It's not a luxury condo, but it is fully equipped and very convenient to the shuttle that is two stops from the Breck base. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but the property manager was very responsive and they're likely on their way to be fixed.

Clean and well maintained property and easy access to free bus system going up/down the mountain into town. Kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities needed. Bed is a little firm. Property description is accurate. Good customer service from Summit Rentals. They communicated exclusively via text us, which was a first for us. Trust that you will receive the information when you need it. LOCKBOX - the arrival instructions will give you a code for the lock box. There are THREE, so we of course selected the correct one last. The box with the key is lower right facing the entrance door. We will likely use this location on our yearly return visits.

This place is right next to the shuttle stop, which is a short two minute ride to Peak 8. This condo met our expectations. It’s a bit of a walk to go where the hot tub is, so we didn’t use it. Although it is on the 3rd/top floor, it has a locker on the first floor for your ski gear.

Great little location, right by breck ski resort and short little 4-5 min drive into town. The check in process was easy, communication with manager was spectacular. Nice little place for my small family. Can’t complain one bit. Will be back at this location again! Thanks again!

A long fix-it list needs addressing
We thought we would really like this place based on the pictures and location. However, numerous easily correctable things turned what should have been a great rental into a barely adequate rental.
The unit is on the third floor, which we knew in advance, but the stairs were steep and poorly lit. The keys were tricky to use. Inside, there were broken/missing slats on the blinds, the deck was small and the chairs very uncomfortable (the write-up said comfortable chairs.) The living room furniture is covered with cheap slipcovers, some with holes. The TV was mounted way too high to make viewing comfortable, plus the picture was atrocious. A note on the TV remote said not to change the settings. The only fan was in the bedroom and was covered with dust on all the blades. The bedroom curtains are very sheer and the blinds did not block out light, which made sleeping in impossible. In the kitchen, the toaster burnt the bottom half of the bread while the top stayed untoasted. The refrigerator was so loud, you could hear it in the bedroom. Adding insult to injury, we didn’t feel welcome as there was no personalized welcome book like we have found in all other VRBO’s we have stayed in. Suggestions to local hiking trails, restaurants, things to do, would have been appreciated.
On the plus side, the walk to town is easy (if you do research ahead of time to find the local trail system). We never heard any neighbors, unit was nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped.
At the end of our stay we gave a list of all issues to the property management company, but didn’t hear back from them.

Great location
This property was just the perfect size for the two of us. Fully stocked kitchen and nice bathroom. Very close to the bus route even though you are within walking distance to the slopes. The only problem we had was hauling luggage up to the third floor. But their is a ski locker that also comes with the property which is a big plus. The property management company is great. They kept us updated all the way up to our trip and even during. We would definitely stay again and are already planning next years trip!

Perfect setup
We decided to take advantage of virtual learning and 'moved' to Breck for 6 weeks in this condo and it worked out great!! Had everything we needed, bus is across the street to get wherever we wanted to go or an easy walk up to peak 7 or 8. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Condo stay
The property needs much upgrading. The patio door is severely clouded and needs to be replaced along with the carpet and couch. The hot tubs were closed and I we were never informed of the closure (even though I called 3 days before arrival and was told they were open. The unit was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Very difficult with luggage and hard after a full day of skiing. The bathroom has been remodeled and was nice. Would not rent this place again.

Great Place at a great price
Place was spotless and more updated than expected due to age of building. Location worked great for us. We had bikes so carrying them upstairs after a hard ride was a little bit of a challenge but not bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Gold Camp stay
The condo is fairly spacious with the raised ceiling. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The TV is rather small & can't really be seen very well from the couch. The evenings are cool but there really needs to be a ceiling fan in the living room & the bedroom, especially since the noise from other residents can get bad on weekends. The bathroom was nicely redone. I enjoyed my stay and the location is great.
