The apartment was wonderful, just what we were looking for, the position, in the centre of town was perfect, but most importantly, the host Francoise, was the most amazing host. She had the apartment spotlessly clean when we arrived, there was a guest pack that was perfect. She was warm and welcoming and gave us our space to enjoy the apartment but was always available to help. We booked the apartment for one week with the intention of travelling on after that, but enjoyed it so much that we stayed for an extra week. Ceret is a lovely town to visit, real Artsy, lots of small art shops and galleries, surrounded by beautiful mountains, a wonderful selection of restaurants and only twenty mins from the beach, what more could you ask for on a touring holiday. I know that I am shooting myself in the foot by posting this comment, I should be keeping this place a secret so it will be available when we want to go there again, but hay, Francoise is such a wonderful host that I feel I owe it to her.
