Siamo situati al terzo piano, con una bellissima vista sull'oceano che non può essere battuta! Puoi vedere, annusare e sentire la spiaggia dalla cucina, dalla sala da pranzo, dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale. Abbiamo più sedie sul balcone per farti giocare a giochi da tavolo e goderti l'aria salata!
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno completo. Ci sono due letti matrimoniali nella seconda camera da letto con un bagno completo. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e tutte le lenzuola sono fornite. Una lavanderia IN CONDO con lavatrice e asciugatrice SAMSUNG. C'è una TV a schermo piatto da 42 pollici nel soggiorno. Inoltre, per tua comodità, c'è un lettore DVD e stereo.
Il condominio di Las Brisas è un edificio di 5 piani di 40 unità. Questa posizione è convenientemente situata a 35 minuti dall'aeroporto di Tampa ea 25 minuti dall'aeroporto di St. Pete / Clearwater. This property offers a wonderful retreat. The space was clean and fully stocked with what we needed to enjoy and be self sufficient. The ease of walking out on the beach and acres to the pool was perfect.
Easy access to local restaurants and shopping made this trip great for our whole family.

The condo we rented was fantastic!! very clean and had all the necessities that we needed and the oceanfront view was breath taking.

Great property and awesome view. Shower needed a little more pressure and many chairs for beach were broke. All in we bought a tent and left it there as it’s a must with the sun and we did have a good stay. I’d def stay again in the future even with the minor hiccups we experienced.

A bit pricey, but great location, great choice for a girls’ beach stay. It was very nice to each have our own room and plenty of common living space besides. Nice big balcony with more than enough seating. Beach not too crowded, pool right on the beach, easy walk to food, drink, and groceries. We didn’t have to use our car at all. Would definitely recommend.

Unit and location to beach and restaurants was really good. Malfunctioning pool heater and elevator were frustrating; however, management was responsive to my concerns and equipment was repaired within two days of our week long stay. Renovation projects were going on during our stay to enhance the property which was good. Recommend budgeting to resurface parking lot and a long term recapitalization project to add another elevator. Again, overall stay was good and would return.

This condo was perfect! It was more than spacious enough for 5 adults, and my granddaughter, the kitchen was very accommodating for cooking. The condo was cozy and the property so relaxing. You can't help but unwind! There was plenty to do right at the condo - from having a cup of coffee and watching the dolphins form the balcony in the morning , playing/relaxing on the beach, cooling off in the pool, and then top off the evening with a glass of wine and an amazing sunset. With its white sands and warmer Gulf waters, we all had an amazing time and cannot wait to go back!

This condo is a wonderful 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 8 plus a sofa bed. It is right on the gulf and you can see the sunsets from your balcony. Comfortable beds, 4 tvs, not far from John's Pass. It has chairs, boogie boards, desk fans, and new appliances. Bring a tent and beach towels and you are all set.

Great Location
This is a wonderful unit to stay on Madeira Beach. If you are traveling with more than one car you cannot park it on the property. This was a huge inconvenience for us.

Girls Trip
We had a nice stay. Just a few randoms about the place - the elevator is SLOW, and there is only 1 so during checkout time we we’re gathering our last load of items and ended up running 4 min behind schedule because everyone was fighting for the elevator to check out at the same time and we had cleaners show up at 10:02 and we’re not nice to us that we we’re still in the room (we also had a 4 month old with us).
The pool was VERY crowded, yes it’s summer and it happens but there’s not much seating per the amount of units for this whole place.
Parking is a JOKE. Literally 1 parking spot so we had to pay the city $100.00 to park a 2nd car 2 miles down the road, to then find out one night that someone was parked in our 1 designated spot.
The actual rental was nice. Clean. There was no laundry soap- a small package of that would have been a nice touch since there’s a washer and dryer.
There are chairs in the laundry room as well as umbrellas and boogie boards for you to use. Plenty of seating on balcony. The ac didn’t get very cold. 1 night we did all wake up sweating some. Overall a good place….

