Location and layout were accurate per online description. You're about a mile from downtown PIB. Very spacious! Beautiful view! Need more specific directions for TV; could not get it to work. It was very clean; towel holder in master bath came down, but nothing detrimental.The manager gave us the warmest welcome I've ever received at a hotel. He was communicative and let us in as soon as cleaning was done (sooner than expected!) We've stayed before this year, enjoyed both visits, would stay again.Put-In-Bay on the weekend is for people who don't mind loud noises; you'll get bachelorette parties on the next door balconies and clubbers walking around the complex late at night. That said, we always slept well and never felt put upon. During the week, it's probably quieter.

Four couples drove up here from Penn Hills to get a summer break. Three couples had never visited the area. It was delightful! The property was exactly as described and the location couldn't have been better. There were a few minor bumps, which were remedied within 30 minutes of the call.

Lovely lake views. Close to everything by bike or cart. Nicely equipped kitchen. Bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable and roomy. New washer/dryer were a great bonus. Our group of eight adults had a fantastic time.

The condo was nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and the view of the lake was awesome.
The TVs needed adjusting and after a quick call, Bob & Scott were there right away to fix them. The ice machine on the refrigerator wasn't working properly, so they gave us a bag of ice.
The only real disappointment was the deck had not been cleaned. It was full of cobwebs and dead bugs. I rate the condo 9 out of 10. We will stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful pool on premises and our Condo had a nice view of Lake too. A little wear and tear from previous renters that don't respect other people's property like pictures torn from wall and a few dent and dings loose towels racks and toilet seats (easy fix) but very comfortable there. I would go back.

I would suggest adding a broom to the property so I could have swept up all the may flies off the deck. Could have used it as well inside with sweeping the floors. Need additional skillets, baking sheets, silverware, dish towels. Was a bit surprised by the condition of the walls and why art was in the closet but not on the walls? Appreciated you providing dish soap, dishwasher and washing machine pods.

This was a wonderful stay for our friends bachelorette party. With the lakefront view and spacious bathrooms/rooms, we were able to have our own space but connect at the same time. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back soon!

Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location and very nice staff. There were a few maintenance issues needing attention in the condo but I marked it down as we were very early in the season. May want to bring extra cups, plates, silverware as what was available was limited.

Our first time to Put-in-bay but won’t be our last. Had a lot of questions before going and the Island club rentals ladies help out and give suggestions one was to take the Miller Ferry over with your vehicle so that it’s easier to get all your stuff to condo. They suggested that we rent our golf cart from them since I needed a 6 person cart it is set up through them all you have to do is call the number and they bring the cart to your door and the paper work and let you know where to park it in the lot. You will need a golf cart to get to all the activities at the boardwalk.The condo was just like the pictures you see on internet very clean the deck was very nice for morning coffee and evening cocktail and the views were awesome. The only drawback was our last night which was on Friday was very loud and a lot of partying going on with music so loud you couldnt have conversation so we stay inside. With all that being said I will stay here again just won’t be back on a weekend.

The condo was very nice. I only wished they would have cleaned the back deck. It was very dirty. The whole back wall was covered in bugs and a bin of garbage was on the floor. Also was disappointed there was no blender or pitcher of any type in the kitchen.

We stayed here as 5 friends from restaurant work time over 30 years ago. Great size, each had our own bed and 3 bathrooms, each with a shower, was a plus! Our biggest draw was the view was did not disappoint! The porch had a great table and chairs and great views. There was a slight problem with the toilets due to other guests possibly blocking up the pipes.. However, it was very quickly addressed and we didn't have any other problems. We will most definitely stay here again.

Great experience as usual- the only thing that I found a little confusing were the check out instructions... There are some discrepancies from the emailed version to the posted version in the condo-i.e the temperature to leave the condo on. One version says 75° the other days 80°- also the location of where they wanted the dirty sheets and towels (all up stairs hallway or hallway downstairs near washer & dryer)...I would hope the returning of our deposit wouldn't be impacted by this. Thank you!

So this place was nice for the most part. A few complaints is we had to call 3 times for someone to bring over dishwasher pods for us to get the dishes clean for check out. There was still trash left in the garbage can, and the garbage can is very small for a house of 12 people along with the green pins the bags go in. But besides that this was a very nice place to stay. We loved having a beautiful view of the lake and also being so close to the pool!

The app took us to the wrong property and we didn’t get our final email with the check in instructions so we had to get help from the property workers when we finally got to the rental. After that was all taken care of the rest of the time spent there was great!!

We had a wonderful stay overall, very nice unit, some wear and tear from people taping things to walls previously/ripped screen/cable not working etc. Still very much an enjoyable experience. The only downside to the entire trip, was how absolutely disgusting the floors were. You could not take your shoes or socks off for more than five minutes without your feet turning completely black. If our stay was longer than two nights, we definitely would have gone to the store and bought a mop to clean them, I was afraid to let my kids walk around on it. We had to wash their feet every time we left the house, before they climbed into beds, etc.

Best overall property to stay on as a large group. Patio was awesome with modern furniture. 3 bathrooms, kitchen is up to date. Grills are close bye and awesome . Pool is not large but not crowded

Condo was big enough for a somewhat larger party that we had. Was clean, everything worked as it should, nice showers. Location was about a ten minute ride on a golf cart from where the ferry docks. Would recommend and use Island Club Rentals again. Thanks!
