La nostra spaziosa casa è l'ideale per la vostra vacanza in famiglia o in gruppo sul Lago Winnipesaukee e la regione circostante! Con vista sull'acqua filtrata, accesso alla spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi e boschi circostanti, otterrai una splendida atmosfera lacustre con l'ulteriore vantaggio della privacy.
La nostra casa è stata completamente rinnovata con servizi moderni, pur mantenendo un'atmosfera rustica adatta alla tua vacanza nel New Hampshire.
C'è l'accesso all'acqua solo .7 miglia lungo la strada in una spiaggia pittoresca (nessun permesso di parcheggio richiesto!). Quest'acqua limpida con fondo sabbioso è il luogo perfetto per rinfrescarsi, galleggiare e portare il cane a fare una nuotata. Le spettacolari viste del tramonto da qui sono da non perdere!
Siamo a soli 7 minuti di auto dal centro di Meredith (Town Docks, Mills Fall, ecc.). Siamo solo ~ 10 - 20 minuti in auto da molte principali attrazioni della zona, alcuni dei preferiti elencati di seguito.
Ci sono molte aree per la vita all'aperto all'interno della proprietà, tra cui più fuochi, una griglia, un forno per pizza in pietra, aree di coperta nella parte anteriore e posteriore e un patio che si affaccia verso l'acqua.

We informed the owners that we would be arriving after dark. No lights inside or outside when we arrived in the dark. A motion detection light outside the main entrance would have been nice. The outside of home is in desperate need of power washing, roof as well. This gave a negative first impression. There were loose wall electrical outlets in a couple of places. No access to a closet in the primary bedroom. The sofa bed couch in the main room was uncomfortable. Shower faucet in the guest bath was loose & the entire bath enclosure needed caulking.
Not the fault of the owners but construction was going on across the street so we had to look over the port-a-potty & heavy equipment in order to have a view.

We’ve been visiting the area for years and enjoyed staying in this home which has a lovely deck for relaxing and staring at the lake along with an easy drive to Meredith and many favorite attractions. Would recommend!

This house was in the PERFECT location for us; we loved so many things about it. It was less than 10 minutes to downtown Meredith (Mill Falls Marketplace, the Activity Center, Hermit Woods Winery, Hannaford, etc, etc) and less than two hours from Northern MA where we live. The views of the lake from the living room and wrap-around deck were beautiful - we even saw some deer in the yard one of the days we were there. The bedroom setup was exactly what we needed with three big bedrooms and Queen beds (or bigger) in each room. It was fully stocked with most things we needed for the week. There is a great recycling center and laundry room on the first level as well. The shower in the master bedroom is insane (in the best way)! The hosts were super quick and very helpful in all communication too and accommodating for a slightly late departure. There was one small snafu with the cleaning company and some miscommunication about having extra sheets and the grass definitely needs mowing, maybe even some exterminator spraying as we did find a number of ticks. Aside from those minor issues - a wonderful stay with fabulous hosts. Thank you to Mark and Christine for a lovely long weekend to kick off our summer.

The house was very clean and spacious! The house had some gates which was helpful for a little one we had with us and the kitchen had all supplies we needed. It’s definitely buggy outside at night so bring things for that. The AC in every room was clutch.
The local pinnacle beach is not a real beach and very shady most of the day. We went to weirs beach one day and lake waukewan which was small but perfect if you got there early enough. Being a close drive to downtown was nice, but with kids we would like closer access to the water for the price charged during the month of July. One thing to note is the electricity seems old and if we ran the oven with another kitchen item such as the toaster and microwave; a fuse would blow and the fuse box is locked in the basement so you have to call the owners. We did get questioned about taking sheets and comforters at the end and we had brought all of our own stuff and left their stuff in the laundry room. I found this strange and there was no real follow up.
Over all we had a nice stay but thought it was a little over priced not being directly on the water Or closer beach access.

Perched high on a hill overlooking the lake, set apart from the hustle and bustle but just a short ride to all main attractions, this location is fantastic!

We wanted the Meredith area to be able to get to several attractions. Weather cooperated. Fun to watch little chipmunks from windows. Loved the lake views. House was so comfortable and spacious. Would definitely highly recommend.

We had a great time with extended family all staying together. 6 adults and four kids aged 4-9 had plenty of room to roam. Nice view of the lake and centrally located too many things.

We stayed in Meredith for our annual fall anniversary. First time back to New Hampshire in many years. The weather was spectacular as was the color! The house was a perfect location for traveling all through the state from way up north to the coastal towns! Loved that the owners do not "over stock" cabinets with personal food items! Gave us plenty of room for our own supplies. We spent every morning and afternoons on the decks enjoying the quiet and beautiful weather. Beds were very comfortable and showers worked very well (great water pressure and room). My husband had a bit of an issue (waking up very congested) with the slight musty smell from the stone fireplaces. We had to turn on the heat a couple of times and that seemed to helped. (heat works great!) Being seniors we found the couch hard to sit on (too soft for getting up) but we didn't spend a lot of time inside and retired to bed early after a full day of driving and site seeing. We did not take advantage of the many outdoor fire pits or the grill. We enjoyed dinners at the many wonderful restaurants in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans though for cooking in. We enjoyed making breakfast every morning. We stopped one evening at the local beach down the road for a gorgeous sunset! Thank you for a memorable anniversary week!!!

Very nice clean well kept home in a great location all the amenities you need and more. We rented this home for a ice fishing derby trip with friends and family and were very happy. Loved cooking in the outdoor pizza oven for everyone! Homeowners were very quick to answer email and questions will definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean well kept home in a great location all the amenities you need and more. We rented this home for a ice fishing derby trip with friends and family and were very happy. Loved cooking in the outdoor pizza oven for everyone! Homeowners were very quick to answer email and questions will definitely stay here again.