Beautiful views and perfect weather
We loved our stay! The location was perfect and easy to find. The beach was fabulous and not overly crowded which was nice. The condo was a great size for the five of us (2 adults and three teens). Some things in the condo needed a bit of updating but overall everything was functional and was good enough. The view from the large balcony was the highlight of this trip. We loved having our coffee outside on the balcony every morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Clean property with expansive balcony and comfortable beds. 10 minute walk to the grocery store, easy walk to restaurants. NOTE - there are no beach towels or basics like salt, pepper etc in the kitchen, so make your shopping list (again, quick walk - take your rolling luggage, the win dixie is used to it! ;-))

Great Spot on the Beach!
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our beachfront unit. The view was fabulous and hearing the waves was so peaceful. The unit was just as pictured in the listing. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed the dual function (K-pods or basket) Keureg coffee machine. Trash disposal is simple with a trash chute on the 3rd floor. Communications from the rental manager were very good through the entire process.
There is only one relatively slow elevator for the building. If you visit at a busy time you will be waiting on it.
There are two supermarkets nearby, a Winn Dixie and a Publix. We enjoyed the fresh seafood from the nearby Rick's Reef _Madeira Beach, try their grilled grouper and calamari.
The check-in process at a nearby TRS location went smoothly, however we had difficulty with the electronic door lock not opening when we arrived. The code had to be re-programmed from the office for us to enter which was definitely an inconvenience as it took about an hour. Suggest you do not take your bags up till you confirm the lock opens properly.
You are only assigned 1 parking spot and the locations of the spots are totally random which makes it difficult to find your spot upon arrival. Your parking spot for Unit 305 is the 2nd space immediately on the left as entering the lot.

Girls weekend
Nice place, spacious for the 10 of us. Amazing view. The knocks against the rating are few….the biggest being no ice maker. There were a few dirty towels left behind by the cleaning staff, mold growing on and in the shower knob in the master bath and a few lights were not working (outlets good), most likely a bulb issue…..outside of the ice maker, all easily fixable items. All in all, great location and accommodations.

The condo was everything we needed and more! Right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and the free beach rides would pick you up and drive you to destinations for only tips. Would stay again.

Price is right...
The location was amazing.. the property was ok. They only had 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, and no garbage bags. So we had to purchase all of this. The balcony was very nice though. The check in process could have been better. I did the contact less check in and they left the envelope with the info at their main office which was a couple miles from property. However, the lock was keyless entry so there was absolutely no need to have to go to the other property. They could have emailed all the info prior or even at 3 pm so we wouldn't check in earlier. We rented a car this time, but usually we uber and that would have been super unconvienient.

We could not go into beach water at all due to the red tide, dead fish everywhere, everyday, smelled horrendous. We did not enjoy our stay at all. Then, when we checked in, they told us that check out was at 11am, and even on our paper it said 11am, but they came into the condo at 1030, and then called at 1050. Very rude.

Las Brisas 305
This property needs a massive update, from the front door to the balcony. We had to call to get the dryer vent cleaned because there was so much lint the filter would not go back in. The shower barely has enough water pressure to get you wet and it is a guess as to where to set the water temperature because to faucet handle will turn 360 deg and no way to tell where the hot and cold either starts and/or stops. The maintenance technician came to look at the dryer and shower either could not or would not speak english, could not comminucate with him. Overall inpression NOT GOOD

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location
We have stayed in a few different condos on the Gulf Coast and this is by far one of the nicest ones. It is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The double balcony was amazing. The location is only a mile from John’s Pass and very close to many great restaurants. Publix is only a half mile away too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning again.

Location is perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. Condo directly on the beach with perfect view of the water. Pool was in the shade after 5pm perfect after a day at the beach. Living room furniture could be better but overall good stay. Will stay again.

Parking availability was very poor. No handicap or guest parking available on site. Our 2nd vehicle had to park 10 blocks away in city parking. Unit was not cleaned when we arrived, but called and they were there within 30 minutes. Great view of the beach and pool was nice.

Fun in the sun
The location is wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the ocean from our balcony. The condo was very spacious and the children’s games were a hit! The washer and dryer were fairly new and was a blessing.

Family getaway
Check in was a little complicated. Great location! The view was awesome right on the ocean and we seen dolphins everyday. Rug in the living room was very dirty some deeper cleaning could be done, but overall it was a great time.
