons du faire notre lit en arrivant.

Location was good and friendly staff and nice breakfast.

The room was not the cleanest (spider webs and dust) the pillows were a little smelly and the bathroom was peeling paint in the walls. Otherwise an okay stay, good price.

Really kind and nice host. When we arrived at the main street with the taxi (is not possible to go inside the medina with car), he sent us a guy to lead us to the Riad. He looked for a guide the same morning we did the tour around Fes (idk if they knew each other, but he was extraordinary). Always available for us whenever we had something to ask. Riad super beautiful and great breakfast.

Absolutely needs maintenance, the sheets were not clean at all and it looks like nothing in the pictures. The bathroom should be renovated… I didn’t feel at ease because of the uncleanliness

The service was very good. The host stayed awake to bring us to the guesthouse even though we arrived late at night and provided us with a lot of information and advice about the city. The breakfast was self made and fresh. We especially appreciated the A/C in our room as it was really hot at the time of our visit.

Nice rooms, verry kind personal/owner. Amazing breakfast. A parking lot is 300mts away, with guard. Was here with motorbike, the guys helped me to bring my luggage to the Hotel. Restaurants 300mts away. Hotel in the Old Town.

- staff were nice

- hard to find and staff didn’t answer the phone. took 3 attempts and number incorrect on the booking - beds had cushions instead of pillows and they were filthy - I asked if it was quiet as our room was next to the lounge. Was told yes so we paid. Minutes later there was a child running around screaming

- Othmane is perfect. very helpful - it's a beautiful Dar - very good location - shared Kitchen is a plus

-wifi isn't necessarily working all the time.

We couldn't have breakfast because we bought a tour. we stayed two nights. Othmane helped us with everything. We went out late to see the medina, but we couldn't find the way as the shops started to close. Since we are two ladies, we panicked a bit and got lost. The environment was pretty unsafe. My daughter started crying. Then a family took care of us, called the hotel and asked them to send a staff member. The family took us to a certain point and handed us over to the hotel staff.

The sheets weren't very clean

Location was very good. The owner was kind, he showed us where to go, gave us a map and even called a tour guide for us. When we left he went with us to call a taxi (to not get scammed). The breakfast was good, you have AC in the room so it doesnt get cold in the cold months.

Manager Otman is extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us good Tipps for sightseeing and dinner.

Unfortunately the bed sheets were Not clean and there was no heating in the Room.

Location is a bit hard to find

Great location, close to restaurants and the Medina. Breakfast was good . Hot shower!! Otman was really helpful. He organized our pick up from a Sahara tour and the airport taxi for the journey home.

Exceptional customer service, host was very attentive and responded almost instantly. Didn't hassle us with extras which seems to be the culture in Morocco.

No hot water in our room. Breakfast could have been a little more substantial.
