The unit was unassumingly chic, comfortable and quite private in spite of being part of a small bungalow-style housing complex located at the end of a quiet street that ended where the sand started. A large spacious bedroom with plenty of bedding and pillows, a good size bathroom with a tub, and a living room/dining/kitchen area with all the amenities needed for a "simple-life"-style vacation. Not luxurious but pragmatic, to the point, just what you needed to relax. Every detail of comfort-away-from-home was carefully thought out and provided accordingly.

The AC was powerful but in true style of the 70's - VERY NOISY ! To the point that we had to buy ear plugs in order to sleep. That was the only drawback to this place.

Location is perfect- right on the beach. Area is quiet and feels safe. The condo is comfortable and clean with a vintage charm. Not fancy, just laid back and nice, the way we like it. Condo is supplied with lots of basic needs and human comforts. The sofa bed was comfortable for our 9 year old. The location is convenient to so many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and things to see. It's a short drive to Cocoa Village. Convenient for watching SpaceX launches.

I wish the bed was bigger and had an extra bedside table. Maybe a smart TV or mirror over the dresser. We had a broom but no dustpan for sweeping up beach sand.

nice little family oriented space… not high end but very practical. full kitchen, but small. best for families that want to spend time on the beach and not hang around in the home.

AC was very loud. the bedroom window shutters don’t close completely so the sound from the heat pump outside gets into the room.

Layout and light, bed was okay could have used a mattress pad tho. Most everything was very clean and user friendly - the coffeemaker was a bit difficult to get to work well.

See above and also it would have been great to have a real bathmat and not have to use towels. I couldn't get the TV to work because there were 3 remotes and no instructions provided nor any local station guide.

Excellent location. Full kitchen. Great shower.

Uncomfortable couch bed but couch was okay. No blankets, but we borrowed from my cousin. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. Only one place to park so we had to make other arrangements for the other cars, but other people parked their cars right next to our apartment.

Needs updating of mattress crackled when you made any motion and more blankets !!

Wi-fi was not accessible, dead batteries in the remote, coffee maker and pot were filthy as were some of the pots and pans. I was locked in - unable to get out either door. I had to have someone from Vicasa help me get the door unlocked. That is definitely a safety issue. I'm definitely not happy with the advertised price not being honored by Vicasa and Booking.com. Is "bait and switch" a common practice? I will not do any business with Booking.com or Vicasa again. I will also inform as many people as a can with regards to your practices.

Close to beach.

Mold like smell. Appeared to be Mold on several walls & baseboards. Visible Rust in pipes & water tasted weird. The air conditioner never got cooler than 75 degrees. Booked 3 nights & only stayed 2 night. Attempted to alert for early departure but no way to reach staff.
