Enorme casa di fronte alla spiaggia, spaziosa con vista panoramica libera sull'oceano e sul Nubble Light House - finestre, finestre, finestre! Guarda il sole e la luna sorgere e tramontare sull'acqua. Grande ponte sopra il garage che si estende da un'area salotto eccezionalmente ampia e ariosa. Open space al primo piano con soggiorno e cucina. Vista sull'oceano da ogni stanza tranne una (tana sul retro). Divertiti sulla spiaggia, fai una passeggiata su e giù per Long Beach Rd., Prendi un po 'di pesce delizioso e il "famoso" gelato di Dunne e alla fine della giornata lascia che le onde ti cullino nel sonno. Vicino a Short Sands Beach e molti piccoli negozi sulla spiaggia, ristoranti, negozi di articoli da regalo, un negozio di soda vecchio stile con grandi tirate di taffy in mostra, un porticato e campi da basket. In alternativa, noleggia dei kayak, visita il Wiggly Bridge, guarda il lavoro degli artisti locali o visita Kittery o Portsmouth, NH. La nostra casa è facile da raggiungere, situata in modo da evitare un sacco di traffico che va e viene. Un sacco di parcheggio. Per citare un ospite recente: "Supera le aspettative!"

The property speaks for itself, but I was quite pleased with the host's communication and genuine interest in making sure the stay was both accommodating and that we had anything we needed.
Excellent place to stay directly across from the beach and again the host was the best.

This was a total dream beach house for me due to the location - the panoramic ocean views really can’t be beat! The proximity to Long Sands Beach made for some great beach days. The house was somehow even more spacious than I expected and was just perfect for our group of 8 that spanned 3 generations (3 adult couples and 2 small children). It was hard to leave and we hope to stay again in the future!

Ocean views from the house can’t be beat - takes your breath away! Literally walk across the street to a long beautiful beach with tide pools at low tide that are great for the kids. Nice walk along the shore with lots of restaurants, shops and ice cream places nearby. So much to do in town. We had a great time.

Perfect for our family vacation
The property was a perfect place for us to enjoy our family time on a summer vacation. Long Sands beach is right outside your door with a close coffee shop and restaurant/ice cream. Lots of cute spots a drive a way and nice day trips. The street is a bit noisy but well worth it for the beautiful views and ocean sounds and breezes at night. Day can be hot inside in summer with no AC but it was not an issue for us because we spent all our days out at the beach. My only wish would be to have the owner install a basic/cheap washer/dryer unit in the home because it would make it a definite for us to return some time in the future. We survived but it wasn’t ideal and the property has plenty of space for one so it seems like a no brainer to make it a more attractive rental.

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Great size and space, very clean, the owner was very nice and helpful, the location can’t be beat, right on the beach of long sands. Made beach days very easy and convenient. Would absolutely rent again in the future.

Amazing Beach House
We loved our stay at MJ's house! We had a multi-generation family celebration and the house was perfect. It was much larger than we expected- tons of room to spread out. There is a large deck on the second floor, for eating and watching the waves, that we spent every night on. MJ was very communicative and so helpful in providing recommendations. Cannot recommend this house enough- we will definitely stay here again.

The property location is unmatched, the views are 180 degrees of the beach and ocean. The house is very large and roomy. All 4 bedrooms have an ocean view. Large sitting room and porch over the garage give spectacular views of the ocean and Nubble Lighthouse

Stunning Ocean Views
We had a beautiful extended weekend stay. The house was directly across from the beach with easy access stairs down from the boardwalk. The morning sunrises and evening sunsets were spectacular. The house is close to everything with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Due to COVID and having small children we did mostly takeout but there were many places available. The house is large. We had so much space to spread out. We really enjoyed evenings on the deck. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Great location across the street from the beach
Views and access to the beach are fantastic. Windows everywhere plus a second story deck that is great early morning and evenings. Very spacious house, plenty of parking. I look forward to staying there again.

First time using HomeAway and had a great experience. The property manager, Maria, was very pleasant. Communications with her was excellent and she responded quickly to all questions. THe property had breathtaking views. The windows are everywhere and all you can see is ocean. Well designed !!! you could see the sunrises every morning from the bedrooms which we really enjoyed. House was just across the street from long sands beach which is very nice at low tide. Would definitely recommend this property.
