Unable to call the hotel directly, the customer service was not able to help and clarify the queries. No information was provided regarding the charges for early checkin. Even after telling the front desk staff that i need to room for just freshening up they didnt waive of the charges.

Good location, relatively cheap

The pillowcases/bedsheets were dirty, our keycards kept having issues multiple times which was very frustrating as we kept having to go to the front desk. The fan in my room was incredibly loud and screechy. The fittings in the bathroom were old and rusty, only one bath towel given for each room for 2 people. I believe there are fake reviews on this place because I’ve seen the same commrnt multiple times which is very deceptive.

As per Mail I received that check in can be done as per planned scheduled. But when I reached to hotel they kept in waiting for almost 3hrs. For check in. Then there is no meaning to have schedule for check in

I paid extra 200 for complimentary breakfast. But they just provided me a single idli and vada worth 20 rs. And they charged additional 300 for a late check-out of 20mins and they don't even told me about the check-out time. Never pay additional payment for breakfast. They just made customers fools
