Clean, quiet, comfortable condo close to grocery stores, convenience stores, big box stores, & fast food. I was glad to be able to use the washer/dryer on premises. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. I initially had an issue with the patio door not opening but the owner remedied the issue very quickly. The bathroom was a nice size to move onto for the week. The bed in the master bedroom was mostly comfortable but I would’ve preferred a firmer, less flimsy pillow. All in all I had a good stay and thought it was priced appropriately.

Great location. Tiffany was very helpful and responsive. We had a great family day at the Bellair Driving Range just a couple blocks walk. Condo was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here last year, and enjoyed it so much we came back! More than enough room for the two of us. Everything we needed was there. We are in AZ for Spring Training every year and this condo was close enough to almost all of the fields along with restaurants and shopping. We had an issue with the TV's and Tiffany and Eric came over and fixed it the night we arrived. Very nice couple.

Good for my purpose, smaller bedroom bed i heard was firm, not a huge issue , just an fyi.

Needs a door on master bath room ( barn door wood work ) small bed veery uncomfortable! ( and very load ) Used sofa bed 2nd night better then bed ! Use indented laundry soap ( pillow cases smell / if you noise is sensitive) good location ! And vey nice to have a place to relax .

Nice central location for our golf outing. Hot tub was amazing. Grill was great. Kitchen had enough cookware to make cooking easy. Beds were comfortable. A nice little place

This condo was just perfect for our stay. Centrally located for our activities. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything we needed was available. The price was good. Tiffany, the owner, was super easy to work with and responsive. We will use this place again.

Stayed night before and of our wedding in town. Quick short stay. Property as described, had everything we needed. Received check in info in a timely manner. No issues with our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood.

My Boyfriend and my Mom and I were looking for a small place to basically sleep at, since my brother and his family had a bigger house with a pool, that we hung out at. This worked out perfect, it was very clean, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom.

Owner emailed day of arrival the discovered spa wasn't heating. That was okay but would have been nice since I have lower back issues and the bed was really soft. Husband used the driving range which we walked to and we ate lunch @ Mike's so that was nice. Good location for where we needed to be. Very easy check in / check out. Full-size washer and dryer was nice to have so we weren't flying home with stinky hiking clothes. Welcome gift basket a nice touch and there were even Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner & body soap provided; thanks for saving me a few pounds in my checked bag!

The condo is located in a very quiet and safe part of town. We tremendously enjoyed ourselves and appreciate the accuracy of the listed description. We would not hesitate to return. Great hosts, great condo, great location. I walked by myself every morning and felt very safe. It was just like home-- only cleaner.

The condo was exactly as pictured, but cuter! Everything you need is there. Great location to shopping, restaurants and all freeways. We were there for Spring Training (which was locked out until near the end of our stay). We enjoyed our time immensely. A definite for the future

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was a perfect size for our family. It was clean, neat, well stocked with everything we needed and the perfect location for our needs. The hot tub was a wonderful plus. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Arizona. It was also a great nightly rate. Very satisfied with our stay.

Great location close to family that lived off 51st. Stores and restaurants close by. Ground floor/end unit in quiet area. It would have been helpful to have listing of TV channels and reception was sometimes spotty, there wasn't any ice - so some ice trays would have been nice and check-out time on Welcome book should be changed to correct time. We laughed when we realized that the light at the kitchen/hallway didn't have a switch because it was a skylight (lol). Looking forward to another visit to see finished renovations on clubhouse and golf course.

We were visiting our child at Arizona Christian University. It was a perfect spot to spend family time. We were able to make home cooked meals, go shopping, and have a wonderful home base for our trip. Thank You!
