Sy suka dngan penginapan sbb selalu dpat layanan yg baik dari pihak hotel . Penginapan pun selesa . Tpi masa sy chek in tu ada singki yg tersumbat maybe org sebelum ni buang makanan dkat singki sbb bila on paip air tu trus bnyk sayur2 keluar .

Lift to reception from underground parking not functioning, someone with the access card need to bring the lift from upper floor to underground basement parking, and the shower broken not properly functioning

One of the Aircond was not working properly. Only one dustbin available. The ceiling fan was making a creaky noise, I have to switch it off.

The location was easy to find . The place was comfort.
