We had a wonderful family mini vacation staying all together in this house. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us. Lots of kitchen appliances, dishes and cookware. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating on a couple of special requests. Would absolutely book again!!

We had my sister in law’s 50th birthday get together at this house. It was a great parade for all to hang out and have plenty of space to spread out. Which was good for the many teenagers around. The house is very clean and I had great communication with the owner. He was very easy to deal with and always quick to respond to any questions I had about the property during planning. The location was awesome. It’s a really lovely beach with a cool boardwalk and the road that separates the house from the beach was pretty quiet but fun to people watch from the front porch area. Overall, we really had a great time at the property and would recommend highly.

Overall cleanliness was great and everything was as described. Our family had a great time and with the large number we were able to cook everything st the house instead of going out to eat. The house had everything you need for the kitchen to cook. Thank you!!

Charlie was great to work with. Very responsive to any questions from the moment I booked the house to after check out. We had a clogged sink in one of the bathrooms and he had a plumber ready to come the same day.
The house is a duplex which we weren't aware of, but it wasn't a problem. The house was perfect for our group of 13. Everyone had space to get away from each other when needed. The dining room table was prefect for family game nights. The beds were comfortable. The elevator was an excellent bonus. The fully stocked garage with beach chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon was a nice addition.

Wonderful home with plenty of extras. It’s convenient to the beach with a view of the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked and beach chairs and toys available. Elevator is nice for bringing up luggage and groceries. The host is prompt to answer all concerns. Definitely recommend it and will come back.

We had an awesome family vacation. I don’t think there was another place at Kure beach that would have been any more perfect. The hosts were so accommodating and the house was beautiful. We are hopeful that we can find a week for next summer to return.

The house was wonderful and very spacious for our family. Loved the fully stocked kitchen and the spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms. Having a grill was an added plus. We were able to cook two dinners on it. Perfect walk to the beach and the children loved walking to the market and arcade! We had awesome weather which made the trip extra special! Wonderful time for our family!

Great stay!
Very nice! Walking distance to everything, plenty of beach supplies and there is a beer fridge in garage so no need to bring large coolers or beach gear. Master bedroom and bath very nice!

Annual Family Beach Week
Good process for booking and communication. Host was really good at response to all communication. We encountered a broken lift top trash container and 30 minutes later it was replaced.
Unit is easy walking distance to a great beach with lifeguards. Nicely furnished, extremely clean. We liked being able to lock stuff up in the garage including the very nice grill with included propane. I could go on. We’ll be back.

The house is lovely but the kitchen is wonderful. EVERYTHING you need is there. Pots and pans galore, The house was very clean and the men enjoyed all the tv channels. Very close to beach access and pier. Walked to both, so no parking fees. DO NOT bring anything for the beach except something to lay on because it's all there, toys, chairs, kites, popup, etc. We brought all of ours but should have just left it at home. Hopefully, we witt stay there again as a family.

The owner is very responsive to any questions you have. The house is very spacious we had 14 people staying and we never felt crowded. I highly recommend this house.

Charlie is a wonderful, responsive host who takes great pride in guests having an amazing time. He made sure the house was spotless for us and accommodated us when we wanted to move our dates around.
10 guests with ages ranging 75 to 11 stayed and we had space for more. We never felt cramped even when we were all in the kitchen! The big kitchen has more to prepare, cook, and serve with than most full-time homes, I’d bet.
Every bed is comfy and the towels were fluffy. We appreciated the jacuzzi tub, the elevator, the two refrigerators, the key-code entry, the grill, the outdoor shower, the balconies, the tv we used to play music and watch Indiana Jones, and the couch with room enough for 10 of us (and more).
The beach gear made the short walk to the beach easy as pie! And the beach was beautiful and the location wonderful.
I especially enjoyed the wall colors and the art throughout the home. I was able to truly unwind! Thank you, Charlie! We’ll be back!

Our family of 8 (2 empty nesters, 3 grown kids and their spouses) totally loved our week at the Sandpiper! Highly recommended!

Look no further, this is the best vacation home that we have visited in 5 years. The home is beautiful, large enough for 11 adults and one 14 year old, with room to spear! It has an elevator, which was awesome to move luggage, and the view from the balconies were lovely. We walked across the block to the beach and always had a nice spot in the sun. We ate at all but 1 of the resturants and drove a short distance to Carolina beach for the boardwalk and fireworks. But what made this experience exceptional was the attentive, caring, and kind property owner Charlie, he was ALWAYS available to answer questions and make us feel comfortable in his beautiful home. We hope to return soon.
